Abstract

Promotion can be interpreted as an effort or communication tool to introduce a product from a particular company so that it can be known to the public and attract buyers so as to increase company sales. In this study, several work implementation activities were presented, findings of obstacles or problems and proposed solutions to obstacles or problems encountered at the Bengkulu City Tourism Office for 1 month, namely January 24 2022 to February 26 2022. The City Tourism Office is the tourism manager -tours in the city of Bengkulu. During the Omicron pandemic, the tourism office could not carry out events aimed at introducing tourism to the city of Bengkulu. Therefore the Bengkulu City Tourism Office wants to make a tourism promotion video in the city of Bengkulu. It is hoped that by making a tourism promotion video, people in Bengkulu province and outside Bengkulu province can find out about it.

Abstract

PDAM Kota Bengkulu adalah salah satu perusahaan daerah yang bergerak di bidang pelayanan   penyedia air bersih dimanadalam proses pendaftaran pelanggan baru mereka masih menggukan sistem pendaftaran secara on-site sehingga seringkali terjadi kerumunan saatmengantri untuk mendaftar sebagai pelanggan. Pendaftaran merupakan tahapan awal bagi calon pelanggan PDAM untuk bisa menikmati layanan berupa air bersih, seringkali pelanggan harus datang lebih dari satu kali untuk mendaftardikarenakan berkas yang dibawa belum lengkap atau ada berkas yang kurang. Hal ini mengakibatkan seringnya terjadi kerumunan dan panjangnya antrian sehingga membuat calon pelanggan tersebut menjadi kerepotan karena  memakan waktu yang lama dalam proses pendaftaran sebagai calon pelanggan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka diperlukan sebuah inovasi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan pendaftaran yang ada. Inovasi yang diusulkan yaitu adanya sebuah sistem pendaftaran secara online yang dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh calon pelanggan PDAM Kota Bengkulu sehingga calon pelanggan bisa mendaftar dari rumah tanpa harus datang ke kantor PDAM. Adanya aplikasi yang dapat digunakan  untuk melakukan  Pendaftaran secara Online Calon Pelanggan PDAM Berbasis Website merupakan  Inovasi sebagai upaya menghindari kerumunan/antrian”

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi tidak terlepas dari keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar dilembaga pendidikan dari tingkat rendah sampai yang jenjang yang paling tinggi. Tahapan perubahan tersebut dapat membawa keadaan kearah yang lebih maju lagi dari keadaan yang sekarang, sehingga menjadi jati diri dari suatu bangsa. Desktop environment secara umum bisa digambarkan sebagai GUI atau Graphical User Interface dari sistem operasi. Pada sistem operasi Linux, desktop environment ini tidak sekedar GUI saja akan tetapi mencakup juga program-program dan tools yang digunakan dalam sistem operasi tersebut. Tidak jarang desktop environment membawa berbagai macam program dan utilites dalam paket installasinya. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, diharapkan agar peserta khususnya siswa mampu: (1) Mampu memanfaatkanTeknologi OS linux yang ada. (2) Memanfaatkan perkembangan Sistem Operasi Linux sebagai media pembelajaran yang baik. (3) Mampu mengintall OS Linux dengan langah-langkah yang sesuai. (4) Bisa Memanfaatkan Linux dalam proses pembelajaran dan mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan khususnya di bidang Sistem Operasi Kata Kunci: linux, deepin, instalasi

Abstract

Utilization of technology has been widely used in various fields, namely education, government agencies, banking, trade, industry, and national defense in meeting the needs of their work activities. an organization that meets the needs of daily transaction processing, supports operations, is managerial and strategic activities of an organization, and provides certain outside parties with the necessary reports. University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, already has a website-based personnel information system. so the author tries to develop from 2 aspects. Where is the first aspect on the server, the author tries to develop a server application using codeigniter combined with AJAX so that it is easier to connect it with JSON encode. The purpose of this study is to provide information on employees and lecturers at the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu which can help the personnel department provide information more quickly and efficiently. It is hoped that the development of this application can be a reference not only for the world of university staffing but also for all subjects and all circles as the development of information technology..

Abstract

MAN 02 Kepahiang is one of the schools in Kepahiang Regency which still uses a manual attendance process. In the process of teaching and learning activities students need a daily attendance process to process student attendance data which will be made as an attendance report which is one component of the assessment of the teaching and learning process. In implementing the manual attendance system carried out by students there are still deficiencies in terms of time efficiency in the process of recording attendance and preparing attendance reports for each class. In designing an attendance system using a QR Code in the form of a web base and using the PHP programming language with MySQL database processing also using the Waterfall method. This study aims to build an attendance system using the QR Code as a media for inputting student absentee data and in preparing student daily attendance reports it is made easier by having an attendance system built.

Abstract

Garbage is a disaster that can cause a lot of harm both in terms of the environment and health. In this incident there were many factors that affected the surrounding community, such as population density and insufficient public awareness. These factors are the main reasons for illegal waste disposal. By utilizing a Geographic Information System (GIS) implemented with Google Maps in the chaos of an Android-based temporary landfill. Data collection methods are by interview, and observation. The data obtained is to facilitate system analysis and design. The results of this study are that it can make it easier for the people of Bengkulu City to find the nearest TPS.

