Abstract

Pendahuluan. Rumah Sakit adalah bagian dari integral sistem kesehatan yang dikembangkan melalui rencana pembangunan kesehatan. Menurut PERMENKES Tahun 1988 No.159b/Men-Kes/Kes/II/1988 Bab II pasal III bahwa Rumah Sakit dapat dimiliki dan diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah dan swasta.Tujuan. untuk mengetahui pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku perawat dalam penggunaan simbol di berkas rekam medis.Metode. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif, pendekatan kuantitatif dengan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 60 responden dan 60 berkas rekam medis pasien pulang rawat inap.Hasil. penelitian ketaatan perawat dalam penggunaan simbol di berkas rekam medis untuk pengetahuan, kategori cukup sebanyak (1,6%) yang tidak sesuai standar dan sebanyak (8,3%) yang sesuai standar, kategori baik sebanyak (53,3%) yang tidak sesuai standar dan sebanyak (36,7%) yang sesuai standar. Sikap perawat dengan kategori cukup sebanyak (23,3%) yang tidak sesuai standar dan sebanyak (13,3%) yang sesuai standar, kategori baik sebanyak (31,7%) yang tidak sesuai standar dan sebanyak (31,7%) yang sesuai standar. Perilaku perawat kategori cukup sebanyak (2%) yang tidak sesuai standar dan sebanyak (16,7%) yang sesuai standar, kategori baik sebanyak (35%) yang tidak sesuai standar dan sebanyak (28,3%) yang sesuai standar.Kesimpulan; ketaatan perawat dalam penggunaan simbol di berkas rekam medis sangat penting untuk menjaga keselamatan pasien terhindar dari kejadian yang tidak diinginkan selama dalam perawatan, kepada seluruh perawat perlu diberikan motivasi dan kepada pegawai yang memiliki kinerja baik perlu diberikan reward.

Abstract

Services in the health sector are a form of public service context and are absolutely implemented well by the government. Health facilities must be easily accessible to the community, especially by those who live in areas that are difficult to reach. Utilization of health services is the use of service facilities provided in the form of outpatient care, inpatient care, home visits by health workers or other forms of activities for the use of these services which are based on the availability and continuity of services, community acceptance, reasonableness, easily accessible to the community, affordable and quality. Many people in Indonesia still dont make good use of health facilities. Lack of knowledge about health facilities can be detrimental to people who need emergency treatment. The target of this activity is community in Sisarahiligamo Village, Gunungsitoli District, North Sumatra Province. The method in this activity is Providing education about the importance of health service facilities, Providing information about various types of health service facilities, Encouraging the public to visit health service facilities regularly, that will be socialized. The implementation of the activity was on May 17, 2024. As the result of this activity the community felt very useful for them.

Abstract

The implementation of technology-based services issued by the Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) was established by the government with the aim of providing social protection and welfare for the entire community. The use of the JKN mobile application can provide several conveniences to the community and participants, namely ease of paying and changing membership data, convenience knowing information on family participant data, making it easy to find out information on participant contribution bills, making it easy to get information on Health Facilities and making it easy to submit complaints, as well as request information about JKN-KIS. Objective: to provide knowledge, training, and motivation to the public regarding digital-based health services from social security administering bodies. Method: presenting material and providing leaflets related to digital-based health services from social security administering bodies Results: Increased public understanding regarding Digital-Based Health Services of the Social Security Administering Agency. Community service activities carried out under the title Socialization of digital-based health services for social security providers in Sisarahiligamo village, Gunugsitoli sub-district, Gunungsitoli city, received good feedback from the community, especially the Sisarahiligamo community

Abstract

Hospital services, of course there are many complex problems that occur in the service process in hospitals to provide information systems that are expected to speed up services which will result in patient satisfaction. One of the problems is the registration flow process which often makes it difficult for people when they want to get health services at the hospital.  The government has attempted to do this by using the JKN mobile application, with mobile JKN, people no longer need to come to the hospital to register so that people can immediately get health services without queuing for registration at the hospital. However, if people want to receive inpatient services, they can reserve a room at the hospital without having to register directly at the hospital. The objective to provide knowledge, training and motivation to the community regarding the flow of hospital services. Method: present material and provide leaflets related to the flow of hospital services. The Results Increased public understanding regarding Digital-Based Health Services of the Social Security Administering Agency. Community service activities carried out with the title Socialization of hospital service flow in Sisarahiligamo village, Gunugsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City received good feedback from the community, especially the Sisarahiligamo community.

