Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan metode Six Sigma dalam mengurangi defect pada kantong pupuk di PT. Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan analisis data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis data defect dalam produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berbagai jenis defect, seperti kantong yang sobek, jahitan yang tidak sempurna, dan ketidaksesuaian berat kantong. Pengukuran menunjukkan rata-rata DPMO sebesar 6.631,61 dengan nilai sigma 3,98, yang masih di bawah standar Six Sigma, berdampak negatif pada efisiensi produksi dan reputasi perusahaan. Melalui tahapan DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) ditemukan faktor penyebab defect meliputi aspek manusia, mesin, bahan baku, metode, dan lingkungan. Implementasi perbaikan yang diusulkan mencakup penambahan pengawas produksi, mesin penghancur dan pengering, pergantian jarum jahit secara berkala, penegakan SOP dengan inspeksi harian, serta peningkatan kebersihan lingkungan kerja. Diharapkan langkah-langkah ini dapat menurunkan tingkat defect dan meningkatkan kualitas produk. Dengan penerapan Six Sigma, perusahaan diharapkan mencapai efisiensi operasional yang lebih baik dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Background – CV. Unicorn Kencana Indopetra is a company engaged in the distribution of marble sales. In carrying out its business processes when receiving goods from suppliers, based on pre-research conducted by the author of CV. Unicorn Kencana Indopetra in selecting suppliers using historical data and adjusting according to consumer demand. The selection of suppliers does not use a special method so that sometimes obstacles or problems arise such as goods received are defective, cracked, or broken. This results in quite a lot of losses because the goods purchased do not match the estimated price to be sold due to defects during shipping or not being packed safely from impact. Objective – This study aims to describe the selection of marble and granite suppliers that have been carried out by the company and compare it with the method of selecting marble and granite suppliers using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. Design / Methodology / Approach – This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are structured interviews, documentation, focused group discussions. Findings – The results of this study state that the overall AHP Software Expert Choice results, PT. XYZ (Supplier Italia 1) is considered the best supplier with a weight value of 0.327, followed by PT. CDE (Supplier China 1) with a weight value of 0.258, PT. ABC (Supplier Italy 2) with a weight value of 0.187, PT. FGH (Supplier China 2) with a weight value of 0.136, and PT. IJK (Supplier China 3) with a weight value of 0.091. These results indicate that overall, the best suppliers that will be chosen by the company to be used as long-term partners are PT. XYZ (Supplier Italy 1) and PT CDE (Supplier China 1) because overall these suppliers have the highest value compared to the other three suppliers. Research Implication – The findings of this study can be used as a reference if the subsequent research faces conditions similar to the findings in this study. Limitations – This study has limitations in the selection of marble and granite suppliers.

Abstract

Indonesian people play an active role in the world economy. Through the world of banking, all economic actors can realize national development in order to increase economic growth. Economic actors have the ability to use credit facilities provided by banking financial institutions. Therefore, analysis of credit granting procedures is important in credit granting procedures to assess whether a credit application is feasible for approval. The bank, before extending credit, is required to conduct an assessment and analysis of prospective debtors to minimize the occurrence of non-performing loans. This study aims to formulate procedures for granting credit and identify factors that cause problem loans in order to get debtors who meet the criteria of Perumda BPR Bank Gresik. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of this research is that the researchers found a credit analysis procedure to minimize non-performing loans used by Perumda BPR Bank Gresik. The procedure for extending credit is through credit procedural policies, verification of prospective customer data, assessing the feasibility of granting credit, credit analysis. The steps taken by Perumda BPR Bank Gresik to minimize non-performing loans are by analyzing the factors that cause non-performing loans and through credit monitoring.

Abstract

An inefficient spare parts storage system can disrupt the smooth operation of a company, increase logistics costs, and slow down customer service processes in the automotive sector. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the spare parts storage system at Automotif Company Manyar dealership using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) approach as a continuous improvement approach. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The sample in this study used purposive sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that the causes of inefficiency in the storage system include errors in estimating needs, lack of staff training, and inaccuracies in the spare parts location information system. The implementation of PDCA can effectively and successfully improve the effectiveness of the storage system through the renewal of work procedures, integration of information systems, and regular training for personnel. This study emphasizes the importance of applying a systematic approach to improve warehouse management quality and support the operational efficiency of automotive dealers.

