Abstract

Era modern banyak dipengaruhi oleh dampak perubahan iklim. Hal ini menimbulkan dampak yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya dalam skala global, seperti perubahan pola cuaca yang mengancam pasokan makanan dan peningkatan permukaan air laut yang meningkatkan kemungkinan terjadinya risiko banjir besar. Mengatasi dampak-dampak ini akan menjadi semakin menantang dan mahal jika tidak segera diambil tindakan. Dalam makalah ini, kami mengkaji keadaan analisis media sosial saat ini mengenai perubahan iklim. Untuk memahami perkembangan konten kolektif yang dihasilkan dalam diskusi publik seputar perubahan iklim, khususnya di bidang aksi iklim online, kami menggunakan analisis sentimen menggunakan Brand24 sebagai alat analisis sentimen. Analisis sentimen memerlukan pengenalan dan kategorisasi opini subjektif dalam dokumen sumber menggunakan pemrosesan bahasa alami, linguistik komputasi, dan analisis teks. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Twitter dan TikTok telah muncul sebagai platform yang paling umum digunakan untuk mendiskusikan isu-isu perubahan iklim. Hal ini menyiratkan bahwa kontribusi dari berbagai pihak, termasuk individu dan organisasi, berperan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap tantangan lingkungan.

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is an inseparable part of employment and human resources. Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is a program created for workers or laborers as well as employers as a form of prevention of work accidents and illnesses resulting from work relations that may occur to workers in the work environment. This research aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health on employee work motivation at Perum Bulog Lampung Regional Office. This research method uses quantitative research with a sample of 37 employees at Perum Bulog, Lampung Regional Office. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis using simple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that tcount is 6.193 > ttable 1.691 and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. So there is a significant influence between the Occupational Safety and Health variables on employee work motivation.

Abstract

The culture of an organisation plays an important role because a good culture will provide comfort which then supports theperformance of its members. PT Bank Lampung is part of theLampung Regional Development Bank, which naturally has a unique organisational environment and work culture. This studyaims to determine the effect of organisational culture (X1),performance engagement (X2) on employee performance (Y). Thisresearch uses a quantitative approach with the type of explanatoryresearch, the research sample totalled 69 respondents who are employees of PT Bank Lampung. The presentation of the research results explains that organisational culture, good performance attachment will affect employee performance in an organisation, especially at Lampung Regional Development Bank. From theregression analysis, it is found that organisational culture andperformance attachment together have a simultaneous and partialinfluence on employee performance. This shows thatorganisational culture and performance attachment play animportant role in improving employee performance together partially and simultaneously. organisational culture and performance attachment are two important factors in improvingemployee performance. Organisations should create a goodorganisational culture and expand training and development to improve performance attachment in the team.

Abstract

Studi ini mengkaji pengaruh pengalaman organisasi, pengalaman magang dan self efficacy terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Lampung. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data diperoleh melalui survei daring yang disebarkan via media sosial, dengan sampel terdiri dari 96 responden mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Lampung yang mempunyai pengalaman organisasi dan pengalaman magang. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman organisasi, pengalaman magang dan self efficacy memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Lampung. Sementara itu, secara simultan terdapat pengaruh di antara semua variabel.

Abstract

In the context of globalization and increasing consumer awareness of halal food, understanding the factors that influence purchase decisions is crucial. Therefore, this study focuses on how halal raw materials and perceptions affect purchase intention, as well as the role of country of origin in shaping these decisions. This research aims to examine the influence of halal raw materials and halal perceptions on purchase intention, with the country of origin acting as a mediating variable in purchasing KFC menu items in Bandar Lampung. A quantitative approach was used in this research, with data collected through a Google Form questionnaire distributed via social media, involving 97 respondents from Bandar Lampung. The data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS. The results of the study indicate that halal raw materials, halal perceptions, and country of origin all have a positive and significant impact on purchase intention for KFC menu items. This suggests that consumers in Bandar Lampung place significant importance on halal aspects when selecting products, and that the country of origin has a positive influence on their purchase decisions. The implications of these findings suggest that KFC should pay more attention to the halal aspects of its ingredients and ensure clear communication about product quality. Additionally, managing the country of origin image effectively can help boost consumer purchase intention.

