With the changes when entering adolescence, there needs to be supervision and guidance carried out by all levels, starting from the family at home and at school in order to protect teenagers from deviant behavior (free sex) and early marriage. The adolescent reproductive health program has been implemented in all districts/cities in Lampung Province. However, the number of cases of early marriage in Lampung Province can still be said to be high. Therefore, the adolescent reproductive health program is considered to be still not optimal in its implementation. This research aims to analyze the implementation of adolescent reproductive health programs in high schools in Lampung Province and identify supporting factors and obstacles faced in the process of implementing adolescent reproductive health programs in schools in the Districts/Cities of Lampung Province. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of research using Jones (1996) program implementation model including organization, interpretation and implementation show that the implementation of adolescent reproductive health programs in high schools in Lampung Province is still not optimal. Data collection was done through interviews, observation and documentation in the research. Then compile the theory and data. Community participation in waste management at Krui tourism site in West Lampung Regency was initiated by a youth-led community. The concern and attention by this young group is an excellent social capital in changing the behaviour and culture of the community and tourists in disposing of waste. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the combination of city branding and ecocity in Indonesia and critically examine the opportunities and challenges of developing both concepts. The background of this study was the increasing attention to the development of sustainable cities in Indonesia and the importance of city branding in enhancing a city's competitiveness. However, there is concern that city branding may overlook environmental sustainability aspects, which has led to the development of the ecocity concept as an alternative to improving the city's sustainability. The research method used in this study was a literature review. This literature review uses a systematic literature review approach with a narrative review method. The literature database used Google Scholar, CrossRef data, and Scopus data from 2010-2023. The results showed that developing a combination of City Branding and Ecocity has several opportunities and challenges that must be faced in Indonesia. The opportunities that arise are improving the positive image of cities in Indonesia, improving the quality of the environment in densely populated cities, and enhancing a city's competitiveness in investment and tourism. However, the challenges include limitations in resources, both financially and in terms of human resources, and obstacles in implementing sustainable policies and regulations. Nevertheless, Indonesia has significant opportunities to combine the concepts of City Branding and Ecocity.

Abstract

Employee performance is the result of carrying out the tasks assigned to employees but many organizations require employees to further improve their abilities and skills at work (Hasibuan, 2013). Wirawan (2009) explained various factors influencing the decline in employee performance such as work stress and job satisfaction. Employees who feel satisfied with their work tend to be more productive, while those who do not feel satisfied tend to have low productivity. Employee performance will improve if employees are satisfied with their jobs because their needs and expectations have been met. Work stress and job satisfaction play an important role in influencing employee performance. This study used a quantitative method and data were collected by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study was all employees at the Secretariat of the General Election Commission (KPU) of Bandar Lampung City with a total of 30 people. Determination of the sample used a saturated sampling technique so the entire population was used as the sample. Validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests were conducted to ensure data quality. The results of the study indicate that work stress has a negative effect on employee performance, while job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance. Based on the t-test, the work stress variable has a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, and the job satisfaction variable has a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, indicating that both variables significantly affect employee performance. The coefficient of determination test (R2) obtains a value of 78.3 meaning that work stress and job satisfaction contribute 78,3% of the influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) plays a strategic role as the regional legislative body in absorbing and following up on public aspirations, particularly in the area of road infrastructure development. This study aims to analyze the institutional strategies of the Lampung Provincial DPRD in addressing community aspirations regarding road infrastructure in Electoral District 1 of Bandar Lampung City, as well as to identify the main challenges faced. This research employed a qualitative method with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The findings reveal that the DPRD’s institutional strategy is centered on three aspects: organizational structure, authority, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Although the organizational structure is formally established, internal coordination has not been fully synergized, authority has not been strategically utilized to advocate for public demands, and the SOPs for managing aspirations through the E-Pokir system lack transparent evaluation mechanisms. Challenges encountered include weak inter-unit synergy, limited human and technological resources, and low public participation. The study recommends strengthening internal coordination, leveraging authority more strategically, improving participatory SOPs, and enhancing community involvement to ensure that the DPRD fulfills its role in a more transparent, accountable, and responsive manner.
