Abstract

This thesis entitled The Influence of Marketing Strategy on Increasing Oyster Mushroom Sales at Omah Mushrooms in Baru Village, Mestong District and aims to determine the effect of marketing strategy, product, price, place, promotion on increasing oyster mushroom sales in Baru village, Mestong sub-district in a quantitative descriptive manner regarding. This research is expected to provide benefits to writers, academic institutions related to increasing oyster mushroom sales, as well as being a source of information for SMEs to find out what the marketing strategy is. Based on the results of the research that has been done, data obtained from product, price, place, and promotion variables on increasing sales, The product has a significant effect on the increase in oyster mushroom sales. This is indicated by the X1 regression coefficient of 0.295. The significant value of the product variable is 0.003, which means it is less than 0.05. The value of tcount > ttable or 3.092 > 1.987, thus indicating that the product has a significant effect on oyster mushroom sales in Baru Village, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Prices have a significant effect on increasing oyster mushroom sales because this is indicated by the X2 regression coefficient of 0.278. The significant value of the price variable is 0.004, which means it is less than 0.05. The value of tcount > ttable or 2.573 > 1.987 then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. A significant place on the sale of oyster mushrooms in the Baru Village is due to the X3 regression coefficient of 0.229. The significant value of the price variable is 0.008, which means it is less than 0.05. The value of tcount > ttable or 2.697 > 1.987, thus indicating that location has a significant effect on the sale of oyster mushrooms in Baru Village, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. A significant promotion of the sale of oyster mushrooms in the New Village is due to the X4 regression coefficient of 0.132. The significant value of the price variable is 0.014, which means it is less than 0.05. The value of tcount > ttable or 3.327 > 1.987, thus indicating that promotion has a significant effect on oyster mushroom sales in Baru Village.

Abstract

The background to this thesis is that apart from Muslim customers, there are also non-Muslim customers who are gold pawning customers at the Pekanbaru branch of Bank Syariah Mandiri. The aim of this research is to find out the motives of non-Muslim communities for using gold pawning financing services at Bank Syariah Indonesia Jambi Branch Office and to find out how Islamic economics views the motives of non-Muslim communities for using gold pawning financing services at Bank Syariah Indonesia Jambi Branch Offices. The population in this study was 4 non-Muslim customers who used the gold pawn financing services of Bank Syariah Indonesia, Jambi City Branch. This research is field research or what is known as field research. The location of this research is Bank Syariah Indonesia, Jambi City. The sample in this research was all non-Muslim customers, namely 4 people who used gold pawning financing services at Bank Syariah Indonesia, Jambi City. After the author conducted research, it can be concluded that the motive for non-Muslim people to become gold pawning customers at Bank Syariah Indonesia Jambi City Branch is because non-Muslim customers need capital, such as to sell in markets. Some of the motives used by non-Muslim customers are personal motives, cultural motives, religious motives, stimuli, Islamic economic views on the motives of non-Muslim communities for using gold pawn financing services at the Pekanbaru branch of Bank Syariah Mandiri in accordance with the rules of Allah SWT, leading to the achievement of goodness, prosperity, helping humans to achieve success.

Abstract

Investing in the Shariah capital market is not only a potential business choice but also an embodiment of the recommended practice of muamalah in Islam, where wealth is used productively to bring benefits to oneself and others. This study found that financial literacy has a significant influence on students' investment interest, with a significance value of 0.000. Financial literacy plays a crucial role in shaping wise financial behavior, where a deeper understanding of finance and investment can help individuals manage their finances better. Additionally, Shariah investment gallery activities also have a significant influence on students' investment interest, with a significance value of 0.012. These activities provide students with a deeper understanding of the mechanisms and principles of the Shariah capital market, thereby increasing their interest in investing. Managing pocket money is also a significant factor in determining students' investment interest, with a significance value of 0.003. Wise management of pocket money allows some students to use part of those funds for investment, subsequently increasing their interest in the Shariah capital market. Simultaneously, the research results show that financial literacy, Shariah investment gallery activities, and pocket money management have a significant influence on students' investment interest, with a significance value for the F-test of 0.000.

