Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 237 personnel. The objectives of this study are 1). To test and analyze whether work discipline and direction simultaneously influence the performance of the Sampang Police personnel. 2). To test and analyze whether work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of the Sampang Police personnel. 3.) To test and analyze whether the briefing has a significant effect on the performance of the Sampang Police personnel. 1.) Work discipline, direction and promotion simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of the Sampang Police personnel. 2.) Work discipline has a significant influence and has an influence on improving the performance of the Sampang Police personnel. 3.) Briefing has a significant effect on improving the performance of the Sampang Police personnel.

Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 44 teachers. The objectives of this study are 1). To test and analyze the simultaneous influence of education, training and teaching experience on the professionalism of teachers at SMA Negeri I Torjun, Sampang Regency. 2). To test and analyze the partial influence of education, training and teaching experience on the professionalism of teachers at SMA Negeri I Torjun, Sampang Regency. 3.) Abstract

The purpose of study are: 1) Describe the leadership style, organizational culture, infrastructure and quality of education at SMPN 1 Omben, Sampang Regency; 2) Test and analyze the partial influence of the leadership style, organizational culture and infrastructure on the quality of education at SMPN 1 Omben, Sampang Regency; 3) Test and analyze the simultaneous influence of the leadership style, organizational culture and infrastructure on the quality of education at SMPN 1 Omben, Sampang Regency. The number of research samples as many as 34 people, the sampling methods using the census sampling method. Analysis tools Using SPSS. The results showed that: 1) Partially, leadership style, organizational culture, and infrastructure have a significant influence on the quality of education at SMPN 1 Omben, Sampang Regency. So that in this case the first hypothesis is accepted and its validity is proven; 2) Simultaneously, leadership style, organizational culture, and infrastructure have a significant influence on the quality of education at SMPN 1 Omben, Sampang Regency. So that in this case the second hypothesis is accepted and its validity is proven

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) To examine and analyze the effect of education on employee performance in Tlanakan Subdistrict, Pamekasan Regency; 2) To test and analyze the effect of education on competence in Tlanakan Subdistrict, Pamekasan Regency; 3) To test and analyze the effect of competence on the performance of employees in Tlanakan Subdistrict, Pamekasan Regency; and 4) To examine and analyze the effect of education on the performance of the employees of the Tlanakan Subdistrict, Pamekasan Regency which is mediated by competence. The research method used is quantitative method, with a sample of 62 employees. Based on data analysis using PLS, the results showed that; 1) Education has a significant effect on employee performance, with the original sample value of 0.319; 2) Education has a significant effect on competence, with the original sample value of 0.545; 3) Competence has a significant effect on employee performance, with the original sample value of 0.338; and 4) Education has a significant effect on employee performance mediated by competence, with the original sample value of 0.184. The significance value of all research variables at = 0.05 with a 95% confidence level. The variable that has a significant dominant effect is education on competence.

Abstract

The Effect of Motivation on the Performance of Personnel of the Satreskrim Section of the Pamekasan Police Mediated by Commitment, Postgraduate Program at Wijaya Putra University. This type of research is cross-sectional, due to a certain time span/simultaneously conducting observations, recordings given by respondents. By using a quantitative approach, the research sample was 65 respondents. In this study, the data will be processed using SEM-PLS data analysis.The aims of this research are: 1). To determine the direct effect of motivation on personnel performance. 2). To determine the direct effect of motivation on personnel commitment. 3). To determine the direct effect of commitment on personnel performance. 4). To determine the indirect effect of motivation on personnel performance mediated by commitment. The results showed that: 1) Motivation had a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value and p-values ​​of 0.276 and 0.029. 2). Motivation has a positive and significant effect on commitment. This is evidenced by the original sample value and the p-values ​​of 0.546 and 0.000. 3). Commitment has a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value and p-values ​​of 0.365 and 0.004. 4). Motivation has a significant positive effect on personnel performance mediated by commitment. This is evidenced by the original sample value and p-values ​​of 0.201 and 0.026.