Abstract

Coffee farmers play a crucial role in the coffee industry, but the demographic of coffee farmers in the area tends to be aging. Therefore, a deep understanding of the perceptions and motivations of the younger generation towards the profession of coffee farming is essential to promote the sustainability of the coffee industry in the region. This study explain about analyze the perceptions and motivations of the younger generation in choosing a profession as coffee farmers in Rigis Jaya Village, West Lampung Regency. The research methodology employed qualitative and data collection through interviews administered to the younger generation interested in becoming coffee farmers in Rigis Jaya Village. The findings of the study reveal that the younger generation holds positive perceptions of the coffee farming profession. They recognize its economic potential and environmental sustainability. This research has significant implications for local governments and relevant stakeholders in developing programs and policies that support the development of the younger generation in the field of coffee farming.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether price perception, service quality, and taste affect consumer satisfaction of Mie Gacoan in Bandar Lampung (survey on Gen Z consumers in Bandar Lampung). The type of research used in this study is explanatory research. This study uses a quantitative approach with the obtained using a purposive sampling technique and data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, namely Gen Z consumers in Bandar Lampung. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and structural equation model analysis using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The data analysis techniques used are outer model tests, inner models, and hypothesis tests. The results of this study indicate that price perception and taste have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. However, this service quality variable does not affect consumer satisfaction, this is because consumers have higher expectations of service quality than those given and consumers focus more on price and taste. Furthermore, simultaneously the variables of price perception, service quality, and taste have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Suggestions for further research are to add product quality variables, place atmosphere and facilities, and other variables that can affect consumer satisfaction. Then practitioners to be able to improve the quality of service that can affect the level of consumer satisfaction. by understanding the elements of service quality that are valued by consumers, such as employee environment, fast and responsive in serving consumers and employee appearance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how organizational climate, job satisfaction, and work engagement effect employee performance at PT Hasta Dwiyustama. The research applies a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling, in which all 32 employees of PT Hasta Dwiyustama were selected as respondents. The data consists of both primary and secondary sources. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that, partially, organizational climate and work engagement have a significant effect on employee performance. In contrast, job satisfaction does not show a significant effect on employee performance at PT Hasta Dwiyustama. Simultaneously, the three variables organizational climate, job satisfaction, and work engagement together have a significant effect on employee performance at the company. It is recommended that the company provide competency test programs to support employees in preparing for promotion opportunities. Future researchers are advised to conduct studies with a larger sample size and consider other potentially influential variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of brand characteristics, company characteristics, customer characteristics on the brand loyalty of Otsky in Bandar Lampung. This type of quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were customers of the Otsky store in Bandar Lampung. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. The data were obtained from questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative analysis which includes: validity test, reliability test, and multiple linear regression, and the research hypothesis is tested using the individual parameter significance test (T test), simultaneous significance test (F test), and determination. coefficient analysis (). The results showed that simultaneously three independent variables, namely brand characteristics (X1), company characteristics (X2), customer characteristics (X3) had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y) Otsky Store in Bandar Lampung. The partial test also shows that all of the respective variables have a positive effect on customer loyalty at Otsky Store in Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

This study aims to determinate how much the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior. This study uses quantitative approach and takes sample by using purposive sampling technique. The sample consist of 72 employees of PT Siger Jaya Sentosa. The method of analysis use partial or statistical t and simultan or f test. The type of data used in this research was primary and secondary data. The result of this research show that job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior and leadershi style has a negative effect on organizational citizeship behavior also simultaneously job satisfaction, organizational commitment and leadership style have an effect of 34,3% on organizational citizenship behavior.
