Abstract

Media sosial menjadi sarana komunikasi yang banyak digunakan, termasuk oleh anak di bawah umur. Namun, penggunaan media sosial yang tidak terkontrol berpotensi menimbulkan dampak negatif, seperti paparan konten perundungan dan kekerasan verbal digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak konten media sosial terhadap anak di bawah umur melalui klasifikasi komentar menggunakan algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM). Metode penelitian yang digunakan mengacu pada tahapan Knowledge Discovery in Database, meliputi seleksi data, preprocessing, transformasi, data mining, dan evaluasi. Dataset yang digunakan berasal dari Indonesia TikTok Cyberbullying Comments Dataset yang diperoleh melalui GitHub. Tahap preprocessing mencakup cleaning, labeling, case folding, dan tokenizing, sedangkan tahap transformasi dilakukan menggunakan metode TF-IDF untuk mengubah teks menjadi data numerik. Proses klasifikasi dilakukan dengan algoritma SVM dan dievaluasi menggunakan confusion matrix. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model SVM menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 64,65%, dengan nilai recall 87,02% dan precision 63,01%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa algoritma SVM mampu mengklasifikasikan komentar media sosial secara cukup efektif serta mengidentifikasi konten negatif yang berpotensi berdampak terhadap anak di bawah umur. Pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan sistem deteksi dini dalam upaya perlindungan anak di ruang digital.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi, pelatihan dan pengenalan software Microsoft Word serta Microsoft PowerPoint kepada siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 43 Kota Bengkulu sebagai upaya meningkatkan literasi digital sejak dini. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan selama 1 bulan yang dibagi menjadi 3 sesi pertemuan  dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan praktik langsung. Materi pelatihan difokuskan pada pengenalan fungsi dasar Microsoft Word dan Microsoft PowerPoint serta penerapannya dalam pembuatan dokumen dan slide presentasi sederhana. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah 24 siswa yang dibagi ke dalam beberapa kelompok kecil dan didampingi oleh mentor selama kegiatan praktik berlangsung. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui pemberian kuis di akhir pembelajaran untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang telah diberikan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa mampu memahami fungsi dasar Microsoft Word dan Microsoft PowerPoint serta dapat mengaplikasikannya secara sederhana. Siswa menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi selama kegiatan berlangsung dan mampu mengikuti instruksi dengan baik, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa siswa yang memerlukan pendampingan lanjutan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, kegiatan pelatihan ini dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan dasar siswa dalam penggunaan aplikasi pengolah kata dan presentasi. Rekomendasi dari kegiatan ini adalah perlunya pelatihan lanjutan dengan durasi yang lebih panjang serta integrasi penggunaan Microsoft Word dan Microsoft PowerPoint dalam kegiatan pembelajaran sehari-hari di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem absensi berbasis QR Code pada Balai Lingkungan Hidup Kota Tais Kabupaten Seluma guna mempermudah pencatatan kehadiran pegawai honorer. Permasalahan yang dihadapi instansi adalah masih digunakannya sistem absensi manual menggunakan buku besar yang kurang efisien, rentan terhadap kesalahan pencatatan, serta menyulitkan dalam proses rekapitulasi data sehingga penilaian kinerja pegawai menjadi kurang optimal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem absensi yang lebih efektif, akurat, dan mudah dikelola. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode prototype yang meliputi tahapan perencanaan, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pembuatan prototype, perbaikan, dan evaluasi. Sistem dikembangkan berbasis web dengan memanfaatkan teknologi QR Code sebagai media pencatatan kehadiran, di mana pegawai melakukan absensi dengan memindai QR Code yang digenerate oleh admin menggunakan perangkat yang tersedia, kemudian data absensi akan tersimpan secara otomatis dalam basis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem absensi berbasis QR Code dapat berjalan dengan baik, mempercepat proses absensi, mempermudah pengelolaan data kehadiran oleh admin, serta menghasilkan laporan absensi secara otomatis dalam bentuk tabel maupun grafik. Selain itu, penggunaan QR Code dengan masa berlaku tertentu dapat membantu mengurangi potensi kecurangan dalam proses absensi. Dengan demikian, sistem yang dirancang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan data kehadiran pegawai honorer di Balai Lingkungan Hidup Kota Tais Kabupaten Seluma.

