Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini ialah untuk menyampaikan pengetahuan mengenai aspek perpajakan dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa di Kecamatan Cikarang Selatan. Partisipasi dalam kegiatan ini melibatkan aparat desa Jatibaru. Kegiatan dimulai dengan penyampaian materi mengenai konsep perpajakan dan memberikan contoh kasus yang relevan. Selanjutnya, dilakukan sesi tanya jawab dan diskusi untuk menjelaskan permasalahan dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh aparat desa, serta menerima masukan dari Tim PPM. Beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh aparat desa meliputi kebingungan dalam pemungutan pajak daerah dan pajak pusat, pembayaran honorarium dengan nilai nominal kecil yang tidak dipotong pajak, aspek teknis pemotongan PPh Pasal 22 dan PPN pada penyedia barang dan jasa, serta ketidakinklusan nilai pajak dalam anggaran belanja. Masukan dari tim mencakup pemahaman bahwa pemungutan pajak daerah bukanlah tanggung jawab bendahara desa karena tidak didasarkan pada dasar hukum; seluruh honorarium sebaiknya dipotong pajak; penggunaan kwitansi yang terpisah dan melengkapi bukti transaksi pembelian barang dan jasa yang terkait dengan PPh Pasal 22 dan PPN; serta penyusunan anggaran belanja yang sudah memperhitungkan nilai nominal pajak.

Abstract

Ecopreneur yang dikembangkan dalam PKM ini adalah pengembangan produk bernilai tambah dari komoditas lokal yang dianggap tidak/kurang bernilai ekonomis. Kelompok mitra yang dilibatkan yaitu kelompok Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat desa Cibatu. Pendekatan yang dilakukan yaitu fasilitasi proses izin P-IRT dan penyediaan dukungan in-kind berupa peralatan. Selain itu, kelompok juga didampingi dalam pembuatan kemasan dan media promosi dan pemasaran. Pada kegiatan PKM ini, kombinasi ecopreneurship dan konsep Saemaul Undong 2.0 merupakan pendekatan yang potensial untuk digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang lebih berkelanjutan Pengembangan sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan ecopreneur dengan konsep saemaul undong pada umkm desa cibatu tersebut diharapkan mampu memberikan dampak yang baik terhadap masyakarat yang berada di sekitar lokasi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan. Oleh karena itu perlunya dukungan dari masyarakat dalam merealisasikan pengembangan sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan ecopreneur dengan konsep saemaul undong pada umkm desa cibatu.

Abstract

Human resource management plays a very important role for the company in order to provide maximum results besides that it will also have the best professionalism that can be relied upon to achieve the company's goals and objectives, namely getting maximum profit. This study aims to analyze the effect of work supervision, work culture, and work environment on employee productivity at PT ABC. The company has goals to achieve, and it is highly expected that workers want to work according to the standards set by the company, and the company wants its employees to work very productively. The sample for this survey was 69 respondents who answered. This research uses quantitative methods using validity tests, reliability tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple regression tests, t tests and F tests with the help of SPSS statistics.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and increasingly fierce business competition, companies are faced with the challenge of retaining qualified employees. Competent and experienced employees are valuable assets for organizations because they contribute significantly to the achievement of company goals. Therefore, employee retention is an important strategic issue to be considered by company management. Compensation is one of the main factors that influence employees' decision to stay with a company. According to several studies, fair and competitive compensation can increase employee satisfaction, which in turn has a positive impact on employee retention. Good compensation includes not only basic salary, but also incentives, bonuses, allowances, and other facilities that can improve employee welfare. Thus, effective compensation management is crucial in the effort to retain employees. Career development is another very important aspect in influencing employee retention. Employees tend to feel more satisfied and committed to companies that provide clear and structured career development opportunities. Training programs, further education, mentoring, and transparent career paths can help employees feel valued and motivated to continue growing within the organization. Research shows that employees who see career development prospects where they work tend to have higher loyalty to the company. A strong and positive organizational culture also plays an important role in employee retention. A culture that is supportive, inclusive and in line with employees' personal values can increase their sense of attachment to the company. Organizational culture includes values, norms, and behaviors that are accepted and shared by all members of the organization. When employees feel that the organizational culture matches their personal values, they tend to be more at home and motivated to stay with the company. The objectives of this study are: to find out whether compensation, career development and organizational culture affect employee retention both partially and simultaneously. Then the stages in this research methodology are to test the validity and reliability of the research instrument, after passing these tests, the classical assumption test will then be carried out and then use multiple linear regression tests where the data will be processed using minitab statistical software / SPSS. The implication of this research is that the company will later find out what variables can affect employee retention, especially in the variables of compensation, career development, and organizational culture.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengatahui bagaimana pencatatan dan penilaian persediaan obat-obatan pada Klinik Bidan Delima dengan menggunakan metode masuk pertama-keluar pertama (MPKP). Klinik Bidan Delima diketahui belum melakukan pencatatan persediaan barang dagang mereka sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan, padahal persediaan merupakan unsur yang sangat penting untuk membuat laporan keuangan dan laporan posisi keuangan. Metode yang dipakai dalam program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah metode pelatihan : berupa memberikan penjelasan konsep dan pelatihan langsung dengan tatap muka dengan tetap memperhatikan protokol kesehatan yang ketat.

