Abstract

Standar asesmen pembelajaran sains  hendaknya ditekankan pada penilaian kemampuan siswa dalam real life situation. Diperlukan adanya sistem penilaian untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Penggunaan jurnal belajar sebagai refleksi setelah proses pembelajaran menjadi alternatif untuk melatih cara berpikir siswa yang dipadukan dengan pembelajaran Class Wide Peer Tutoring agar siswa lebih aktif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan jurnal belajar dalam pembelajaran Class Wide Peer Tutoring untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, mendeskripsikan penerapan jurnal belajar dalam pembelajaran Class Wide Peer Tutoring mempengaruhi peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis setelah perlakuan penggunaan jurnal belajar dalam pembelajaran Class Wide Peer Tutoring. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Malang kelas VIII. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasy Eksperimen dengan teknik pengambilan Cluster Random Sampling. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Malang. Data kemampuan berpikir kritis diperoleh dengan test soal esay. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji Independent t-tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan jurnal belajar dalam pembelajaran Class Wide Peer Tutoring memiliki pengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis materi fotosintesis pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Malang. Penerapan penggunaan jurnal belajar dilakukan setelah proses pembelajaran. Peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis lebih efektif terjadi pada kelompok eksperimen daripada kontrol.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the meaning of work and work involvement of teachers in SD/MI. This study used a sample of 51 teachers from a total population of 98 teachers at SD Anak Saleh, SDIT Ahmad Yani and SD MISS. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, while to analyze the data the researcher uses ANOVA. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between work engagement and the meaning of work with a coefficient of p = 0.000 R Square 361 with a percentage of 36.1%. Other aspects of the results of work engagement and the meaning of work are gender demographics, marital status, professional status and years of service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana strategi pemasaran Toko Jelutih Pratama (JP) Mart dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk dan melihat apa saja faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penjualan pada Toko Jelutih Pratama (JP) Mart. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sekunder.Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditinjau dari strategi pemasaran, Toko Jelutih Pratama (JP) Mart telah sesuai menerapkan konsep Marketing Mix yaitu produk, harga, promosi, dan tempat. Namun belum optimal pada strategi harga.Serta menerapkan empat komponen strategi pemasaran yaitu segmentation, targeting, positioning, dan differentation.Adapun Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penjualan di Toko Jelutih Pratama (JP) Mart ada empat yaitu kondisi dan kemampuan menjual, harga produk, modal dan kondisi organisasi perusahaan.Kondisi kemampuan menjual dan produk dikategorikan baik, sedangkan harga produk dan kondisi organisasi perusahaan dikategorikan belum cukup baik.

Abstract

The Trilogy of Sciences (Ontology, Epistemology, and Axiology) is a series of components that are inherent in the scope of Islamic Religious Education. This article aims to find out about Logic learning among PAI students as generation Z who are active, critical and not out of date. This writing uses the Library Research method, namely data processing using librarianship and literacy sources. Based on this, the conclusion of this article is that there are various kinds of foundations that can be used as buildings or basic foundations related to ontology, epistemology and axiology of Logic learning for PAI students to become an active, critical and fun Generation Z.

Abstract

This article examines the concept of al-musāwāh in the Qur'an, which is one of the principles of equality emphasizing social justice universally. This study attempts to analyze the historical aspects, meanings, and implications of applying the concept of al-musāwāh in the contemporary era. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing primary data from the Qur'an and secondary data from relevant scientific literature reviews. The results of document analysis and a descriptive-analytical interpretive method indicate that the majority of society still shows intolerance towards differences that are inevitable. The data analysis technique employs three functions of Gracia's interpretation, highlighting forms of violence and oppression that are the root of the proliferation of discrimination and superiority cases. The research findings indicate that the application of the al-musāwāh concept in pluralistic societies still faces various obstacles due to misinterpretation of verses and the theories that exist.

Abstract

This research discusses community empowerment in the use of cassava leaves to make processed food in the form of beef jerky. This community empowerment was carried out together with the Women's Farming Community in Jatidatar Village, Mataram. This mentoring program aims to enable people to gain skills and theoretical understanding in processing cassava leaves into beef jerky and how to package them into products that have selling value and can market the products that have been produced through social media. Apart from that, by using cassava leaves, the community will get a solution in utilizing the abundant cassava plants and in improving the community's economy. The focus of this article's study is How does empowering cassava leaf jerky increase MSMEs in Jatidatar village, Mataram and product marketing through digital marketing? The service research method or strategy used in this program is the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method. The ABCD method is a community service approach that is oriented towards providing the community with the power to recognize and utilize all the advantages and assets it has for the benefit of the community. The results of this research are that the assisted communities can independently make beef jerky from processed cassava leaves which is nutritious and has sales value. The assisted community can market the products produced through social media and the products from this assistance can be marketed widely so that they can increase MSMEs in Jatidatar Village.

