Abstract

Social media is an internet platform where it is possible for individuals to share directly and communicate continuously with their community. The use of social media has become part of the experience of growing up for teenagers to seek entertainment and the latest information. The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the effect of using Instagram social media on millennial purchasing decisions at Gokana Ramen Restaurant & Teppan Mall Ratu Indah Makassar. The data collection technique was carried out with a quantitative approach with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data analysis method in this study used descriptive data analysis, simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the use of Instagram social media has a significant and positive effect on millennial purchasing decisions at Gokana Ramen Restaurant & Teppan Mall Ratu Indah Makassar.

Abstract

   Uang game online adalah mata uang virtual yang digunakan di semua game online untuk membeli barang virtual dari produsen game. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk untuk mengkaji pembelian cash game secara online oleh   mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi UKI Toraja. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 95 orang responden. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data deskriptif, analisis regresi linear sederhana dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini keputusan pembelian game cash online tidak terpengaruh oleh budaya. Faktor psikologis memengaruhi keputusan pembelian permainan uang tunai online. Faktor sosial parsial memengaruhi keputusan pembelian permainan uang online. Faktor pribadi mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian permainan uang tunai online. Dan faktor budaya, psikologi, sosial, dan pribadi secara bersamaan mempengaruhi pembelian cash game online.

Abstract

Bank Mega merupakan bank yang sedang mengalami perkembangan yang pesat dari tahun ketahun dan dapat bersaing dengan bank yang lain. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh rasio pasar terhadap harga saham Bank Mega Tbk tahun 2016-2020. Rasio pasar dalam penelitian ini adalah price earning ratio dan price book value. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini ialah kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian dari penelitian ini variabel price earning ratio berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham pada PT. Bank Mega Tbk, Pada Tahun 2016-2020 dan price book value memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham pada PT. Bank Mega Tbk, pada tahun 2016-2020. Price earning ratio dan price book value berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap harga saham PT. Bank Mega Tbk, pada tahun 2016-2020. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,998 artinya PER dan PBV mempengaruhi harga sebesar 99,8% yang berari memiliki pengaruh yang sangat kuat, sedangkan sisanya 0,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak masukan kedalam pelitian ini. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,996 yang artinya PER dan PBV mempengaruhi harga sebesar 99,6% yang berarti pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen kuat

Abstract

Persoalan penelitian ini adalah apakah profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan pertambangan subsektor batubara yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2017-2021. Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Profitabilitas Terhadap Struktur Modal pada Perusahaan Pertambangan Subsektor Batubara yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017-2021. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis data adalah yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Profitabilitas dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Return On Equity Ratio (ROE) yang membandingkan laba setelah pajak dan ekuitas serta struktur modal dihitung dengan rumus Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) yaitu dengan membandingkan total hutang dengan ekuitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Sopai, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja disiplin kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Sopai, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi kerja pada Kantor Kecamatan Sopai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuntitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, Regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f, koefisien determinasi, koefisien korelasi, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji linearitas.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dimana variabel komitmen (X1) tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai (Y), variabel disiplin kerja (X2) menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai (Y), variabel komitmen (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel prestasi kerja (Y).

Abstract

The success factors for Village Owned Enterprises (BUMLem) are human resource management. So far, the quality of human resources or managers working at BUMLem is generally still very low, this is indicated by the still low quality of products, limited ability to develop new products, slow application of technology, and weak business management. The purpose of this activity is to support the development and progress of existing businesses in Lembang in particular. The method in this service begins with initial research (initial assessment) of problems and helping problems is carried out with focus group discussion (FGD) activities both with BUMLem Batu Rumbu administrators, village heads and the local community. It is hoped that the results of assisting BUMLem management governance will increase community income. It is hoped that in the future BUMLem will be able to carry out functional governance management including human resource governance, production and marketing. BUMLem is able to be more mature and wise in responding and quickly finding solutions to any problems that occur when the business is growing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the strategy for the Kinako Fabric in Tana Toraja district. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely managing information data from observation based on the facts that exist in the Kinako Fabric Shop. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The stategy used at the Kinako Cloth Shop is the marketing mix 4P (Product), (Price), (Promotion), (Place). Product strategy in the from of adding cloth products, Pricing strategy by providing price discounts, Promotion strategy though social media facebook and whatsapp as well as direct promotion by word of mouth, the price is quite strategic and very easy to reach potential customers. This strategy is carried out to add customers and to increase sales results.

Abstract

This service activity aims to increase the understanding and skills of Working Group (Pokja) members regarding Family Income Increase Efforts (UPPKS). This activity is carried out through the delivery of training material using lecture and discussion methods. Participants are provided with assistance that focuses on business planning to increase family income. The main aim of this activity is to provide new insight to the mothers who are members of the Working Group regarding effective strategies in increasing and increasing family income through utilizing the skills they have. It is hoped that this assistance will be able to provide appropriate direction in starting business planning, so that women who are members of the Working Group can independently develop their businesses. The results of this activity show an increase in participants' understanding and skills, as well as higher motivation in utilizing their skills to contribute to improving the family economy

Abstract

Business development in Indonesia continues to experience growth. In order for a business to be able to compete in this very complex era of industrial revolution 4.0, it needs to be supported by basic skills in better business planning, one of which is the coffee shop business. This service activity is to provide training regarding the importance of making a simple production cost budget, and the method of implementing this activity is to provide training, discussions and questions and answers and participants are very enthusiastic about participating in the training. The aim of this service is to increase participants' knowledge of the importance of preparing a production budget as a tool for planning and controlling costs in making business decisions, as well as to increase the participants' ability to prepare production budgets so that the mandate given to them as business actors can be properly accounted for. This is due to a lack of understanding by business actors. This is due to a lack of understanding by business actors about the importance of preparing a production budget as a basis for making decisions on business management, as well as a lack of understanding about how to calculate a production budget properly and correctly. Based on the results of the service, it can be seen that the training activity participants really understood the explanation of the material presented. This was proven by the various questions asked and discussions, and the participants were able to solve the cases given.

Abstract

The Influence of Tax Literacy. Tax Morale and Tax Incentives on MSME Taxpayer Compliance in Tana Toraja Regency. The aim of this research is to find out whether tax literacy. Tax morale and tax incentives influence MSME taxpayer compliance in Tana Toraja Regency. The data collection procedures for this research are: Questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests. The partial test results (t test) show that the tax literacy variable influences the mandatory compliance of MSMEs in Tana Toraja Regency, the tax moral variable influences the compliance of MSME taxpayers in Tana Toraja Regency and tax incentives influence the compliance of MSME taxpayers in Tana Toraja Regency. Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous testing (F test) show that the variables of tax literacy, tax morale and tax incentives influence MSME taxpayer compliance in Tana Toraja Regency