Abstract

Background: Cigarettes are a major cause of avoidable deaths in society. A non-smoking area is a designated space that explicitly prohibits the manufacturing, sale, advertising, promotion, and/or use of cigarettes. The Subulussalam City Government has implemented Subulussalam Mayor Regulation Number 52 of 2016, which prohibits smoking in designated areas. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that impact visitor compliance with the implementation of Regional Regulation Policy Number 52 of 2016, which pertains to non-smoking areas in Subulussalam City Hospital's BLUD. The study employed an analytical survey methodology, utilizing a cross-sectional approach. We selected a subset of 86 individuals using the incidental sampling approach from the overall population of 636 individuals. The data analysis included univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis techniques, together with logistic regression test statistics. Outcome: The logistic regression analysis revealed significant findings for the variable’s knowledge (p-value = 0.000), attitude (p-value =.009), and the role of health personnel (p-value =.001). Conclusion: The knowledge, attitudes, and duties of health workers influence the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 52 of 2016, which pertains to non-smoking areas. We anticipate that the hospital will enhance visitor awareness by disseminating information through healthcare professionals and using posters, banners, and other informational media. This will help visitors understand the potential hazards to the hospital's surroundings and adhere to the hospital's designated no-smoking zone.

Abstract

Introduction: Referrals are carried out based on medical indications so that community health centers and their networks can filter referrals. The problem that occurs in patients' understanding of referral services is that socialization to the community is still very limited. The results of interviews with 10 outpatients at the UPT Puskesmas Sawit Seberang showed that 6 patients (60%) still did not understand the referral criteria, while the other 4 patients (40%) clearly understood the outpatient referral system. Objective; to determine the factors that influence BPJS patients' lack of understanding of the outpatient referral system at the Sawit Seberang Community Health Center UPT, Langkat Regency. Methods: This type of research is quantitative using an analytical survey design with a cross-sectional approach. The research population was all 781 BPJS patients with a sample of 89 people taken using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis used univariate, bivariate analysis with the chi-square statistical test and multivariate analysis with the logistic regression test. Results: The results of the research show that the p value for the knowledge variable is p = 0.020, attitude p = 0.017, information p = 0.012 and health workers p = 0.025, which means that there is an influence of knowledge, attitudes, information and health workers on BPJS patients' understanding of the outpatient referral system. Conclusion: The research conclusion is that there is an influence of knowledge, attitudes, information and health workers on BPJS patients' understanding of the outpatient referral system at the UPT Puskesmas Sawit Seberang, Langkat Regency.

Abstract

Pendahuluan; Pengelolaan arsip sering disebut dengan manajemen arsip yang pelaksanaanya harus dilakukan secara tertib dan menyeluruh. Tanpa didukung suatu sistem pengelolaan rekam medis yang baik dan benar, kemungkinan tertib administrasi rumah sakit akan sulit berhasil sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Berdasarkan survei awal, dari 10 petugas rekam medis, 6 petugas menyatakan cara penyimpanan dan penataan arsip data rekam medis berbeda dan 4 petugas menyatakan sistem yang digunakan menggunakan numerical filling sistem. Tujuan; Untuk mengetahui hubungan sistem kearsipan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pasien di RSUD Dr. R.M Djoelham. Metode; Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan dirancang sebagai survei analitik menggunakan pendekatan crossectional. Penelitian ini melibatkan 32 petugas rekam medis total, dan 32 sampel diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat, menggunakan statistik uji chi-square. Hasil; Sistem kearsipan memiliki nilai p = 0,013 < 0,05. Artinya ada hubungan sistem kearsipan dengan kualitas pelayanan pasien di RSUD Dr. R.M Djoelham. Kesimpulan; Ada hubungan sistem kearsipan dengan kualitas pelayanan pasien.Kata Kunci : Sistem Kearsipan, Kualitas Pelayanan, PasienBackground; Archive management is often referred to as archive management, the implementation of which must be carried out in an orderly and thorough manner. Without the support of a good and correct medical record management system, it is likely that the orderly administration of the hospital will be difficult to succeed as expected. Based on the initial survey, out of 10 medical record officers, 6 officers stated that the way to store and organize medical record data archives was different and 4 officers stated that the system used used a numerical filling system. Objectives;  The relationship between the filing system in improving the quality of patient care at Dr. R.M Djoelham in Hospital 2022. Method; This type of research is quantitative with an analytic survey design using a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study was all medical record officers as many as 32 people with a sample of 32 people who were taken using the total sampling technique. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis with the chi-square test statistic. Result; The filing system has a value of p = 0.013 <0.05. This means that there is a relationship between the filing system and the quality of patient care at Dr. R.M Djoelham Hospital in 2022. Conclusion; There is a relationship between the archive system and the quality of patient service.Keywords : Filing System, Service Quality, Patients

