The purpose of this study was to describe the form, function and meaning of the pangasihan tungtung tangis mantra. This research uses functional structural theory and meaning theory. The method used is a qualitative method. The instruments used in this study were interviews, observations, in-depth literature study of the informants. Determination of informants using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study are: first, the tungtung tangis mantra as a subtle form of pangasihan is used to attract one's opponent to sympathy. In its development, the tungtung tangis mantra can be used as a chuckle or buntilan or gegemet (provision) to obtain someone's desire to be fulfilled. Second, the form of shading the target so that it is precisely the sasran to the recipient of the pangasihan tungtung tangis mantra.

Angantelu Traditional Village, with its natural and cultural riches, has great potential to implement green tourism as a sustainable tourism development strategy. Bukit Batu Belah, as one of the tourist destinations in this village, offers beautiful natural panoramas and opportunities for various environmentally friendly activities such as jogging and hiking. This research aims to examine the concept and implementation of green tourism as a new direction for the development of sustainable tourism in the Angantelu Traditional Village. A qualitative approach is used to understand the context, meaning and experiences of research subjects holistically. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out using a qualitative approach, such as narrative and thematic analysis. This result showed that the implementation of green tourism in the Angantelu Traditional Village, especially in Bukit Batu Belah, has shown various successes and challenges. The green tourism policies and programs implemented have succeeded in increasing environmental awareness and active participation of local communities. Conservation efforts and land use regulations have helped preserve local ecosystems, while environmental education programs strengthen public and tourist understanding of the importance of sustainable tourism. However, the main challenges faced include a lack of coordination between stakeholders, environmental awareness that still needs to be improved, and conflicts of interest between tourism actors and the community.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk ingin menelusuri kembali secara lebih mendalam ngrehang Barong dan Rangda secara khusus penelitian ini bertujuan ingin mendeskripsikan, menginterpretasikan dan memberi penjelasan terhadap permasalahan yang diajukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori sastra. Metode yang dipakai adalah metode kualitatif. Intrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, studi pustaka mendalam terhadap informan. Penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini adalah : pertama, proses pembuatan barong rangda dan rangda setelah prosesi itu bahan tapel tersebut dibawa pulang dan secara niskala sudah memutus hubungan dengan tempat dimana potongan kayu itu didapat sehingga kelak di kemudian hari tidak ada keharusan nangkilang tapakan. Pada tingkat sekolah, bahasa Bali hingga saat ini masih menjadi salah satu mata pelajaran yang wajib diberikan kepada peserta didik. Meskipun sifatnya wajib, namun alokasi waktu yang diberikan masih minim sehingga peserta didik masih banyak yang memiliki pemahaman yang rendah terhadap pelajaran Bahasa Bali. Kondisi seperti itu hampir terjadi di sebagian besar wilayah di Bali, termasuk di Banjar Dinas Kebung Kauh Desa Telagatawang Kecamatan Sidemen Kabupaten Karangasem. Pendampingan belajar ini bertujuan untuk memberikan tambahan pengetahuan Bahasa Bali dan alternatif dalam proses belajar bahasa Bali yang menyenangkan sehingga stigma negatif tentang belajar bahasa Bali yang membosankan bisa berkurang khususnya pada anak-anak tingkat SD di Banjar Dinas Kebung Kauh Desa Telagatawang Kecamatan Sidemen Kabupaten Karangasem. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian ini bervariasi, mulai ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Proses pendampingan belajar dilaksanakan di Wantilan Pura Puseh Banjar Dinas Kebung Kauh selama delapan kali pertemuan pada hari Jumat dan Sabtu selama bulan Juni 2023. Materi yang diberikan selama kegiatan pendampingan antara lain keterampilan menyimak bahasa Bali, keterampilan berbicara bahasa Bali, keterampilan membaca bahasa Bali dan keterampilan menulis bahasa Bali. Hasil pengabdian ini berupa peningkatan pengetahuan bahasa Bali yang signifikan pada empat bidang keterampilan, yakni keterampilan menyimak, berbicara, membaca dan menulis.

