Abstract

This research is a quantitative study using a descriptive method that aims to describe family support, the level of self-acceptance of inmates and the relationship of family support to self-acceptance of inmates at Class IIA Sungguminasa Women's Penitentiary, Gowa Regency. The independent variable in this study is family support, while the dependent variable in this study is self-acceptance. The population in this study were all inmates at the Class IIA Sungguminasa Women's Correctional Institution, Gowa Regency, totaling 367 people, while the sample in this study were 65 people with a random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, it was obtained an overview of family support for each indicator of variable support, namely informative assistance indicators 93%, emotional attention 94%, instrumental assistance 70%, and assessment assistance 92%. The family fraction is classified as moderate with a proportion of 34% and self-acceptance is classified as moderate with a proportion of 32%. There is a significant relationship between family support and the acceptance of inmates at the Class IIA Sungguminasa Women's Penitentiary, Gowa Regency. With a pearson product moment correlation coefficient of 0.550 which is included in the medium category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan masalah yang ditemukan di TK Prima Nusantara Kabupaten Gowa yaitu anak usia dini yang berusia 6 tahun masih banyak yang dibantu oleh orangtuanya dalam hal pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perhatian orangtua dengan kemandirian belajar anak usia dini di TK Prima Nusantara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan bentuk korelasi product moment. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif. Adapun Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua orangtua yaitu ayah dan ibu anak usia dini di TK Prima Nusantara yang berjumlah 70 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu semua populasi ibu dari anak usia dini yang berjumlah 35 orang. Peneliti memilih ibu dari anak usia dini sebagai sampel penelitian karena ibu dianggap sebagai orang yang paling dekat dan paling mengerti dengan keadaan anaknya.Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Saturation Sampling, yaitu penelitian yang mengambil semua populasi sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data antara lain angket dan dokumentasi. Prosedur pengumpulan data yaitu penyebaran angket kemudian dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial menggunakan sistem IBM Statistical Pachage For Sosial Science (SPSS) versi 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara perhatian orangtua dengan kemandirian belajar anak usia dini di TK Prima Nusantara Kabupaten Gowa, Hal ini diketahui dengan melakukan uji korelasi product moment yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,741 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang artinya adanya korelasi yang nyata (signifikan) dari variabel Perhatian Orangtua (X) dengan variabel Kemandirian Belajar Anak Usia Dini (Y). Dengan demikian berdasarkan tabel interpretasi koefisien korelatif maka tingkat hubungan korelasi antara variabel perhatian orangtua (X) dengan variabel kemandirian belajar anak usia dini (Y) yaitu sebesar 0,741 berada pada tingkat hubungan yang kuat.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the management of early childhood education programs at Al-Irshan Islamic Kindergarten Makassar. This research uses a qualitative research approach. The subjects of this research were the principal and teachers at the Al-Irshan Islamic Kindergarten. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis through interviews with the principal and teachers who teach at the Al-Irshan Islamic Kindergarten. The research results show that the management of the early childhood education program at the Al-Irshan Islamic Kindergarten consists of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. The research results illustrate (1) that the planning shows that the management has compiled and developed the school's vision and mission as well as determined the program that will be implemented. (2) Organization describes the duties and responsibilities of school principals and teachers as structured. (3) Implementation illustrates that the principal and teachers have carried out their teaching responsibilities well. (4) Supervision describes that the school principal supervises teacher performance so that they carry out their duties and responsibilities well.
