Abstract

Administratively, Tasikmalaya City oversees 10 sub-districts with 69 villages that have an area of 183.85 Km2 with 49 locations of ODTW (Tourism Attraction Objects). With so many ODTW in Tasikmalaya City, it should be a leading tourist attraction. However, these 49 ODTW in Tasikmalaya City are not well known by the general public. This happens because the development of tourism industry promotion has not been optimized. Therefore, an application is needed to map the distribution of ODTW locations in Tasikmalaya City as a means of promoting the tourism industry in Tasikmalaya City. This research was conducted with the aim of increasing the promotion of the potential ODTW of Tasikmalaya City to attract domestic and foreign tourists which of course can increase regional income and the economy of the people of Tasikmalaya City. The method of implementing application development uses a waterfall model which has several stages in the implementation of its research. The first research stage is communication, including: (a) identification of potential, (b) identification of problems, (c) identification of application features and functions, (d) data collection. The second research stage, planning, includes: (a) team formation and division of work tasks, (b) preparation of research schedule, (c) preparation of research costs. The third research stage is modeling, including: (a) database structure design, (b) algorithm design, (c) system design, (d) interface design. The fourth research stage is construction, including: (a) code validation, (b) code testing. The fifth research stage deployment includes: (a) application program revision, (b) application program implementation, (c) application program development, (d) feedback. The results of the research are in the form of an android-based Tasikmalaya City tourist attraction location mapping application equipped with location search features, location share features and language features (Indonesian and English).Keyword: SIG; Tour; Tasikmalaya City

Abstract

Advances in information technology are currently growing very rapidly in line with the human need to access information quickly, easily and accurately. The Internet network is one of the tools to meet these information needs. BUMDesa of Karangjati Village creates a small village-owned server that is intended to facilitate the community's Internet needs at a more affordable price than the prices of other internet service providers. The research was conducted to observe and improve the network topology, so as to maximize the internet network belonging to BUMDesa Karangjati Village. In addition, research is conducted to solve problems such as running out of ports when there are additional subscribers or overcoming user modems that are often interrupted by replacing a problematic modem adapter or replacing an old modem with a new modem. The method used is by conducting direct observations and interviews with BUMDesa Jati Lestari Karangjati Village. The proposed configuration scheme is created using the Cisco Packet Tracer simulation application. Based on the results of internet research owned by BUMDesa Karangjati Village, it uses a tree topology because there is only one central server and the IP address address configuration uses class C, because it still uses a network on a small scale. The transmission medium uses a fiber optic cable from the server and the addition of ports will continue to be carried out in line with the increase in internet network subscribers.

Abstract

Dalam era digital, koneksi internet yang stabil dan efisien menjadi kebutuhan utama di berbagai lingkungan, termasuk institusi pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan manajemen bandwidth dan pengelolaan pengguna pada jaringan hotspot di SMP Islam Boarding System Darul Muta'alimin Kota Tasikmalaya dengan menggunakan router MikroTik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) yang meliputi analisis, desain, simulasi prototipe, implementasi, pemantauan, dan manajemen. Solusi yang diterapkan meliputi penggunaan Simple Queue untuk pembagian bandwidth yang lebih adil serta penerapan fitur cookie pada hotspot untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan stabilitas jaringan dengan distribusi bandwidth yang lebih merata, serta kemudahan akses bagi pengguna tanpa harus login berulang kali. Implementasi ini juga berhasil mengurangi gangguan antar pengguna serta meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pemanfaatan sumber daya jaringan. Dengan demikian, sistem manajemen jaringan yang diterapkan dapat menjadi model bagi institusi lain dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan internet.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the digital literacy of Posyandu cadres in Cipawitra Subdistrict, Tasikmalaya, through the socialization and training of a Posyandu information system website. The main issue addressed is the manual and uneven dissemination of Posyandu activity information, which leads to low public participation. The program began with a needs assessment, followed by the design and development of the website, socialization, training, and implementation evaluation. The website provides key information such as schedules, services, and Posyandu locations. The results showed improved understanding and skills among cadres in accessing and managing digital information. This program encourages the adoption of technology at the community level and strengthens the independent management of health services. Outcomes, including increased cadre capacity, a published scientific article, and comprehensive documentation of the activities, support program sustainability.

Abstract

Bank Sampah Ciherang Tunas Mulia menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam pengelolaan sampah, baik dari sisi sosial kemasyarakatan, manajemen, maupun fasilitas pendukung. Saat ini, kegiatan bank sampah masih terbatas pada pengumpulan dan penjualan sampah anorganik kepada pengepul tanpa proses pengolahan lebih lanjut. Hal ini menyebabkan ketergantungan terhadap harga pasar yang fluktuatif dan berdampak pada pendapatan yang tidak stabil. Selain itu, keterbatasan keterampilan pengurus dalam mengolah sampah menjadi produk bernilai jual, lemahnya kemampuan digital marketing, serta pencatatan transaksi dan keuangan secara manual menambah kompleksitas masalah. Solusi yang ditawarkan meliputi pelatihan keterampilan teknis seperti pembuatan kerajinan dari sampah plastik, pupuk organik cair, dan ecobrick, serta pelatihan digital marketing dan pengemasan produk. Dari sisi teknologi, akan dikembangkan sistem informasi berbasis website yang terintegrasi untuk pencatatan transaksi tabungan dan pengelolaan keuangan, serta e-commerce untuk mendukung pemasaran produk hasil olahan. Di bidang fasilitas, bantuan berupa timbangan digital dan peralatan pengolahan sampah organik akan diberikan guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Pendekatan yang digunakan mencakup sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi tepat guna, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi berkelanjutan untuk memastikan keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan program. Dengan pelaksanaan program ini, diharapkan Bank Sampah Ciherang Tunas Mulia dapat meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, efisiensi manajemen, serta memperluas pasar produk hasil olahan sampah, sehingga mendukung penguatan ekonomi sirkular dan kemandirian masyarakat secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan di UMKM F Kreasi Tasikmalaya dengan tujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan pada aspek pemasaran dan manajemen usaha. Mitra sebelumnya masih mengandalkan strategi pemasaran tradisional, belum optimal memanfaatkan media digital, serta menghadapi kendala dalam pencatatan transaksi, pengelolaan keuangan, dan desain kemasan produk. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, kegiatan dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu analisis situasi, persiapan transfer teknologi tepat guna, pelatihan, simulasi, pendampingan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Solusi yang ditawarkan meliputi pelatihan digital marketing, pembuatan website, pengelolaan media sosial dan e-commerce, pelatihan manajemen usaha, pencatatan keuangan sederhana, desain kemasan berbasis barcode menggunakan Photoshop, serta pelatihan foto produk. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra, terutama dalam pemanfaatan digital marketing, manajemen usaha, serta desain dan foto produk yang lebih menarik. Mayoritas peserta memberikan respon positif terhadap kegiatan ini, meskipun pada beberapa aspek seperti pengelolaan website dan pembuatan barcode masih dibutuhkan pendampingan lanjutan. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan PKM ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM F Kreasi Tasikmalaya, sehingga mampu memperluas jangkauan pemasaran, memperbaiki sistem manajemen usaha, serta meningkatkan daya saing produk baik di pasar lokal maupun digital.