The research sample was 65 people. The aims of this research are 1). To determine and analyze the direct influence of the quality of human resources on the performance of the Satreskrim Polres Pamekasan personnel; 2). To find out and analyze the direct influence of competence on the motivation of the Satreskrim Polres Pamekasan; 3). To find out and analyze the direct influence of the quality of human resources on the motivation of the Satreskrim Polres Pamekasan; 4). To find out and analyze the direct influence of competence on the motivation of the Satreskrim Polres Pamekasan; 5). Abstract

Hasil-hasil menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Secara serempak Kemampuan Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan infrastructure mempunyai pengaruh signifikan pada kinerja aparatur ; 2) secara parsial Kemampuan Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan infrastructure mempunyai pengaruh signifikan pada kinerja aparatur; Nilai dari masing-masing pengaruh adalah secara parsial dibuktikan oleh nilai t dari setiap variabel bebas yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0.05; 3) secara serempak Kemampuan Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan infrastructure mempunyai pengaruh signifikan pada kinerja perangkat desa, Kecamatan Lenteng, kabupaten Sumenep. Pengaruh signifikan serempak bisa dilihat dari hasil-hasil analisa F yang menunjukkan nilai signifikan kurang dari 0.05 ; 4) Kemampuan kerja mempunyai pengaruh dominan pada kinerja perangkat desa, Kecamatan Lenteng, kabupaten Sumenep.

Abstract

Abstrak : Manajemen obat adalah aspek vital dalam perawatan kesehatan, terutama bagi pasien dengan penyakit kronis yang memerlukan pengobatan jangka panjang. Tunanetra menghadapi tantangan besar dalam hal ini karena ketergantungan pada informasi visual pada kemasan obat, yang dapat menyebabkan kesalahan dalam identifikasi, pengaturan dosis, dan jadwal konsumsi. Penerapan label Braille pada kemasan obat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas layanan kesehatan bagi tunanetra, memungkinkan mereka mengidentifikasi obat secara mandiri dan mengurangi risiko kesalahan penggunaan. Artikel ini membahas efektivitas label Braille dalam manajemen obat di Puskesmas Janti Kota Malang dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian melibatkan pengisian kuesioner, wawancara, telaah dokumen, dan observasi terhadap inovator label Braille. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan label Braille secara signifikan meningkatkan kemandirian dan keselamatan pasien tunanetra dalam pengelolaan obat. Label ini membantu pasien mengenali obat, mengatur dosis, dan memahami instruksi, sehingga mengurangi risiko kesalahan pengobatan. Meskipun ada tantangan seperti biaya produksi dan kurangnya sosialisasi, penggunaan label Braille berkontribusi pada peningkatan akses layanan kesehatan bagi penyandang disabilitas, yang dapat mengurangi beban kesehatan masyarakat. Dukungan kebijakan, teknologi, dan kolaborasi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesetaraan akses dan kualitas hidup pasien tunanetra di masa depan. Kata Kunci: Label Braille, tunanetra, manajemen obat, inovasi, aksesibilitas, kesehatan masyarakat Abstract : Medication management is a vital aspect of healthcare, especially for patients with chronic diseases requiring long-term treatment. Visually impaired individuals face significant challenges in this regard due to their reliance on visual information on medication packaging, which can lead to errors in identification, dosage regulation, and consumption schedules. The implementation of Braille labels on medication packaging aims to enhance healthcare accessibility for the visually impaired, allowing them to identify their medications independently and reduce the risk of misuse. This article discusses the effectiveness of Braille labels in medication management at Puskesmas Janti Kota Malang using a qualitative descriptive approach. The research involved the completion of questionnaires, interviews, document reviews, and observations of Braille label innovators. The research findings indicate that the implementation of Braille labels significantly enhances the independence and safety of visually impaired patients in managing their medications. These labels help patients recognize medications, regulate dosages, and understand instructions, thereby reducing the risk of medication errors. Despite challenges such as production costs and a lack of socialization, the use of Braille labels contributes to improving healthcare access for individuals with disabilities, potentially alleviating the healthcare burden on society. Support from policies, technology, and collaboration is expected to further enhance access equality and the quality of life for visually impaired patients in the future.
