Abstract

The internship was carried out at PT Telkom Datel Sibolga, Pasar Baru Village, Sibolga Kota District, North Sumatra Province on January 16 - February 17, 2023. The purpose of this Internship activity is to find out how the application of the Telkom Supply Chain Management website on the recap of expenditure / return of goods of PT Telkom Datel Sibolga. PT Telkom Datel Sibolga is a company engaged in telecommunications with a large working area so far the inventory maintenance process is still carried out manually, so the results are not fast and inaccurate, in addition to the time required longer this process becomes ineffective and efficient. Therefore, it is necessary to implement the Telkom Supply Chain Management (SCMT) application that supports the flow of an item both by application and manually. In collecting research data, quantitative methods are used which consist of observations and interviews, then problem analysis is carried out using a framework of pieces and use case diagrams. The results obtained from the internship activities are that in the first week to the end of the study it was found that the expenditure of Optical Network Termination (ONT) goods was more than the Set Top Box (STB) an Telkom Supply Chain Management (SCMT) process until the end carried out by PT Telkom Indonesia at STO Sibolga has been running in accordance with the SCMT application.

Abstract

This study examines the level of customer satisfaction and the influencing factors within the context of customer choices regarding Snackkdaily, a revitalized traditional Garut dish in Medan. Utilizing a quantitative research method, data was collected from 96 respondents through sampling procedures and questionnaires. Multiple regression analysis was employed to analyze the data. The findings indicate that location, price, and service quality significantly influence customer satisfaction levels towards Snackkdaily in Medan. Additionally, aspects related to service quality and price factors also impact customer satisfaction. Specific location characteristics also play a role in enhancing customer satisfaction towards Snackkdaily as a rebranded Garut specialty food in Medan. This research holds practical urgency for business stakeholders and decision-makers. By understanding consumer preferences and needs, food business owners such as Snackkdaily can enhance their marketing strategies, services, and locations to maintain and improve customer satisfaction. Moreover, this study offers valuable insights for the local business community in identifying untapped market opportunities and enhancing the competitiveness of local products. Thus, this research not only contributes to improving service quality and customer satisfaction but also has the potential to drive economic growth and business development in Medan and its surrounding areas.

Abstract

PLN (Persero) UP3 Binjai is one of the PLN units responsible for the electricity distribution function. In the electricity business, its position is as an interface with customers. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of using the PLN Mobile application in the customer service section at PLN UP3 Binjai. In collecting research data, a qualitative method was used consisting of interviews and observations as well as literature review, interviews were conducted to PLN employees in the customer service department and PLN mobile users. The results of the research are that the PLN Mobile Application is quite good and very useful for UP3 Binjai customers to fulfill electricity needs, complaints and grievances, however, socialization is not yet evenly distributed so that there are still PLN customers UP3 Binjai who have not used the PLN Mobile application. Apart from that, the PLN Mobile application also has a positive impact on both customers and PLN employees because it will be more effective and save time and energy for both customers and employees in resolving customer complaints.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis likuiditas coorporate governance dalam penyusunan anggaran kasDinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Sumatera Utara dan peneliti ingin mengetahui bagaimana penyusunan anggaran dan laporan realisasi anggaran pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Sumatera Utara apakah telah sesuai atau tidak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptip kualitatif dan dalam pelaksanaannya penelitian ini mengumpulkan data primer yang diperoleh dari staff penyusunan anggaran dan program. Tenknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data yang diperoleh dengan cara kualitatif depada bagian keuangan Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif mencakup transkip hasil wawancara, reduksi data, analisis, interpretasi data dan triangulasi. Dari hasil analisis data yang kemudian dapat ditarik kesimpulan.dan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan ditemukan pengendalian kas yang ada di Dinas Komminfo Provinsi Sumatera Utara mengalami kekurangan dalam hal efisiensi anggarannya. Pengaruh anggaran kas yang ada terhadap pengendalian kas di dinas dapat dikatakan tidak efektif. Kata kunci: Penyusunan Anggaran, Laporan Anggaran, Dinas Komunikasi Dan Informatika, Sumatera Utara, Magang             This study aims to analyze corporate governance liquidity in the preparation of the budget for the Office of Communication and Informatics of North Sumatra Province and researchers want to find out how the preparation of the budget and reports on budget realization at the Office of Communication and Informatics of North Sumatra Province are appropriate or not. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method and in practice this research collects primary data obtained from budgeting and program staff. The data analysis technique used in this study is data obtained qualitatively from the financial department of the Communication and Informatics Office of North Sumatra Province. Data analysis techniques used in qualitative research include interview transcripts, data reduction, analysis, data interpretation and triangulation. From the results of data analysis, conclusions can then be drawn. And the results of the research conducted found that cash control in the Kominfo Office of North Sumatra Province experienced deficiencies in terms of budget efficiency. The influence of the existing cash budget on cash control in the department can be said to be ineffective. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effectiveness of compensation settlement has been running effectively or ineffectively in accordance with the operational standards of PT. Jasa Raharja tk II padang sidempuan. This study used qualitative descriptive method with data collection of interviews, observations, documentation.  The sample of this research is the company PT. Jasa Raharja Representative of TK II Padangsidimpuan, using descriptive analysis techniques which include: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Specifically, that the data above shows the number of victims who have been disbursed compensation funds and their effectiveness is good and the settlement is timely. The measurement of effectiveness in general and most prominent is program success, goal success, satisfaction with the program, input and output levels, achievement and overall goals. Program effectiveness can be carried out with operational capabilities in carrying out work programs in accordance with predetermined goals. It is known that the analysis of the effectiveness of the settlement of accident insurance compensation for public transportation passengers at PT Jasa Raharja TK II Padang Sidempuan has been very good and effective. and all programs on the road at PT jasa raharja tk ii padang sidempuan have reached the desired target.Keywords: Accident Insurance; Indemnification; Effectiveness

