Abstract

Abstract Economic growth is an indicator used to see the success of development. Sharia economy is expected to be a solution.The purpose of research is to examine and explain the potential extent of Islamic banks in Indonesia.This research is library research, which is a series of activities relating to the methods of collecting library data, reading, taking notes and processing research materials. This study used a qualitative approach. The results of this study, the potential of existing Islamic banks can be optimized with third party funds and number of offices, which are variables that can increase the market share of Islamic banks in Indonesia. A simple and fast government policy to boost the market share of Islamic banks with the establishment of a Sharia BUMN Bank. The number of offices in the current era is not only physical, but must be supported by the latest information technology. Abstrak Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan indikator yang digunakan untuk melihat keberhasilan pembangunan. Ekonomi syariah yang diharapkan menjadi solusi dari lemahnya sistem ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menelaah dan memaparkan sejauh mana potensi bank syariah di Indonesia serta melihat peluang pembangunan ekonomi pada masa yang akan datang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah library research, yaitu serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca, dan mencatat serta mengolah bahan penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini potensi bank syariah yang ada dapat dioptimalkan dengan dana pihak ketiga dan jumlah kantor yang merupakan variabel yang bisa menaikkan market share bank syariah di Indonesia. Kebijakan pemerintah yang sederhana dan cepat untuk mendongkrak market share bank syariah dengan berdirinya Bank BUMN Syariah. Jumlah kantor di era sekarang bukan hanya berbentuk fisik, tetapi harus didukung dengan teknologi informasi yang paling mutakhir. Jumlah kantor sangat bergantung pada aset yang dimiliki bank syariah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Biaya Promosi, Dana Pihak Ketiga, Inflasi dan Zakat terhadap Return on Assets Bank Umum DevisSyariah di Indonesia. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan data bulanan yang dipublikasikan di website resmi bank, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan Bank Indonesia periode 2015 – 2017. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode data data panel dengan data bulanan pada tahun 2015 – 2017 Bank Umum Devisa Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengolahan data menggunakan Eviews 8.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel internal Biaya Promosi dan Dana Pihak Ketiga berpengaruh positif terhadap Return Assets, variabel religiusitas Zakat berpengaruh positif terhadap Return on Assets sedangkan variabel eksternal Inflasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return on Assets. Secara simultan variabel independen (Biaya Promosi, Dana Pihak Ketiga, Inflasi dan Zakat) berpengaruh terhadap Return on Assets. Hasil Regresi Adjusted R-Square sebesar 85,7 % menunjukkan bahwa variabel dependen (Return on Assets) secara bersama-sama mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel independen (Biaya Promosi, Dana Pihak Ketiga, Inflasi dan Zakat), sedangkan sisanya sebesar 14,3 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diikut sertakan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are one of the Islamic religious education institutions in Indonesia, consisting of mosques, students, pondoks, kiai, and yellow books in an effort to educate and maintain religious values and norms for the community, one of which is the Arrahmah Litahfiizhil Qur'an Alkarim Islamic Boarding School in Jambi. Based on the results of the observations made, it was found that most of the students had not mastered public speaking, so they did not dare to appear in front of the general public to preach, so that became the basis for the need for public speaking training for Santri and Santriwati at the Islamic Boarding School. This public speaking activity went through several stages, including; observation, orientation, introduction of material, practice, and evaluation. In general, the implementation of this community service activity has been going well thanks to the cooperation between the committees and the support of various parties. However, there were a number of things to note after the activity took place, namely, that the training participants needed continuous assistance after this activity because there were still some students who did not understand terms in foreign languages.

