Abstract

The head of the madrasa is the leader of the institution he or she leads. The progress and development of the institution is the task and responsibility of the madrasa head. A leader is someone who carries out activities to influence others in the environment in a specific situation, so that others are willing to work with a sense of responsibility in order to achieve the set goals. The success of the madrasa head in implementing policy programs is assumed to be the result of the hard work and skill of the madrasa head in creating operational policies to improve the professionalism of teachers. This research aims to examine the implementation of the Satmingkal policy (four times a week) in improving the professional competence of teachers in mastering the subjects taught and in developing teaching materials at MTs SA Al-Alawiyah Karangpring, Sukorambi, Jember. The research method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological research type. This is a qualitative study with data sources from the school principal, vice-principal of curriculum, and teachers at MTs SA Al-Alawiyah Karangpring, Sukorambi, Jember. Data collection methods include interviews, observation, and documentation related to the Satmingkal policy and the improvement of teacher professionalism at MTs SA Al-Alawiyah Karangpring, Sukorambi, Jember. The data analysis technique used in this study is triangulation of techniques and triangulation of sources. Based on the research results, the implementation of the "one week four times" policy in improving teacher professionalism in mastering subject matter at MTs SA Al-Alawiyah has shown an improvement. Initially, teachers only came to teach, but after following the Satmingkal policy, teachers had more time to participate in educational and teaching training sessions. In these activities, teachers were able to gain knowledge, insights, and experiences from teachers at other institutions with similar fields. Therefore, in the classroom, these teachers were able to deliver and explain the material effectively. Meanwhile, the implementation of the "one week four times" policy to enhance teacher professionalism in the development of teaching materials includes developing active strategies through game methods and mimicking role models in the material (drill method).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah  media pembelajaran papan pintar perkalian  berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. proses pembelajaran dalam penelitian ini memanfaatkan penggunaan media pembelajaran dengan baik dan benar. Media pembelajaran merupakan sumber belajar yang dibutuhkan oleh siswa selain sumber belajar yang tersedia di ruang kelas. Kemampuan siswa untuk berpikir kreatif dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan sumber belajar yang bersifat kontekstual. data penelitian dapat diperoleh dari soal pilihan ganda yang digunakan untuk mengetahui dan mengukur kemampuan awal siswa pelajaran tematik materi matematika. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Quasy Eksperimental  dengan Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Hasil analisis tentang bagaimana penggunaan media pembelajaran papan pintar memengaruhi kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa telah menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa meningkat. kesimpulan dari penlitian ini adalah penggunaan media pembelajaran papan pintar perkalian berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa.

Abstract

Transforming the quality of santri based on pesantren culture examines how pesantren knowledge about beliefs, values, and norms can be used to improve the quality of education for students. The purpose of this research is a critical exploration related to the transformation of the quality of students based on pesantren culture in Pesantren Nurul Islam (Nuris) Antirogo Jember, Pesantren al-Azhar Tegalbesar Kaliwates Jember and Pesantren Assunniyah Kencong Jember. The research method used descriptive qualitative by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis model Milles and Huberman, checking the validity of the data using data triangulation. The theory in this study uses the opinion of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari, Gray model, Byrk model quality, Paul Mott model, Cameron and Quinn model, Edward Sallis, Crosby and Tony Bush. The result of the research is the transformation of the quality of students based on quality pesantren culture in Nuris, al-Azhar and Assunniyah Jember Islamic Boarding Schools is divided into two, namely academic quality and non-academic quality. The academic quality of these three boarding schools are (1) students can read the YellowIslamic classic Book, (2) have noble character, (3) master the sciences taught in the pesantren. (4) realizing the importance of spirituality and religion in life, (5) excellent report card scores and (6) having special skills prepared in pesantren. Meanwhile, the non-academic quality of santri in these three boarding schools are: First, the quality of santri is measured by the activeness of santri in studying at the boarding school. Second, the quality of santri is seen from the principle of the usefulness of the knowledge obtained while studying at the pesantren.