Abstract

Corona virus infection iscalled COVID-19 (Corona Virus Disease 2019) and was first discovered in the city of Wuhan, China at the end of December 2019. This virus spreads very quickly and has spread to almost all countries, including Indonesia, in just a few months. This has made several countries implement policies to impose lockdowns in order to prevent the spread of the Corona virus. Various efforts were made to prevent the spread of the corona virus, including measuring body temperature and spraying disinfectants on humans and expedition goods. The problem that occurs is that disinfectant spraying is still done manually by officers. So it is necessary to have a disinfectant sprayer that works automatically. Disinfectant sprayer that works automatically when the infrared sensor detects items. This is also useful in preventing the spread of the corona virus. Makes it easier for officers to spray disinfectant, because it is automatic, no need to spray manually

Abstract

Every organization as well as the government really needs a computerized system that is accurate, fast, and efficient. Incompatibility of attendance data can be detrimental to employees, often there is a difference between the attendance listed in the attendance list book/record into the system, which is one of the factors that makes the original data and data that have been verified into a different system. Where using a smartphone GPS system can find out where the location of sub-district employees is, then it is equipped with a direct image capture system so as to reduce employee fraud. how to analyze the development of employee attendance administration information systems using the located based service method. The purpose of this study is to facilitate the attendance of sub-district employees by using the method located based service at the coordinates of attendance.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, advances in science and technology are developing very rapidly, especially in terms of decision making. The importance of making fast and accurate decisions is increasingly emphasized in the era of globalization due to the increasing uncertainty and complexity of problems. Therefore, a system that can assist in decision making is very important. In the school environment, the presence of problem students can be one of the factors that affect comfort in the teaching and learning process. Students who often make problems at school can disrupt the teaching and learning process in class. Therefore, teachers and school administrators, especially BK teachers, must immediately address this problem by providing guidance and direction to problem students. Because of the importance of identifying students with problems quickly and precisely, it is necessary to have an effective and accurate determination. However, currently at SMAN 05 Seluma, the process of determining problematic students still uses the manual method by using paper as a tool for data storage and processing. The weighted product (WP) method was chosen because it can provide results that are more accurate and easy to understand. In this method, each factor has a different weight depending on how it relates to student problems. A decision support system application has been produced that can perform calculations using the weighted product method in determining problem students. The application is WEB-based using the programming language PHP and MYSQL as the database.

Abstract

The use of information technology has become a key element in improving the quality of educational institutions. By utilizing information technology in improving the teaching and learning process, especially in managing student attendance. The attendance process carried out at SMAN 05 Seluma is still carried out manually which still has several weaknesses, including inefficient manual recording and the risk of data loss. So in this study, it will develop a solution in the form of a student attendance application system that uses QR code technology. The app aims to make attendance management easier by curriculum staff, allow teachers to record student attendance more efficiently, and allow parents to monitor their children's attendance. The main purpose of this application is to record the attendance of students, whether present, sick, or late, as well as generate daily attendance reports as a student guidance tool. The results of the development of this application provide significant benefits, such as assisting teachers and school staff in managing student attendance, reducing suspicion of students, producing useful attendance reports, as well as simplifying the student attendance process and becoming a relevant solution to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of the attendance process at SMAN 05 Seluma, so that it has the potential to improve the quality of education at the school. This research also refers to several related studies that have successfully implemented web-based attendance systems in other educational institutions

Abstract

System security is the most important aspect in an information system, weak system security increases the risk of attacks that can cause system damage. One of the attacks that often occurs is an attack on a web server, this is because the web server is connected to the internet network and is accessed by many users widely, so the risk of attack increases. For example, the New Student Admission web site of Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, which manages data on prospective new students who have registered themselves. So that a web server security system is needed to avoid potential attacks and to increase data security. One method of securing a web server is by using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL is often used to secure communication between client and server. The stages carried out in this study are scanning web servers that have not used SSL and those that have used SSL. This research aims to determine the security of web servers and anticipate various potential attacks on web servers.

Abstract

This study aimedd to build an application program that can aid plant experts provide knowlwdge in the form of an expert system.so it can be employed to treat diseases of the teeth. The system can forecast diseases.the method usedd was the expert system which is built using a certainty value called certainty factor. The resulting values can be utilized to infer the types of diseases and pests on the grapes. The results achieved from this study are the implementation of the Certainty Factor method in the diagnosis of dental disease. The conclusion of this study is to produce a website-based expert system that can help doctors diagnose dental diseases based on the symptoms caused.

Abstract

Inventory management is a crucial aspect in maintaining business operations. This article discusses the implementation of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method in inventory control of products using a web-based application. The EOQ method is employed to optimize the most efficient order quantity while considering ordering costs and holding costs. In this study, we emphasize the significance of proper inventory management in ensuring product availability. Distributors or companies require an accurate calculation system to determine the appropriate order quantity and timing. Errors in inventory management may lead to missed sales opportunities or detrimental excess inventory. The utilization of computer technology is pivotal in expediting and enhancing decision-making processes related to inventory. The EOQ method is systematically implemented through a web-based application to facilitate intelligent product inventory planning. This application enables the calculation of crucial parameters such as Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Reorder Point, and Total Costs. The findings of this research demonstrate that the implementation of the EOQ method in inventory management has positive effects in addressing stockouts and excess inventory issues. Furthermore, companies can reduce overall inventory costs by optimizing resource utilization. The web-based application with the EOQ method provides an effective solution for achieving efficiency and cost reduction in product inventory operations