Abstract

Ecotourism has a close relationship with sustainable tourism management, making ecotourism development strategies highly suitable for preserving ecosystems and playing a vital role in the conservation and management of natural habitats for species while creating economic benefits for local communities. Being a province with the highest number of national parks poses a unique challenge for Jambi Province as a pioneering province in ecotourism concept development. This research is crucial as it requires an in-depth examination of the limitations and challenges faced during the development process in order to establish Jambi Province as a model province for ecotourism. Qualitative analysis through literature review is essential to determine the extent to which the implementation of the ecotourism concept is applied in Jambi Province. The objective is to identify the limitations and challenges in the ecotourism development process in Jambi. The expected benefits of this research include expanding knowledge on limitations and challenges in ecotourism development and providing input for the future development of national parks tourism in Jambi Province. The results of this study indicate that the main aspect of ecotourism, conservation principles, is well implemented in Jambi Province, although challenges remain in the social and economic aspects. Some of the limitations in implementing social and economic principles include (a) the need for community involvement as stakeholders in planning, implementation, and monitoring of ecotourism development to enhance cohesion among individuals in the community; (b) collaboration between the government, non-governmental organizations, and entrepreneurs that still have room for optimization to ensure equitable and fair distribution of tourism benefits; (c) ecotourism, seen as a comprehensive product of natural attractions, has been established, but it is yet to be supported by tourism activities focused on nature and environmental conservation efforts.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of capital structure, profitability and company size on the value of companies in the mining industry sector, coal mining sub-sector listed on the BEI in 2018-2022. After the research data was collected and processed by the author, there are points in this research with the following conclusions: Capital structure (X1) on the value of companies in the mining industry sector (Y). In the prob results, the results show a significant value of 0.0000 < a (0.05) and seen from the t-statistic of 1.863491 > t-table of 1.66256 , based on these results, the probability < of the a and t-count values ​​> t-table, meaning that capital structure influences the value of companies in the mining industry sector. Profitability (X2) on the value of companies in the mining industry sector (Y). In the prob results, a significant value of 0.0369 < a ​​(0.05) was obtained and seen from the t-statistic it was 1.874639 > t-table of 1.66256, based on these significant values, Probability < from a and t-count values ​​> t-table, meaning that Profitability has an effect on the value of companies in the mining industry sector. Company size (X3) on the value of companies in the mining industry sector (Y). In the prob results, a significant value of 0.0479 < a ​​(0.05) was obtained and seen from the t-statistic it was 1.987158 > t-table of 1.66256 , based on the significant value, Probability < from the value of a and t-count > t-table, Company Size means that it influences the value of companies in the mining industry sector

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Financing is financing provided by business-based Islamic financial institutions, meaning that the capital is rolled out for working capital. Increased public awareness of halal matter and strong stakeholder support are important factors in the development of the halal industry ecosystem in Indonesia. The Industrial Era 5.0 had an impact on all existing sectors including the economic sector in the form of banking and halal-based business entities. This study discusses Indonesian Islamic Banks in halal-based Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises financing in the industrial era 5.0 which has an impact on the economy in Indonesia. It is based on literature research in the form of reading financial archives, field observations, and analysis results from the financial statements of Bank Syariah Indonesia. This study argues that financing Bank Syariah Indonesia as a provider of capital will increase Halal-based Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises supported by the use of digital media in the era of industrial 5.0.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini mencoba memberikan pengetahuan betapa pentingnya pemahaman mengenai produk-produk yang ada di dalam pasar modal syariah sebagai salah satu pilihan untuk berinvestasi kepada masyarakat terutama yang memiliki usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah. Tahap penyusunan artikel ini menggunakan studi literatur berbagai referensi yang mendukung proses pengabdian pada UMKM Sukses Bersama Mantap. Selain itu, untuk mengetahui secara nyata keadaan di lapangan, maka penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara kepada beberapa para pelaku UMKM. Pengabdian ini berkaitan dengan pasar modal syariah dan cara berinvestasi  secara legal dan aman serta dengan adanya pengabdian ini diharapkan para pelaku UMKM mampu menganalisa saham syariah yang baik, salah satunya dengan cara menganalisa laporan keuangan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the instability of customers who are still experiencing ups and downs of customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of products and promotions on customers' decisions to save in Islamic banks with religiosity as a moderating variable. This study used a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents and a non-probability sampling technique. The data analysis tool in this study used moderated regression analysis (MRA), which was processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 tool.  The results of this study have an influence on the customer's decision to save at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Jambi Pattimura with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. Promotion has an influence on customers' decisions to save at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Jambi Pattimura with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, the product and promotion variables influence the customer's decision to save at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Jambi Pattimura with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. And the Religiosity variable is known that the significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05 and the R Square value is 0.821 meaning that religiosity moderates the simultaneous effect of product and promotion on customers' saving decisions

Abstract

Economic growth is an indicator used to see development success in a country, including Indonesia. The Covid-19 pandemic has a significant impact on economic growth, such as a decline in each quarter of 2020. It also affects the income and level of consumption of the community. UMKM, as the spearhead of economic affairs, can certainly provide solutions to the problems faced. The tendency of the halal industry, especially in halal products, is currently experiencing a panic, where all products must have a halal certificate. This study aims to analyze the potential of halal-based UMKM on the economy after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method is qualitative with a literacy approach, referring to the findings that correlate with the studied variables. The result of this research is that halal-based UMKM provides economic improvement. The population of Muslims in Indonesia reached 229.62 million people, and it has an impact on the level of consumption of foods and drinks labelled as halal, especially during a pandemic. The tendency that occurs determines consumption in society. Therefore, halal-based UMKM have the potential to improve the economy during the pandemic and post Covid-19 pandemic.