Abstract

The amount of income will be influenced by several factors including capital, working hours, and human resources. This study aims to determine how capital, working hours and human resources affect the income of street vendors in Kenali Besar Village, Alam Barajo District, Jambi City. The research method used is quantitative with the number of samples taken as many as 57 respondents. While collecting data with a questionnaire (questionnaire). Based on data analysis using instrument tests consisting of validity tests and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing consisting of multiple linear regression tests, t tests, f tests, and R square tests. The results showed that: 1) Capital has a positive and significant effect on the income. 2) Working hours have no effect and are not significant to the income.3) Human Resources has a positive and significant effect on the income. 4) simultaneously Capital, Working Hours and Human Resources have a significant effect on the income.

Abstract

A decision is something that motivates someone to do something they want to do and it is influenced by their habits and personality. Decisions are influenced by two factors, including knowledge (literacy) and trust (belief). This research aims to determine the influence of zakat literacy and muzakki beliefs on the muzakki's decision to pay zakat in Baznas, West Tanjung Jabung Regency (study in the community of Tungkal Ilir District). The method in this research is quantitative research. The samples were taken using nonprobability techniques. The analysis used is multiple linear regression with the SPSS 27 program. The research results show that zakat literacy (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on decisions (Y), muzakki trust (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on decisions (Y). Meanwhile, simultaneously zakat literacy and muzakki beliefs have a positive and significant influence on muzakki's decision to pay zakat in Baznas, West Tanjung Jabung Regency (study of the Tungkal Ilir District community).

Abstract

This thesis is a study that examines the influence of financial literacy on consumptive behavior in the village community of Majelis Hidayah, Kuala Jambi District, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. The purpose of this thesis is to determine the effect of financial literacy on the consumptive behavior of the village community of Majelis Hidayah, Kuala Jambi District, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. In this study using quantitative methods with data collection techniques namely observation and questionnaire distribution in which the questionnaire itself is an instrument in collecting data. Then the validity and reliability tests were carried out to ensure the accuracy of each question on the questionnaire to be used in collecting data. After that, the classical assumption test was carried out in order to determine the accuracy of the data and hypothesis testing in the form of test (t), simple linear regression test and coefficient of determination test (R2).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana strategi pemasaran Toko Jelutih Pratama (JP) Mart dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk dan melihat apa saja faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penjualan pada Toko Jelutih Pratama (JP) Mart. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sekunder.Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditinjau dari strategi pemasaran, Toko Jelutih Pratama (JP) Mart telah sesuai menerapkan konsep Marketing Mix yaitu produk, harga, promosi, dan tempat. Namun belum optimal pada strategi harga.Serta menerapkan empat komponen strategi pemasaran yaitu segmentation, targeting, positioning, dan differentation.Adapun Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penjualan di Toko Jelutih Pratama (JP) Mart ada empat yaitu kondisi dan kemampuan menjual, harga produk, modal dan kondisi organisasi perusahaan.Kondisi kemampuan menjual dan produk dikategorikan baik, sedangkan harga produk dan kondisi organisasi perusahaan dikategorikan belum cukup baik.