Abstract

Untuk bentuk program pemberdayaan masyarakat berdasar potensi dan permasalahan pembangunan Desa pada masa Pandemi COVID-19. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan secara virtual menggunakan aplikasi Zoom. Hasil Pengabdian diikuti oleh 21 peserta menggunakan media zoom. Kegiatan Pemberdayaan Desa Betoyoguci dalam bentuk pembelajaran materi pemberdayaan bersifat tentang E-Commerce, pendampingan pembuatan akun E-Commerce Tokopedia dan tutorial alternative cara membuat usaha kreatif ditengan pandemic yang ekonomis, dan mudah. Terutama untuk mempertahankan eksistensi usaha rumahan yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat. Implementasi pemberdayaan dilakukan dengan mengadakan pendampingan pembuatan akun Tokopedia sebagai platform e-commerce yang mudah dan memberikan panduan contoh membuat usaha Dessert Box dan Budidaya Ikan dalam Ember (BUDIKDAMPER). Bentuk pemberdayaan yang tepat pada Desa Betoyoguci pada saat pandemic Covid-19 adalah pemberdayaan pendampingan pembelajaran E-Commerce untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan usaha rumahan yang dimiliki masyarakat dan memberikan peluang baru untuk membuka usaha.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, workload, work culture on employee performance at Bank BPR. This study uses a saturated method sample, namely by using all employees at Bank BPR. The number of samples in this study was 34 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was the Saturated Sampling Technique. The data analysis technique used linear multiple regression analysis and used SPSS IBM 25 statistics. The results of the study prove that the work discipline variable (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at Bank BPR. Then the workload variable (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at Bank BPR. Then the work culture variable (X3) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at Bank BPR.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of service quality, store atmosphere, and price on customer satisfaction levels at Sekaruang Coffeeshop, Gresik City. The background of the study is based on various customer complaints, such as slow service, a store atmosphere that does not support comfort, and an imbalance between price and perceived benefits. A quantitative approach was used with a survey method through a questionnaire distributed to 120 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear regression, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R²) tests with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that service quality, store atmosphere, and price had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination value of 84.5% confirms that these variables are able to explain customer satisfaction dominantly. This finding confirms that improving service quality, creating a comfortable store atmosphere, and setting appropriate prices are important factors in increasing customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study examines language and gender with a focus on the soap opera “Suara Hati Seorang Isteri” (SHSI). The focus of the research is on the differences between man and woman in the number of speeches and the number of turns to speak between man and woman. The research method uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative. The research findings of the number of men’s talk with a percentage of 70.9% and women’s percentage of 29.1%. while men occupy a higher level of 70.9% and 68.7%. Abstract

An increasing number of fierce commercial enterprise competition encourages companies to achieve marketplace position, as a result businesses need a sales strategy by means of credit score which will boom the range of income. The purpose of conducting this research is due to the discovery of empirical evidence regarding the analysis of accounts receivable turnover by PT Makmur Selaras, empirical evidence obtained in the company, namely the results of company receivables that go up and down. Credit sales within the company caused some customers to experience delays in paying debts, so it is necessary to analyze how much the turnover rate of receivables from sales made by PT Makmur Selaras in the 2018-2021 period. The method used on this studies is qualitative and utilizes descriptive techniques. This studies facts uses secondary records inside the shape of money owed receivable reviews at PT Makmur Selaras. Based totally at the effects of the study, it shows that from year to year the level of receivables turnover at PT Makmur Selaras is very small, as a end result the billing finished with the aid of management is called unsuccessful, the effects of the research display that the arrears ratio fluctuates, specifically 81.21% in 2020 and sixty nine.18 % in 2021. Likewise, the billing ratio that occurs fluctuates, this means that the organisation isn't very able to amassing receivables. Unsuccessful debts receivable turnover resulting from series of unpaid receivables causes the company to enjoy a lower in revenue.

Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya industri, financial technology juga semakin berkembang dengan munculnya Financial Technology (Fintech). Fintech merupakan sebuah inovasi di bidang keuangan yang berkaitan dengan teknologi modern. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perilaku pengelolaan keuangan PT BPR Bank Jombang Perseroda sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan fintech peer-to-peer loan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dalam pengumpulan data dengan analisis wawancara langsung dan pengumpulan data dari laporan tahunan PT BPR Bank Jombang yang dilakukan langsung oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keberadaan fintech pada PT BPR Bank Jombang memiliki dampak positif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis fintech PT BPR Bank Jombang mengalami perkembangan yang sangat baik setelah berkolaborasi dengan fintech dapat dilihat dalam kurun waktu 2 tahun oleh bank dari pertumbuhan nilai penyaluran kredit, perolehan laba,pertumbuhan tabungan, asset dan deposito. Fintech dikatakan akan memiliki potensi baik dalam lompatan bank dalam layanan pembiayaan keuangan digital.
