Abstract

Manuscript type: Research Paper Research Aims: The objective of this research is to create a conceptual model that explains how the process of building and increasing brand resonance by constructing important factors regarding consumer perceptions of brands, such as brand love, brand attitude, emotional customer value, and symbolic brand reputation. Design/methodology/approach: The respondents were owners and users of Toyota Fortuner car in Indonesia. There was questionnaires distributed directly to the Toyota Fortuner car users in several big cities in Indonesia (Yogyakarta, Semarang, Bandung, Jakarta, and Surabaya). Research Findings: The acceptance of all proposed hypotheses shows the importance of brand love, brand attitude, emotional customer value, and symbolic brand reputation in increasing the success of building brand resonance, so that the company is able to make customers have a strong bond with the brand. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: The theoretical model of this research could be utilized as an essential reference in developing a brand management model through the CBBE approach. The originality of this research is placed on the new conceptual model development, in order to build a strong brand resonance. Practitioner/Policy Implication: This research has distinctly indicated that there were three methods to drive increased brand resonance that companies could adopt in setting the brand policies. These three important things included increasing the symbolic brand reputation and customers’ emotional value, increasing the positive attitude of customers towards the brand (brand attitude), and increasing the consumer's affection for the brand. Research limitation/Implications: This research utilizes samples on only one automotive brand and company.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate whether factors such as entrepreneurial capacity, education, and self-efficacy can predict high-growth entrepreneurial intention. The research employs a quantitative method. Data was collected from 300 Gen-Z respondents who had studied entrepreneurship at universities and was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS. The findings reveal that entrepreneurial education does not significantly influence the intention to create a high-growth business. However, both entrepreneurial self-efficacy and capacity significantly and positively affect high-growth entrepreneurial intention.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan siswa-siswi SMA Negeri 2 Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan dalam merencanakan masa depan mereka serta menghindari pernikahan dini, melalui pendekatan Personal Value Canvas (PVC). PVC adalah sebuah modifikasi dari Value Proposition Canvas yang membantu siswa mengenali potensi, kelemahan, dan cita-cita mereka. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan model lokakarya yang melibatkan permainan interaktif dan presentasi, yang memungkinkan siswa untuk mengisi PVC mereka secara mandiri. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa menjadi lebih sadar akan potensi dan kelemahan diri mereka, serta mampu membuat rencana yang lebih baik untuk masa depan. Beberapa siswa menyadari bahwa cita-cita mereka tidak sejalan dengan jurusan yang mereka pilih, namun mereka berkomitmen untuk memperbaiki diri demi mencapai tujuan tersebut. Selain itu, program ini juga menyosialisasikan berbagai bantuan pendidikan dari pemerintah daerah, yang semakin menambah motivasi siswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikan tinggi. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan PVC membantu siswa merencanakan masa depan dengan lebih baik dan menumbuhkan komitmen yang kuat untuk mencapai impian mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis aspek- aspek yang berdampak pada pilihan di pasar modal yang diambil oleh mahasiswa Universitas Ciputra. Dengan konteks pertumbuhan ekonomi yang pesat dan meningkatnya keterlibatan generasi milenial dalam investasi, penelitian ini menekankan tiga variabel utama yaitu motivasi investasi, literasi investasi, dan pengetahuan investasi. Metode yang diterapkan adalah kuantitatif yang melibatkan pengumpulan data primer melalui survei dengan partisipasi 141 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa motivasi untuk berinvestasi memiliki dampak positif dan pengaruh yang besar terhadap proses penentuan keputusan investasi. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa individu yang memiliki motivasi yang tinggi cenderung lebih proaktif dalam melakukan investasi.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak besar pada kondisi perekonomian Indonesia yang semakin tidak stabil. Salah satu dampak signifikan yang timbul adalah banyak investor yang melakukan penarikan investasi mereka dari pasar modal karena kondisi yang tidak pasti dan akhirnya mengakibatkan penurunan yang pesat pada harga IHSG. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk memberikan rekomendasi kinerja saham LQ45 yang optimal untuk investasi jangka pendek dan jangka panjang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan sumber data yang diteliti berasal dari website www.finance.yahoo.com dan www.investing.com, yang meliputi populasi saham LQ45 dan pilihan sebanyak empat saham dengan expected return tertinggi pada perhitungan jangka panjang serta jangka pendek. Hasil kajian menunjukkan empat saham yang direkomendasikan untuk berinvestasi jangka panjang, yaitu AMRT, ARTO, MDKA, dan TOWR dan empat saham rekomendasi untuk investasi jangka pendek adalah EXCL, AMRT, MEDC, dan ITMG. Kata Kunci: investasi; saham; LQ45.