Abstract

Zakat merupakan salah satu rukun Islam keempat yang menempati kedudukan dan peranan penting dalam hukum Islam. Salah satu fungsi zakat adalah untuk mewujudkan keadilan dalam perekonomian. Instansi pemerintah yang berwenang mengelola dan menyalurkan zakat adalah Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS). Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Bagaimana Pengelolaan Keuangan zakat pada lembaga BAZNAS Kabupaten Merangin dan apa saja faktor-faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam pengelolaan keuangan zakat di BAZNAS Kabupaten Merangin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan melalui data primer dan sekunder kemudian teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengelolaan keuangan zakat pada lembaga BAZNAS Kabupaten Merangin secara keseluruhan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Proses pengelolaan zakat yang dilakukan mencakup empat aspek dalam pengelolaan zakat, yaitu Fundaraising (pengumpulan zakat), pendistribusian zakat, pendayagunaan zakat, dan pelaporan zakat yang semuanya berjalan secara terstruktur. Adapun kendala dalam pengelolaan keuangan zakat di BAZNAS Kabupaten Merangin adalah banyaknya muzakki yang menyalurkan zakat langsung kepada mustahik, yang menyebabkan potensi zakat yang terhimpun tidak maksimal. Kendala lainnya terkait dengan pendistribusian zakat di daerah-daerah terpencil, di mana infrastruktur yang buruk dan aksesibilitas yang terbatas menjadi hambatan utama dalam menyalurkan zakat tepat waktu. Dan kendala terkait dengan kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang teknologi.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out whether the new Sengki village government was economical, and to develop community economic empowerment infrastructure. This research method uses a qualitative method which originates from the Sengkatan Baru village office, sub-district. Mersam District. Batanghari. The results of the research conducted by the researchers concluded: 1. The planning stage of Village Fund Allocation in the village of Rambahan is in accordance with what was planned by the village government and in accordance with the needs of the community to improve the standard of living of the community. However, the lack of participation of the Sengkuti Baru village community in the deliberations on the Determination of the Use of the Village Fund Budget resulted in several parties having different opinions. 2. The implementation of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) for the empowerment of rural communities is appropriate from an Islamic economic viewpoint, because it has applied the ta'awun principle and the shura principle quite well according to the Islamic perspective. 3. The use of the village fund budget in Seangkati Baru Village, Mersam District, can be seen from the success of the financial performance of village funds in Rambahan Village for 2019-2021 in the like category, based on the category and proportion of each statistical statement, the average is in the good category and the percentage above 60% until it reaches below 80% success.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah tidak terlepas pula dari sejumlah masalah yang sering dihadapi para pengusaha. Salah satunya adalah kurangnya permodalan untuk mengembangkan usaha yang sedang dijalankan. Masalah tersebut dapat mengakibatkan terhambatnya perkembangan usaha. Permasalahan yang timbul harus segara dapat diatasi dengan tambahan modal agar tidak berdampak pada keuntungan usaha. Sebagai alternatif yang dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah permodalan yaitu dengan mengajukan Pembiayaan Arrum BPKB pada PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Jelutung Kota Jambi, namun dalam melakukan pembiayaan harus menjamin kualitas Pembayaran angsuran sebaik mungkin, agar tidak terjadi kredit macet atau pembiayaan bermasalah. Yang dampaknya dapat mengakibatkan kerugian pada Pegadaian Syariah karena tidak kembalinya pembiayaan yang ditanamkan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah. Bagaimana penerapan pembiayaan Arrum BPKB pegadaian syariah terhadap pengembangan usaha mikro kecil yang dijalankan PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Jelutung Kota Jambi. Dan Bagaimana pengaruh pembiayaanArrum BPKB Pegadaian Syariah terhadap pengembangan usaha mikro kecil yang dijalankan PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Jelutung Kota Jambi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data dengan editing, organizing dan penemuan hasil dengan menganalisis data yang diperoleh untuk diambil kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Analisis pembiayaan Arrum BPKB yang dijalankan Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Jelutung Kota Jambi berjalan sesuai dengan standar operasional manajemen yang berlaku pada pegadaian syariah pada umumnya. Dan berjalan berdasarkan peraturan direksi Nomor 47/DIR I/2018 tentang petunjuk teknis Pegadaian Arrum Mikro. Produk pembiayaan Arrum BPKB dapat mengembangkan usaha Nasabah Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Jelutung Kota. dari data 30 nasabah Pembiayaan Arrum BPKB PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Jelutung Kota Jambi terdapat 52% nasabah yang mengalami pengembangan Usaha karena pendapatan yang didapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan usaha dan 48% nasabah yang tidak mengalami peningkatan pendapatan, karena pendapatan yang didapat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumtif serta adanya penurunan pendapatan akibat pandemi covid-19.
