Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of labor and production costs on the income of coffee farmers in Topos Village, Lebong Regency. The study uses a quantitative approach with field research methods. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The research population consisted of 431 coffee farmers, and the sample was determined using the simple random sampling technique with the Slovin formula, resulting in 82 respondents. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, data quality testing, reliability testing, normality testing, multicollinearity testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²) with the help of SPSS version 26. The results showed that, partially, the labor variable did not have a significant effect on coffee farmers' income. Conversely, the production cost variable had a positive and significant effect, meaning that the higher the production costs incurred, the higher the income obtained. Simultaneously, both variables, namely labor and production costs, were proven to have a significant effect on the income of coffee farmers in Topos Village. This finding illustrates that production cost management plays a more dominant role than labor in increasing farmers' income.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the 4P marketing strategy (product, price, place, promotion) towards achieving the target of Umrah departure seats: the SWOT approach at PT. Berkah Utama Tour & Travel Bengkulu. This type of research is field research uses a qualitative approach. Data analysis techniques use SWOT analysis. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the strategy used by PT. Berkah Utama Tour & Travel Bengkulu is quite effective in achieving the target of Umrah departure seats. Products with various choices, competitive prices, strategic locations, and online and offline promotions. The results of the internal factors SWOT analysis of PT. Berkah Utama Tour & Travel Bengkulu possesses several strengths, including legality, the KSA team, an extensive branch network, and ownership by six partners. and a 13-day flagship package. However, there are weaknesses in price perception and the package options. External factors of opportunity have good relationships with pilgrims, and it is one of the companies that is quite developed. Threats faced include the pilgrims' congregation still lacking knowledge regarding key factors to consider when choosing a travel agency, as well as intense competition among Umrah travel agencies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi manajemen pelayanan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan jamaah pada PT. Holiday Angkasa Wisata cabang Kota Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pelayanan yang dilakukan meliputi pelayanan administrasi, bimbingan manasik secara daring dan langsung, akomodasi, konsumsi, transportasi, serta layanan kesehatan yang terpadu. Faktor pendukung meliputi izin resmi dan promosi aktif, sedangkan faktor penghambat mencakup kendala teknis dan kurangnya pemahaman jamaah. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan telah memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kepuasan jamaah.

Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan pasar saham syariah di Indonesia menunjukkan tren positif seiring kemajuan digitalisasi yang mempermudah akses investasi. Namun, pemanfaatan teknologi digital di daerah, termasuk Kota Bengkulu, masih menghadapi tantangan literasi dan partisipasi investor. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perkembangan, peran digitalisasi, serta peluang dan tantangan pasar saham syariah di Kota Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, di mana peneliti bertindak sebagai instrumen kunci melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pasar saham syariah berkembang signifikan ditandai peningkatan kapitalisasi, jumlah saham syariah, volume transaksi, dan investor. Teknologi digital berperan sebagai katalis utama melalui aplikasi trading online yang meningkatkan akses dan partisipasi investor, khususnya generasi muda. Namun, masih terdapat kendala berupa rendahnya literasi keuangan syariah, kesulitan investor pemula, serta keterbatasan variasi saham syariah. Disarankan agar pemerintah, BEI, dan perusahaan sekuritas memperluas edukasi ke masyarakat umum, meningkatkan kualitas platform digital, serta menambah variasi saham syariah guna mendorong pertumbuhan pasar yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Pasar Saham Syariah, Perkembangan, Potensi.   Abstract The development of the Islamic stock market in Indonesia shows a positive trend, as digitalization advances, simplifying investment access. However, the use of digital technology in regional areas, including Bengkulu City, still faces challenges in terms of investor literacy and participation. This study aims to analyze the development, role of digitalization, and the opportunities and challenges of the Islamic stock market in Bengkulu City. The method used was descriptive qualitative with purposive sampling, with the researcher acting as the key instrument through observation and interviews. The results indicate that the Islamic stock market has grown significantly, indicated by increases in capitalization, the number of Islamic stocks, transaction volume, and investors. Digital technology acts as a key catalyst through online trading applications, increasing investor access and participation, particularly among the younger generation. However, obstacles remain, including low Islamic financial literacy, difficulties for novice investors, and a limited variety of Islamic stocks. It is recommended that the government, the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), and securities companies expand public education, improve the quality of digital platforms, and increase the variety of Islamic stocks to encourage more inclusive and sustainable market growth. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service, product quality and loyalty on Islamic consumer satisfaction in Indomaret Hibrida III Bengkulu City. This research was carried out at Indomaret Hybrid III, Bengkulu City. This type of research is quantitative research with the approach used is a descriptive approach. The population in this study is consumers of Indomaret Hybrid III Bengkulu City. The technique used in sampling is a non-probability sampling technique with a total of 90 samples. The data collection techniques used in this study are by conducting observations, distributing questionnaires and documentation to find information about Indomaret Hybrid III Consumer Satisfaction in Bengkulu City. The results of the study showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in Indomaret Hibrida III Bengkulu City, namely (14,613 > 2.02809) and sig < a (0.000 < 0.050). So it can be concluded that the Service Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. The Product Quality variable (X2), shows t count > t table, namely (2,473 > 2.02809) and sig < a (0.018 < 0.050). So it can be concluded that the Product Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. The Customer Loyalty variable (X3), shows t count t table, namely (2,525 > 2.02809) and sig < a (0.016 < 0.050). So it can be concluded that the Customer Loyalty variable has a negative effect on Customer Satisfaction. From the results of data management, it can be concluded that all independent variables, namely the variables of Service Quality (X1), Product Quality (X2) and Customer Loyalty (X3) simultaneously or together have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of influencers, financial technology, and financial planning on the investment decisions of young investors in the Islamic capital market, both partially and simultaneously. This research employs a quantitative approach with a causal associative research design. The population of this study consists of sharia stock investors registered with KISI Securities at STIA Bengkulu, with a sample of 50 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 18. The results show that, partially, influencers do not have a positive and significant effect on the investment decisions of young investors in the Islamic capital market. Meanwhile, financial technology and financial planning have a positive and significant effect on investment decisions. Simultaneously, influencers, financial technology, and financial planning have a significant effect on investment decisions. This study indicates that the investment decisions of young investors are more influenced by technological factors and financial planning capabilities rather than social influence from influencers.