Abstract

Conflict management has become an increasingly important concern in various areas of life, whether in education, organizations, or society at large, especially in the face of the fast-paced dynamics of the digital age. The complexity of interactions between individuals and groups poses unique challenges that require conflict management strategies that not only focus on problem solving, but also aim to create harmony, collaboration, and increased productivity. This study aims to systematically review the literature discussing conflict management issues during the period 2020 to 2024. The two main questions asked are: (1) what are the latest trends and approaches in conflict management research, and (2) what conflict management strategies are most widely used in various social and professional contexts. The results of the review show that recent research highlights three main areas of conflict management application, namely in the context of education, the organizational work environment, and family life. Several dominant strategies that emerge include the importance of effective communication, active participation from all parties involved, the implementation of an adaptive organizational culture, and an approach based on social harmony values. Overall, this study confirms that conflict management is multidimensional and continues to evolve toward more strategic and contextual application. Future research is expected to integrate cross-disciplinary findings to develop conflict management models that are more responsive to the challenges of the digital age.

Abstract

Pelatihan sumber daya manusia (SDM) memiliki peran penting dalam pengembangan kompetensi guru untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan belajar mengajar di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan SDM di salah satu lembaga melalui metode field research. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, dan kajian dokumen pelatihan. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah yang telah menjabat selama enam lima tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan mampu meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan soft skills guru demikian, terdapat tantangan dalam implementasi pasca-pelatihan, terutama dalam hal penerapan pengetahuan yang didapat ke dalam pembelajaran sehari-hari. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan metode evaluasi dan pengawasan terhadap hasil pelatihan agar berdampak lebih signifikan terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Green marketing adalah strategi pemasaran yang berfokus pada produk dan layanan yang ramah lingkungan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran konsumen tentang pentingnya menjaga lingkungan dan mendorong mereka untuk beralih ke produk dan layanan yang lebih ramah lingkungan. SARLING merupakan salah satu contoh sukses green product yang berhasil mengolah limbah minyak jelantah menjadi sabun serbaguna. Perilaku green purchasing di Indonesia masih rendah, ada banyak generasi muda yang peduli terhadap lingkungan namun tidak disertai dengan aksi yang nyata. Hal ini terlihat dari survei yang menunjukkan bahwa hanya 20% konsumen Indonesia yang bersedia membayar lebih untuk green product. Penelitian ini dibuat dengan tujuan  untuk meningkatkan purchasing behavior melalui campaign dengan produk sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan observasi melalui wawancara dengan narasumber yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan pendekatan eksperimen untuk menguji pengaruh campaign green purchasing terhadap green purchasing behavior. Peningkatan green purchasing behavior di Indonesia di dukung oleh beberapa faktor antara lain seperti, meningkatkan kesadaran konsumen akan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan, perkembangan teknologi yang membuat produk dan layanan ramah lingkungan menjadi lebih terjangkau serta dukungan pemerintah terhadap pengembangan produk dan layanan ramah lingkungan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa campaign dengan produk sampel merupakan salah satu strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan green purchasing.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a significant decline in banking performance and health. One of the banks affected by Covid-19 is IBK Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the health of PT. Bank IBK Indonesia Tbk uses the Camel ratio. This research applies a quantitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The data method uses a literature study. The study sample is financial activity for three years, starting from 2020 to 2023. The results of this study show: 1) Capital value has a positive relationship with the health of IBK Indonesia bank. In 2020, the CAR value of bank IBK Indonesia was 23.56%, 39.71% in 2021, and 42.86% in 2022; 2) The value of assets has a negative relationship with the health of Bank IBK Indonesia. In 2020, the public accounting value of IBK Indonesia was 23.56%, 25.26% in 2021, and 22.68% in 2022; 3) Management value has a positive relationship with the health of IBK Indonesia bank. In 2020, the NPM value of bank IBK Indonesia was 5.32%, 21.15% in 2021, and 94.35% in 2022; 4) The value of income has a positive relationship with the health of bank IBK Indonesia. In 2020, the ROA value of bank IBK Indonesia was 1.75%, while BOPO was 9.83%. In 2021, the ROA value of bank IBK Indonesia was 0.07, while the BOPO value was 5.02%. In 2022, the ROA value will reach 0.52, while the BOPO will be 3.01; 5) The liquidity value has a positive relationship with the health of Bank IBK Indonesia. In 2020, the FDR value of bank IBK Indonesia was 62.05%, 52.48% in 2021, and 55.05% in 2022.
