Abstract

pelatihan dalam menggunakan aplikasi tersebut guna membantu meningkatkat produktivitas dan kualitas UMKM Buah Sabar Kabupaten Bekasi. Sasaran dalam kegiatan abdimas ini adalah mitra UMKM Buah Sabar yang berada di kecamatan Serang Baru kabupaten Bekasi dengan jumlah sebanyak lima orang. Penyampaian materi oleh dosen Universitas Pelita Bangsa Dengan menggunakan metode penyampaian presentasi dan penjelasan dan praktek di depan mitra serta didukung dengan pemberian modul materi yang akan digunakan saat pembelajaran. Adapun permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM buah Sabar adalah belum optimal dalam mengelola data penjualan dan pembelian (pengelolaan data penjualan dan pembelian masih dilakukan secara manual) hal ini dikarenakan masih kurangnya pengetahuan tentang penggunaan tekologi informasi. Hasil yang didapat mitra dari kegiatan ini adalah mitra dapat mengelola data penjualan dan pembelian dengan efisien dan efektif, disamping itu juga tumbuhnya kesadaran untuk memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dengan optimal sehingga dapat membantu meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas uasaha UMKM Buah Sabar.

Abstract

The Manado-Bitung Metropolitan Area Plan aims to create an integrated and sustainable area by paying attention to economic, social and environmental growth. This study assesses the existing conditions and development potential in the area, identifies challenges, and formulates a comprehensive spatial planning strategy. The planning approach used involves analyzing factors such as transportation, infrastructure, land use, and socio-economic dynamics. The plan is designed to improve connectivity between Manado and Bitung, support industrial and tourism development, and promote environmentally friendly development. It is hoped that the implementation of this spatial planning plan can accelerate regional economic growth, reduce the disparity between regions, and improve the quality of life of the community. The conclusion of this study shows that integrated and participatory spatial planning is essential to achieve sustainable and inclusive metropolitan development.

Abstract

in the city of Karawang. The goal and objective of the planning and design of the UNSIKA II Campus is to provide unique building characteristics from the locality of Karawang, namely Kota Lumbung Padi. The methods used to achieve the final design are field survey, data collection, data analysis, concept and final design. The basic design concept includes a discussion of site data, along with the area of ​​the building to be constructed. Circulation within the site includes circulation for pedestrians, two-wheeled vehicles, four-wheeled vehicles, bicycles and the disabled. And it has three large masses which are the rectorate building, laboratory and library. In achieving this goal, the Karawang City Logo is used. These features are taken and applied to the building mass and site plan pattern to provide a modern and traditional atmosphere. Choosing the theme of Vernacular Architecture in accordance with the surrounding community is considered suitable for campus buildings, this is because local values ​​start to disappear along with the passage of time.

Abstract

The design of apartments must also be aware of protecting the environment. The aim of this research is to find out how necessary it is to build apartments using a green building concept approach and themed on green nature and using descriptive, documentary, comparative, and following methods. design an apartment with a green building concept so that the development of this vertical residence or apartment can solve the problem of housing needs in Bekasi City, it can accommodate many homes in a narrow area, and also by designing a green building concept the apartment also helps to protect the environment around it and can also reducing the effects of global warming, the conclusion is that the need for housing in the Kota Bekasi area is increasing, but land for housing is decreasing, therefore vertical residential development is very necessary for the Kota Bekasi area. In designing a building with a green building concept we must meet several variable requirements, namely appropriate land use, energy efficiency and conservation, water use efficiency, material resources & cycles, air quality & indoor air comfort, building environmental management.

Abstract

Klinik Bidan Atik currently manages patient registration manually, resulting in long waiting times, data entry errors, and challenges in generating monthly reports effectively. To address these issues, this study aims to develop a web-based patient registration system using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology with a prototyping approach. The system is designed to streamline the patient registration process, enhance data accuracy, and facilitate monthly report generation. Data collection methods include direct observation, interviews with clinic staff, and system requirements analysis. The implementation results indicate a 50% reduction in registration time compared to the previous manual method. Additionally, blackbox testing shows that the system functions as intended, reducing data entry errors and providing easier data access for clinic administrators. With this system, Klinik Bidan Atik is expected to improve service quality, accelerate the registration process, and organize monthly reports more systematically.

Abstract

Absensi pada kegiatan praktikum di Laboratorium Komputer Universitas Pelita Bangsa masih menggunakan cara manual, dimana mahasiswa peserta praktikum wajib membawa kartu kendali berisikan data diri berupa nama, nim dan praktikum yang dijalani untuk kemudian ditandatangani dan diberi stempel oleh Asisten Lab yang menjadi pengawas praktikum lalu kemudian pengawas praktikum menginput data kehadiran peserta praktikum ke file microsoft excel untuk dijadikan laporan. Mengingat jumlah mahasiswa yang mengikuti praktikum tidaklah sedikit, tentu sangat merepotkan bagi pengawas untuk menginput daftar kehadiran satu persatu, apalagi ini juga bisa menjadi masalah apabila suatu saat file arsip hilang, belum lagi adanya masalah kartu kendali hilang, rusak atau tertinggal, maka dibutuhkan adanya sistem absensi yang dapat mencatat kehadiran secara efektif dan efisien. Sistem Kehadiran Praktikum ini dibuat dengan framework Laravel versi 10 dan MySql sebagai basis data, dan dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Aplikasi Absensi dapat menginput data absensi secara cepat dengan cara menscan Qr-Code yang dibuat berdasarkan nim mahasiswa yang sudah terdata, kemudian sistem akan mengirim pesan whatsapp secara otomatis sebagai tanda bukti kehadiran. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah dengan Aplikasi Absensi ini pencatatan kehadiran pada praktikum jadi lebih cepat dan menghemat waktu, efektif dan efisien serta mengurangi resiko hilangnya data serta mengurangi penggunaan kertas dengan tidak lagi mencetak kartu kendali kegiatan praktikum.

Abstract

This research discusses the planning and design of Bojonegoro Creative Hub as the main supporter of creative economic development in Bojonegoro Regency, East Java. Focusing on the Modern Architecture concept approach, the research integrates modern elements with local symbols, particularly the cultural value of the Bengawan Solo River. The research method involves literature study, field survey, and design analysis to illustrate the integration of the concept. The results of this research provide practical guidance for the development of similar projects, highlighting the importance of integrating modern innovations with local cultural roots. It is expected that the implementation of Modern Architecture concepts with local values, such as the Bengawan Solo River, can encourage creative economic growth and strengthen local identity.