Abstract

Many web-based applications/forms serve as online data entry devices equipped with facilities for uploading image data. When uploading image data, the image file is often incompatible or cannot be uploaded because the size is too large. Users have to resize those files separately. For example, with several compression applications used such as photoshop, gimp, photoscape, photo compressor, image size and many other compression applications. Web-based applications should be able to automatically resize the file according to the appropriate file size so that it can save time and speed up the process. To deal with the problem of automatic compression, the user must provide or build a web-based application that can directly compress files on the web because automatic file or image compression is available on the website without compressing them separately beforehand. With this automatic compression form application, it certainly reduces costs. (quota) internet, shortening time and also making it easier for users or users when uploading files on the web. The algorithm that is suitable for resizing files in online web applications is the hufman algorithm.

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country which is geographically located at the confluence of four tectonic plates, namely the Indo-Australian, Eurasian and Pacific plates. In the southern part of Indonesia there is a volcanic belt in the form of volcanic mountains. Indonesia is one of the countries that has the highest level of seismicity in the world. The purpose of this study is to apply ActionScript 3 in making multiplatform applications to identify earthquake preparedness which can add insight to users in dealing with earthquake disasters, as a learning tool for children aged 8 to 12 years. This application is made using Adobe Flash Professional CS 6 software, ActionScript 3 as the programming language and Adobe Audition CS 6 as the supporting software. It is hoped that with this application users will be able to recognize earthquake learning. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that a multiplatform application to identify preparation for an earthquake has been successfully created which consists of 5 menus on the main menu, namely, about earthquakes, actions when an earthquake occurs, after an earthquake.

Abstract

Abstract: Current technological developments have brought very rapid progress in various areas of human life. To improve saddle quality, technology must be used to improve public services. Therefore, according to village law, the government or regional government must create a village service information system. Sri Jaya Makmur Village is in Nibung District, North Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra. One of the obstacles currently faced by the Sri Jaya Makmur Village Government is the amount of information that can be seen and accessed by the village community, especially regarding the village organizational structure, activities and administration. In addition, the community does not receive sufficient services, especially in terms of much needed correspondence services. Research is carried out to produce prototypes, designs and correspondence in the required information system. This research succeeded in creating designs ranging from how the system works to user interface design. Abstract: Perkembangan teknologi saat ini membawa kemajuan yang sangat pesat di berbagai bidang kehidupan manusia. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelana, teknologi harus digunakan untuk meningkatkan layanan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah atau pemerintah daerah harus membuat sistem informasi pelayanan desa menurut undang-undang desa. Desa Sri Jaya Makmur berada di Kecamatan Nibung, Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara, Sumatera Selatan. Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi oleh Pemerintah Desa Sri Jaya Makmur saat ini adalah jumlah informasi yang dapat dilihat dan diakses oleh masyarakat desa, terutama yang berkaitan dengan struktur organisasi desa, kegiatan dan administrasi. Selain itu, masyarakat tidak menerima layanan yang cukup, terutama dalam hal layanan surat menyurat yang sangat dibutuhkan. penelitian dilakukan untuk menghasilkan protype, desain perancangan, dan surat menyurat dalam sistem informasi yang dibutuhkan. penelitian ini berhasil membuat design rancangan mulai dari bagaimana sistem bekerja hingga design user interface.

Abstract

Zalikha Guest House merupakan salah satu penyedia layanan penginapan yang membutuhkan media informasi digital dan layanannya secara luas kepada masyarakat. Sebagai sebuah usaha di bidang jasa akomodasi, Zalikha Guest House membutuhkan media informasi digital yang representatif guna memperkenalkan profil zalikha guest house, fasilitas yang tersedia, layanan, tarif, lokasi dan kontak yang ditawarkan secara lebih efektif dan efisien kepada masyarakat luas, khususnya calon wisatawan yang ingin mencari akomodasi yang berada di luar jangkauan wilayah sekitar. Saat ini, penyampaian informasi masih bersifat konvensional sehingga dinilai kurang efektif dalam menjangkau calon pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah website  informatif yang dapat meningkatkan promosi dan aksebilitas bagi Zalikha Guest House yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Semarang. Sebagai media informasi metode yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD). Metode RAD dipilih karena memungkinkan pengembangan website secara cepat dan melibatkan pengguna secara aktif melalui setiap tahapan, mulai dari perencanaan, desain, hingga implementasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah website informasi Zalikha Guest House yang mudah diakses, responsif dan mampu meningkatkan visibilitas guest house di kalangan calon pengunjung. Metode black box testing digunakan dalam pengujian ini untuk memastikan bahwa seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai kebutuhan.Website ini diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kegiatan promosi Zalikha Guest House dengan cara menampilkan informasi yang lengkap, menarik, dan mudah diakses oleh masyarakat luas. Melalui penyediaan media digital yang representatif, diharapkan pula akses informasi mengenai profil usaha, fasilitas yang tersedia, tarif, layanan, serta kontak yang dapat dihubungi menjadi lebih terbuka dan mudah dijangkau oleh calon pengunjung. Selain itu, website ini dirancang untuk mempermudah calon tamu dalam menemukan lokasi Zalikha Guest House melalui peta interaktif atau panduan lokasi yang jelas, sehingga dapat mendukung peningkatan jumlah kunjungan serta memperluas jangkauan pasar secara lebih efektif dan efisien.
