Abstract

Arsip menjadi sumber informasi bagi setiap yang memilikinya. Dari semua aset organisasi yang ada, arsip adalah salah satu aset yang berharga. Arsip merupakan warisan dari generasi ke generasi yang perlu dipelihara dan dilestarikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi arsiparis, dan sarana prasarana kearsipan terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan arsip dinamis di kantor wali nagari se-kecamatan junjung sirih. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif asosiatif. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2023 yang bertempat di Kantor wali nagari se-kecamatan Junjung Sirih. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Kantor wali nagari se-kecamatan Junjung Sirih yang berjumlah 32 orang. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dan pembahasan penelitian yang telah peneliti lakukan, maka dapat diambil beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut. Pertama, Variabel Kompetensi Arsiparis berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan arsip dinamis di kantor wali nagari se-kecamatan Junjung Sirih. Kedua, Variabel Sarana Prasarana Kearsipan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan arsip dinamis di kantor wali nagari se-kecamatan Junjung Sirih. Ketiga, Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara kompetensi arsiparis dan sarana prasarana kearsipan terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan arsip dinamis di kantor wali nagari se-kecamatan Junjung Sirih.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Division (Stad) berbantuan quizizz terhadap hasil belajar siswa fase E di SMAN 1 Banuhampu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain quasi eksperimen. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua siswa fase E di SMAN 1 Banuhampu. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah kelas X.E4 sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas X.E6 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Untuk mendapatkan hasil belajar siswa digunakan tes tertulis dalam bentuk tes objektif. Data hasil belajar yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan uji n-gain, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh n-gain kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,69 dengan kategori sedang dan kelas kontrol sebesar 0,57 dengan kategori sedang. Selain itu, data terdistribusi normal dan memiliki variansi yang homogen, sehingga uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji Paired Sample T-test. berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh sig(2-tailed) < 0,05 yang berarti H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievement Division (Stad) berbantuan quizizz terhadap hasil belajar siswa fase E di Sman 1 Banuhampu.

Abstract

This community service program, conducted for teachers of the PGRI Association in Sabak Timur Subdistrict, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency, aimed to enhance their language proficiency in writing research articles, particularly in English. Using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, the program focused on leveraging the community's existing potential and resources to address common challenges faced by teachers, such as mastering basic grammar, selecting appropriate vocabulary, and understanding scientific writing structures. The activities included intensive training sessions, workshops, and individual consultations, covering aspects like grammar, sentence construction, vocabulary enrichment, and the development of a clear and concise academic writing style. Teachers were also guided through the structure and format of scientific articles, enabling them to produce well-organized drafts. The program's outcomes included a collection of draft articles ready for submission and improved confidence among participants in contributing to academic publications. This initiative successfully empowered teachers to elevate their research writing skills, fostering a culture of academic excellence and innovation within their community.

Abstract

Teacher leadership style plays a crucial role in determining the success of English language learning, particularly in teaching Generation Z students, who are characterized by their digital, critical, and dynamic nature. However, the implementation of teacher leadership styles often faces different challenges in school contexts with diverse religious backgrounds. This study aims to identify dominant and effective teacher leadership styles in English language learning and analyze the challenges and mitigation strategies implemented by teachers in Islamic and non-Islamic schools in Jambi Province. The main problem of this research lies in the lack of in-depth exploration of teacher leadership practices in addressing the learning needs of Generation Z in the context of multicultural and multireligious education. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and classroom observations, then analyzed using thematic analysis. The results show that transformational, instructional, and ethical leadership styles are the most dominant and effective styles applied by teachers. These leadership styles have a positive impact on the motivation, engagement, and learning climate of Generation Z students. In conclusion, adaptive and value-based teacher leadership is the key to successful English language learning in schools with diverse religious backgrounds.

Abstract

The research purpose is to reveal 1) the school's physical environment impact on the motivation for learning of class XI IIS students at SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang, 2) the school's physical environment impact on the outcomes of learning of class XI IIS SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang, 4) the school's physical environment impact on student outcomes of learning with student motivation for learning as mediation. This research is descriptive and quantitative. The population for this research was all class XI IIS SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang, with 100 people. The sampling method used total sampling and a total of 100 respondents was obtained. The technique for analysis in this research uses the path analysis method using SPSS version 25. The research results show that: 1) the physical environment of the school has a significant impact on the motivation for learning of class XI IIS students at SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang, 2) the physical environment of the school has a good and significant impact on the outcomes of learning in class XI IIS students at Pertiwi 1 Padang High School, 3) learning motivation has a good and significantly impact on the outcomes of learning in class IIS SMA PERTIWI 1 Padang. Based on the research done, it was found that the school's physical environment and motivation for learning influenced the outcomes of learning in class XI IIS students at Pertiwi 1 Padang High School by 70.8%.

Abstract

This research purpose to explore several aspects that influence class XI students' interest in learning at SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang. This study purposes to determine the following main outcomes: 1) how students perceive their teacher's style of instruction; 2) how the use of literacy-learning media affects students' interest in learning; and 3) how perceptions of the teacher's style of instruction and media use learning together affect students' interest in learning. This research used causal associative with quantitative methodology as the approach. The entire research population included 242 class XI students of SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang. 150 respondents made up the sample according to the proportional random sampling technique. With the aid of SPSS version 25 software, multiple linear regression was utilized for data analysis. This research results show several important things: 1) Student perceptions regarding the teacher's teaching style have a positive and significant influence on class XI students' interest in learning at SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang, 2) The use of literacy media of learning also has a positive and significant impact on students' interest in learning, and 3) Taken together, perceptions of students' the teacher's teaching style and the use of learning media have a significant and positive influence on students' interest in learning. Based on these results, the conclusion that the combined factors of student perception of teaching style and use of learning media contributed 38.7% to class XI students' interest in learning at SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang.