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Perekonomian saat ini berkembang sangat pesat, yang ditandai dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi saat ini. Dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, dunia digital dan internet tentunya telah berdampak pada dunia pemasaran. Tren pemasaran global bergeser dari tradisional (offline) ke digital (daring). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas inovasi digital SRC (Sampoerna Retail Community) pada toko kelontong di Kecamatan Kuala Kabupaten Langkat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan metode indepth interview(wawancara mendalam). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis reduksi data. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 4 orang yang merupakan 3 pemilik Toko Kelontong yang tergabung dengan mitra SRC (Sampoerna Retail Community) yang berada di Kecamatan Kuala Kabupaten Langkat yang berjumlah 3 Toko dan 1 orang merupakan SRC Coach PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk . Hasil penelitian adalah, inovasi digital SRC (Sampoerna Retail Community) sangat membantu salah satunya  membantu dalam hal peningkatan volume penjualan melalui pengelolaan administrasi yang lebih baik berupa edukasi manajemen toko atau pendampingan dari SRC, yang sesuai berdasarkan indikator efektivitas, termasuk kejelasan tujuan program, penyediaan sarana dan prasarana,  dan operasi program.   Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Inovasi Digital, SRC, Toko Kelontong.     ABSTRACT   Today's economy is developing very rapidly, which is characterized by the current progress in science and technology. With the rapid development of technology, the digital world and the internet have certainly had an impact on the world of marketing. Global marketing trends are shifting from traditional (offline) to digital (online). The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of SRC (Sampoerna Retail Community) digital innovation in grocery stores in Kuala District, Langkat Regency. This study used qualitative research methods with in-depth interview methods. The data analysis technique in this study used data reduction analysis. The sample of this study was a Grocery Store owner who joined SRC (Sampoerna Retail Community) located in Kuala District, Langkat Regency, which amounted to 3 stores.  The results of the study, SRC (Sampoerna Retail Community)'s digital innovation is very helpful one of them in terms of increasing sales volume through better administrative management in the form of store management education or assistance from SRC, which is appropriate based on effectiveness indicators, including clarity of program objectives, provision of facilities and infrastructure, and program operations.   Keywords : Effectiveness, Digital Innovation, SRC, Grocery Store.

Abstract

Banana Pasir Memey is a business in Saentis Village that uses Facebook and WhatsApp as sales objects. The Banana Pasir Memey Facebook account has 4,982 followers and each post always has an increase in total likes every year as well as total comments. The positive impact for the UMKM of the Pasir Memey bananas is experiencing an increase in sales in 2020-2022, the negative impact for the UMKM of the Pasir Memey bananas is the shipping costs charged to buyers which will later be taken into consideration when making purchasing decisions. The aim of the research is to test and analyze the influence of online marketing and shipping costs on purchasing decisions among the Pasir Memey Banana UMKM in Saentis Village. This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative approach carried out on customers who have purchased Banana Pasir Memey products, using questionnaire data with a total sample of 70 respondents. The sampling technique is through random sampling technique. The analytical methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and f test. The results of the research show that online marketing has no significant influence on purchasing decisions and shipping costs have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for UMKM customers of Pasir Memey bananas. The simultaneous test shows that the online marketing variables and shipping costs simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

The internship was held at PT. North Sumatra Plantation, District Seisuka, Batu Bara Regency, North Sumatra Province on 01 February – 28 February 2023. Purposeof this internship activity is to find out how to analyze the production costs of processing fresh fruit bunches PT. North Sumatra Plantation is a company that engages in the management, processing and marketing of plantation products. Commodities that are cultivated are oil palm, rubber, sugar cane, sweet potatoes and various other plants. Analysis of the production costs of processing fresh fruit bunches. The results obtained from the activity the internship is in the first week until the end of the research is obtained expenditure of goods and entry of goods and analyze the production costs of fresh fruit bunches at PT. North Sumatra Plantation.

The aim and benefit of the research as a result of the internship carried out by the author is so that the North Sumatra Province Communication and Information Service Office can optimize the performance of office employees through strategies that can create comfort and optimal performance for employees. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Insecurity, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Karo. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Karo is one of the Religious Education institutions in Karo Regency. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 25. The coefficient of determination (R2) is obtained at 0.131 or 13% which explains that the independent variables job insecurity, job satisfaction and organizational commitment are able to explain their effect on the variable turnover intention of 13 %, while the remaining 87% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. The results of the research at the 95% level of confidence and a test of level 5% show that partially job insecurity has no effect on turnover intention, then job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Furthermore, simultaneously job insecurity, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on turnover intention at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Karo.