Abstract

Pendahuluan Mencuci tangan salah satu prosedur paling penting dari pencegahan penyebaran infeksi yang menyebabkan kesakitan. Mencuci tangan merupakan proses menghilangkan kotoran secara mekanis dari kulit telapak tangan dengan sabun dan air. Pendidikan kesehatan dapat diartikan sebagai bentuk upaya dalam memberi pengaruh, masyarakat agar bisa melakukan pelaksanaan perilaku hidup yang sehat, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Analisis pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan media leaflet terhadap pengetahuan pasien dalam mencuci tangan di Praktik Bidan Sarmiati, Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Pre Experimental Design, One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Responden pada penelitian ini merupakan pasien dengan jumlah 100 responden, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pada variabel baca sebelum diberikan pendidikan kesehatan 1.40 dan sesudah diberi pendidikan kesehatan meningkat menjadi 1.58 dengan nilai p=0.010 < P= 0.05. variabel dengar nilai sebelum diberikan pendidikan kesehatan 1.45 setelah diberi pendidikan kesehatan meningkat menjadi 1.64 dengan nilai p= 0.013 < p= 0.05. variabel media leaflet sebelum diberi pendidikan kesahatan dengan nilai 1.40 setalah diberi pendidikan kesehatan meningkat 1.55 dengan nilai p=0.016 < p=0.05. variabel demonstrasi sebelum diberi pendidikan kesehatan dengan nilai 1.40 setelah diberi pendidikan kesehatan meningkat 1.58 dengan nilai p=0.015 < P= 0.05. dan variabel melakukan simulasi sebelum diberikan pendidikan kesehatan 1.30 meningkat setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan menjadi 1.54 dengan nilai p=0.001 < p= 0.05, Kesimpulan adanya pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan leaflet untuk menambah pengetahuan pasien rawat jalan dalam mencuci tangan. Saran diharapkan kepada praktek bidan untuk menyediakan wastafel cuci tangan di setiap ruangan tunggu dan menyediakan sabun dan media leaflet sebagai petunjuk cara mencuci tangan yang benar.

Abstract

Electronic Medical Record is a computerized health information system that contains social data and patient medical data, and is equipped with a decision support system. The purpose of this study was to determine the inhibiting factors for not implementing electronic medical records in literacy clinics. This research is a qualitative research using triangulation technique using observation, interview and documentation methods. There are 4 informants in this research. The results of the study stated that there were several factors that had not been implemented in the Electronic Medical Record, including inadequate facilities and a network that was difficult to obtain, besides that it was known that there were no officers with a medical record graduate background at the Aksara Clinic. This causes the implementation of medical record tasks to be less than optimal. The method used is correct using the technical instructions for clinical services, but it has not been realized optimally because there are several obstacles. The conclusion of the study is that there are several factors that have not been implemented in the Electronic Medical Record, including man, money, material, machine and methods. The advice given is that medical record officers with medical record graduate backgrounds, increase the number of machines use the internet network at a higher speed, and should implement Electronic Medical Records at the Aksara Clinic in order to achieve better medical records. Abstrak Rekam Medis Elektronik merupakan sistem informasi kesehatan terkomputerisasi yang berisi data sosial dan data medis pasien, serta dilengkapi dengan sistem pendukung keputusan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat belum diterapkannya rekam medis elektronik di klinik aksara. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif menggunakan teknik triangulasi dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian ini berjumlah 4 orang. Hasil penelitian menyatakan terdapat beberapa faktor belum diterapkannya Rekam Medis Elektronik diantaranya fasilitas yang tidak memadai dan jaringan yang sulit didapat, selain itu diketahui bahwa tidak adanya petugas yang berlatar belakang lulusan rekam medis di Klinik Aksara. Hal ini menyebabkan pelaksanaan tugas rekam medis kurang maksimal. Metode yang digunakan sudah benar menggunakan petunjuk teknis pelayanan Klinik, namun belum terealisasikan secara maksimal dikarenakan terdapat beberapa kendala. Kesimpulan penelitian terdapat beberapa faktor belum diterapkannya Rekam Medis Elektronik diantaranya yaitu manusia, uang, bahan, mesin dan metode. Saran yang diberikan sebaiknya petugas rekam medis berlatar belakang lulusan rekam medis, penambahan jumlah mesin, menggunakan jaringan internet dengan kecepatan yang lebih tinggi, dan sebaiknya menerapkan Rekam Medis Elektronik di Klinik Aksara agar tercapainya rekam medis yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Keselamatan pasien (patient safety) adalah suatu sistem dimana rumah sakit membuat asuhan pasien lebih aman, mencegah terjadinya cidera yang disebabkan oleh kesalahan akibat melaksanakan suatu tindakan atau tidak mengambil tindakan yang seharusnya diambil. Berdasarkan Permenkes No. 11 Tahun 2017 pasal 5 tentang keselamatan pasien menyatakan bahwa setiap fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan harus menyelenggarakan Keselamatan Pasien, Sasaran Keselamatan Pasien, dan Tujuh Langkah Menuju Keselamatan Pasien. Tujuan: Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan dan sikap perawat terhadap pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien (patient safety) di instalasi rawat inap RSU Mitra Medika Tanjung Mulia. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif berbentuk survey analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada peneltian ini yaitu seluruh perawat rawat inap sebanyak 57 orang. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling yaitu seluruh populasi perawat rawat inap. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat. Hasil: Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh pengetahuan perawat terhadap pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien (patient safety) dengan p-value 0,001 a 0,05. Dan ada pengaruh sikap perawat terhadap pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien (patient safety) dengan  p-value 0,000 a 0,05. Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh pengetahuan dan sikap perawat terhadap pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien (patient safety) di instalasi rawat inap RSU Mitra Medika Tanjung Mulia. Saran dari peneliti diharapkan kepada pihak manajemen rumah sakit agar dapat memberikan materi mengenai sasaran keselamatan pasien untuk meningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap perawat melalui sosialisasi/pelatihan terhadap pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien (patient safety).