Abstract

This community service partner is the Bukit Baruga II Maros Complex Community which was affected by the flood. The purpose of this service is to evacuate flood victims in MoncongLoe Lappara, Moncongloe District, Maros Regency by preparing temporary shelters for flood victims. The form of this service activity is the preparation and implementation directly to the point/location affected by the flood by evacuating the flood victims. Visiting people's homes by giving directions to immediately go to the shelter that has been prepared. This is done to avoid the occurrence of flood victims. The flood handling method is to coordinate with the local government, namely the Bukit Baruga complex's family gathering, making evacuation routes to evacuation sites. The results of the service showed that all the people of Moncongloe Lappara, Moncongloe District, Maros Regency could be evacuated to a safer place/temporary shelter in the courtyard area of the mosque in the complex and there were no fatalities in the event of a flood. Residents, especially the elderly and children, are in a safe place until the flood conditions start to recede and they can return to their homes. The evacuation was carried out together with the Bukit Baruga complex family gathering together with the government of Moncongloe Lappara village. With the collaboration of all parties, the government, community members and academics residents can save themselves from flood disasters.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah mengajarkan perencanaan dasar dalam mengelola keuangan dan juga investasi melalui presentasi. Mitra pengabdian adalah Sekolah SMA Dunia Harapan-Makassar. Pesertanya adalah 2 guru dan 34 siswa. Tema pengembangan materi manajemen keuangan dan investasi dimana fokus pembahasan adalah presentasi dan study case. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah mahasiswa mampu menerapkan manajemen keuangan dan investasi dalam mengatur perencanaan keuangan mereka. Terdapat 6 kelompok yang memiliki strategi dalam perencanaan keuangan dan investasi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan cara pemaparan materi, diskusi, dan study case. Hasil pengabdian ini memberikan dampak yang signifikan kepada peserta, dimana peserta mengikuti kegiatan ini selama setengah hari. Peserta memiliki ide-ide yang unik dalam membuat strategi dalam merencanakan keuangan.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial activity is an important driver of economic development in a country. However, Indonesia still has a low number of entrepreneurs compared to the total population due to limited resources and institutional barriers. Thus, it is crucial to understand how entrepreneurship education may foster creative and adaptive behavior, such as entrepreneurial bricolage, especially in Generation Z, who are predicted to be the economic drivers of Indonesia in the future. This study aims to examine the relationship between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial bricolage, considering the mediating effects of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial capacity. A quantitative approach was employed by distributing surveys to 400 Gen-Z respondents who had taken an entrepreneurship course in universities, and the data were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results of the study show that entrepreneurial education has a strong impact on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial capacity. In addition, both variables were also found to mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial bricolage partially. These findings indicate that the transformation from entrepreneurship education toward bricolage behavior happens through psychological readiness and strengthening entrepreneurial capacity. The novelty of this study lies in positioning entrepreneurial bricolage as the outcome of entrepreneurial education, achieved by integrating Social Cognitive Theory and Effectuation Theory in the context of Generation Z in Indonesia. Theoretically, this study enhances the understanding of the mechanism underlying the formation of entrepreneurial behavior, and practically guides the development of an entrepreneurship education curriculum.