Abstract

Usaha mikro dan kecil atau UMKM adalah usaha kecil. Individu, keluarga, dan bisnis dapat berpartisipasi. Berdasarkan fakta yang ada, mulai dari ciri-ciri hingga definisinya, usaha mikro ini dapat kita temukan berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 20 Januari 2008. Di tengah perkembangan tersebut, pemerintah mulai memberikan perhatian lebih terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh badan usaha tersebut. Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi seiring dengan munculnya berbagai platform digital diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penjualan produk segar dan jus asli, sekaligus menjaganya dengan meningkatkan kualitas gambar dan konten visual, meningkatkan keterampilan copywriting dan penulisan konten, meningkatkan branding serta meningkatkan kemampuan pemasaran digital. Pemanfaatan teknologi yang menunjang operasional dan pertumbuhan UMKM dikaitkan dengan istilah wirausaha teknologi. Pengusaha teknologi adalah orang-orang yang memanfaatkan teknologi digital yang diterapkan pada bisnis yang mereka jalankan. Dengan adanya konsep inovatif pengembangan teknologi informasi pada proses bisnis dalam bentuk website akan mampu memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan proses bisnis para pelaku usaha, karena memiliki kemampuan memperluas bidang pemasaran dan melakukan upaya peningkatan volume penjualan dengan menjalin hubungan komunikasi interaktif dengan konsumen

Abstract

The Indonesian government launched a health program to deal with health problems, especially public health, with the POSYANDU program so that children under five get health that can be monitored early in the community environment. The program usually runs for 6 months and is usually carried out every three months due to lack of community resources in the implementation due to the large working area, to deal with these problems make the community a partner by applying the concept of community empowerment so that they can be independent and the level of human health in each region can increase. This study aims to find out and describe the concept of empowerment used in the implementation of the posyandu program with the health services of children under five in the RT 075 Housing area cikarang central park north cikarang. The research shows that health and administrative services, especially for mothers, aim to improve the quality of better data collection and good services, so there needs to be support from many parties, one of which is support from the government as the highest institution both financially, facilities and infrastructure, as well as coaching cadres.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the direct influence between workload and work discipline on work productivity and the indirect influence between workload and work discipline through work motivation on work productivity. This research uses quantitative methods with a population of 140 manufacturing company employees in Kalryalwaln, using a saturated sample. This research was processed using SmartPLS 3.2.9 data processing software and data collection was carried out via Google.

Abstract

The development of tertiary education is currently very rapid, especially as the need for education is very much needed by students, so it is mandatory for all tertiary institutions to really pay attention to the quality of lecturers, which has an impact on the level of satisfaction of students from Pelita Bangsa University's Digital Business study program. This research is classified as quantitative, so the discussion carried out is data obtained from research which is the result of SPSS 25.0 analysis, observation, interviews and questionnaires. The type of sample used was purposive sampling. From the research, the results obtained are that based on SPSS 25.0 data, we can conclude that students who feel satisfied with the performance of Digital Business lecturers with the highest score are Empathy with a total of 30% and the lowest is stable with 12.2%. Then in the quite satisfied category, the highest score is still Empathy with 31.1% and the lowest is 11.1%, namely responsiveness. Dissatisfied category with 2 out of 5 Tangible 64.4 and Responsiveness 35.6%.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of the K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) program and incentive on employee productivity mediated by job satisfaction in millennial generation employees in Bekasi Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample size of 96 samples. Sample calculation using the Lemeshow formula.  The results are Occupational health and safety (OHS) programs have no positive impact on the productivity, incentive has a significant influence on the productivity, Job satisfaction has a direct impact on the productivity, Occupational health and safety (OHS) programs play an important role in improving job satisfaction, incentive plays an important role in increasing the job, Occupational health and safety (OHS) programs can influence the productivity through the mediation of job satisfaction and incentive plays an important role in increasing the productivity mediated by their level of job satisfaction.
