Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi kebangkrutan dengan menggunakan metoda Altman Z Score pada PT X di Jawa Timur. Data diambil dari laporan keuangan PT X di Jawa Timur tahun 2019-2022 yang diminta langsung kepada Financial Analysis Junior PT X. Data diolah menggunakan rumus Altman Z Score. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pada 2020 perusahaan ini berpotensi mengalami kebangkrutan. Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menganalisis dengan menambahkan metode lain seperti S-Score maupun X-Score.

Abstract

The success of the organization is determined, among others, by human resources because human resources are valuable and most important assets in an organization. Seeing the important role of human resources, it is necessary to pay attention to the provisions of the work system that should ensure a sense of security and comfort in the company, so that employees' intention to move or leave the company (turnover intention) will not exist. Because after all, employee companies are valuable assets in running the wheels of business operations so that the economy of a country remains stable. This research is a quantitative study with a survey method conducted at PT X East Java, involving 117 employees who were sampled with a population of 165 respondents. This study uses a Partial Least Square (PLS) based regression approach to test the relationship between variables. The results of this study indicate that job insecurity, compensation and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on turnover intention. The practical implications emphasize the need for support and increased efforts so that turnover intention at PT. X does not occur. The management of PT. X needs to consider more effective time management strategies to overcome turnover intention.

Abstract

The increasingly rapid development of cooperatives means that competition is also increasing, therefore, in order to survive, cooperatives must pay attention of location, promotion and service quality so that they can attract potential customers. This research aims to determine the influence of location, promotion and service quality on increasing cooperative members with a population of KSPPS BMT Mandiri Sejahtera East Java cooperative members (Balongpanggang Branch). The sample consisted of 120 cooperative members who were selected using Yount's percentage theory. SPSS 23 software was used for data analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that location and service quality have a positive and significant effect on increasing of members at KSPPS BMT Mandiri Sejahtera East Java (Branch Balongpanggang). Meanwhile, the promotion variable has a positive and insignificant effect on increasing of members at the KSPPS BMT Mandiri Sejahtera East Java (Branch Balongpanggang).

Abstract

The increasingly advanced development of the business world makes competition increasingly fierce, requiring enterpreneurs to analyze what factors influence purchasing decitions. This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions at the Ramli Collection Gresik store. This research method is descriptive quantitative by obtaining primary data obtained directly from the source using a questionnaire. The population in this research are buyers who have made purchasing decisions about Ramli Collection Gresik products. The sample consisted of 144 respondents selected using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis uses research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The analytical tool used in this research is SPSS 23. The results of the research show, partially the Product Quality, Price and Promotion have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the Ramli Collection Gresik Store

Abstract

Karyawan sebagai aset perusahaan harus dikelola dengan baik agar tidak muncul permasalahan perputaran karyawan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan gaji, beban kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap turnover intention. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan data primer diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. XXXdan sample berjumlah 45 karyawan yang dipilih menggunakan teori presentase Yount. Analisis data menggunakan uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS 23.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan gaji dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. XXX. Sedangkan variabel beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. XXX.

Abstract

The research aims to find out the process of translating recount texts by using Google Translation Machine. This study integrated a qualitative phenomenological approach of a group of 18 tenth-grade students at MA Miftahul Jannah, Palangka Raya. Online questionnaires via Google Forms and unstructured follow-up interviews were employed. The 15-question questionnaire, featuring both open-ended and closed-ended formats, explored aspects ranging from general usage of resources, such as Google Translation Machine, to specific processes in translating recount texts. The result of this research showed the students' process in translation began with comprehensively reading the text to gain full understanding. Following this initial step, they mentally process their translation before writing it down. In the translating phase, Google Translate was an essential tool. Some students used it directly, while others employed it as a guide for their translations. The focus here was on the accurate selection of words, phrases, and sentences. Once the translation was complete, the majority of the students cross-checked their work against the original text to maintain fidelity. However, a small number skipped this critical revision step. This highlighted the necessity of reinforcing the importance of evaluation and revision stages in the translation process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of brand image, lifestyle and service quality on purchase decisions. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive. Data collection uses a questionnaire with a total of 254 respondents. By using multiple linear regression analysis and data processing using SPSS. The results of the study show that brand image has a significant influence on purchase decisions. Lifestyle has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Background : The current economic uncertainty also impacts business stability. Amid these pressures, the rise in workplace accidents and decline in employee performance highlight the importance of improving compensation, workplace safety, and health programs to maintain employee well-being and productivity. Objective : This study is to ascertain how paralon company employees' performance is affected by compensation, workplace safety, and occupational health. Design / Methodology / Approach : Multiple linear regression analysis is the research technique employed. To guarantee the accuracy and dependability of the data and model, testing methods such as validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and hypothesis tests were used. Findings : The study results indicate that compensation, workplace safety, and occupational health variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Validity and reliability tests confirmed that the research instruments are valid and reliable. The normality test showed that the data distribution is normal, while multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests indicate no major issues in the regression model. The coefficient of determination shows that the three independent variables can explain 91.9% of the variation in employee performance. Research Implication : The results of this study indicate that the three variables have a significant impact on employee performance. Therefore, companies should prioritize these three aspects to improve employee performance. Limitation : This study only examines three independent variables (compensation, occupational safety, and occupational health), therefore the results may not fully explain the factors that influence employee performance

Abstract

Background – UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) nowadays have competitors emerging to compete. To face MSME business competition, business owners must find a marketing strategy so that their business continues to survive for a long time. Objective – This research aims to determine the influence of price, location and service on purchasing decisions at UD. Pondok Benowo Indah International Branch in 2022-2023. Design / Methodology / Approach – This research uses a quantitative approach with the sample taken in the research being 96 people. This research uses data obtained from primary data sources and secondary data. Primary data sources come from questionnaires addressed to the community and interviews with UD owners. Pondok Benowo Indah International Branch.Meanwhile, secondary sources of information regarding prices can be found through books and related electronic print media, location and purchasing decisions. Findings – Price influences purchasing decisions at UD. International branch of Pondok Benowo Indah in 2022-2023. Location influences purchasing decisions at UD. International Pondok Benowo Indah branch in 2022-2023. Service has no influence on purchasing decisions at UD. International Pondok Benowo Indah branch in 2022-2023. Research Implication – In this research, the results are a useful instrument for researchers to explore further knowledge and understanding. The effect of price and location considerations can influence consumer decisions when buying goods at the UD International branch store located in Pondok Benowo Indah in increasing sales volume.

Abstract

This research analyzes the handling of delays in stock of fertilizer raw materials at the Pupuk Gresik Company by applying the safety stock and reorder point methods. The main problem faced by the company is the lack of supply of raw materials due to short arrival times and seasonal demand, which has an impact on smooth production. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with observation methods, interviews with the President Director and Head of Operations, as well as analysis of historical data related to the use of raw materials, lead time and delivery delays. The research results show that companies still use manual recording in inventory management, which contributes to low accuracy in stock planning. By implementing the safety stock and reorder point methods, companies can determine the optimal amount of reserve inventory and more effective reorder points to achieve the desired service level (95%). The implementation of this method is expected to reduce the risk of delays in raw materials and increase operational efficiency at the Gresik fertilizer company.