This study examines the sexual and household harmony teachings contained in the Lontar Rahasya Sangama, an ancient text in the Balinese literary tradition. This lontar provides ethical and spiritual guidance on how husband and wife relationships can be built and maintained based on a balance between physical and spiritual aspects. Through a qualitative approach with descriptive-analytical methods, this study reveals the symbolic meaning and values contained in the teachings, as well as their relevance in modern household life. The results show that Rahasya Sangama not only emphasizes the importance of sexual relations as a form of fulfilling biological needs, but also as a means to achieve harmony in family life. Husband and wife relationships are seen as a form of yoga or union that reflects the balance between masculine and feminine elements in the universe. This study also found that the teachings in Rahasya Sangama have strong relevance in the context of modern life, especially in efforts to maintain household stability and well-being amidst rapid social change. Thus, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of how Balinese cultural and spiritual values can be applied in everyday life, as well as providing insight into the importance of preserving local wisdom in facing the challenges of globalization. Balinese script is one of the cultural heritages that plays an important role in maintaining the cultural identity of the Balinese people. In the midst of increasingly strong globalization, the existence of Balinese script faces various challenges, including the influence of foreign cultures and changes in local values. This article aims to explore how Balinese script can be maintained and developed in the context of increasingly complex multiculturalism. Through a qualitative approach, this study analyzes various efforts to preserve Balinese script involving education, communities, and the role of modern technology. The results of the analysis show that the integration of Balinese script in the education system, the use of digital technology, and support from local communities and the government are key to maintaining the sustainability of this cultural heritage. This article also highlights the importance of collective awareness in preserving Balinese script as a symbol of unique and valuable cultural identity amidst global cultural diversity

Artikel ini mengkaji makna taksu dalam tradisi kebalian serta implementasinya dalam ajaran Darma Sesananing Balian di tengah dinamika modernisasi. Taksu dipahami sebagai kekuatan spiritual yang menjadi sumber kharisma, keahlian, dan legitimasi seorang balian dalam menjalankan tugas pengobatan dan pelayanan sosial. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara, observasi, dan kajian lontar, ditemukan bahwa makna taksu mengalami pergeseran akibat pengaruh gaya hidup modern dan komersialisasi. Di sisi lain, terdapat inisiatif pelestarian dari generasi muda melalui seni kontemporer, media sosial, dan pendidikan karakter berbasis kearifan lokal. Temuan ini menunjukkan perlunya pendalaman spiritual dan penguatan etika budaya dalam menjaga keberlangsungan taksu sebagai identitas kebalian yang otentik.

The aim of this research is to describe the form, function and meaning of treatment for bebainan disease. This research uses the theory of semiotic analysis. The method used is a qualitative method. The instruments used in this research were interviews, observation, in-depth literature study of informants. Determining informants used purposive sampling techniques. The results of this research are: first, treatment/cure for bebai disease, based on stories he has heard that bebai is made from various kinds of ingredients, including from the scrapes of dead babies, from the blood of people who died in accidents, there are also those who use ingredients from animals such as parts. certain of the horses so that they become jaran guyang, there are those who use white cloth which is tattooed in the form of rangda decorated with basic letters. Second, Tamba or serana is one unit as a tool that heals sick people, both support each other so that it can function optimally as a treatment

Pengaruh globalisasi, kurangnya perhatian dalam kurikulum sekolah, terbatasnya penggunaan aksara Bali dalam komunikasi sehari-hari, serta minimnya media pembelajaran yang menarik dan efektif berdampak buruk bagi pengembangan literasi aksara Bali di kalangan generasi muda, khususnya anak-anak di Bali Sibetan Volunteer & Learning Center (BSVLC), Desa Sibetan, Kecamatan Bebandem, Kabupaten Karangasem. Penerapan media inovatif PAKSALI (Papan Aksara Bali) dijadikan solusi untuk masalah tersebut. Asistensi mengajar dengan PAKSALI bertujuan untuk menguatkan literasi aksara Bali anak-anak BSVLC sebanyak 20 orang. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat secara kolaboratif antara dosen dan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Bali, STKIP Agama Hindu Amlapura. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama sehari pada hari Minggu, 5 Mei 2024, melalui 3 tahapan, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan (pendahuluan, kegiatan inti, dan penutup), dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa dengan PAKSALI dapat menguatkan literasi aksara Bali pada anak BSVLC, pembelajaran lebih menarik dan menyenangkan; sedangkan respon anak-anak sangat positi; serta diharapkan kegiatan yang sama dapat untuk memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam menjaga dan melestarikan aksara Bali.
