Islamic Education is an effort in the form of guidance and care for students so that after completing their education they can understand and practice the teachings of Islam and make it a way of life. The real purpose of this study is to find out the effect of using cooperative methods Assisted Individually Team (TAI) towards improving the learning achievement of Islamic religious studies for undergraduate students in Nursing School of health Bina Sehat PPNI Mojokerto. To realize this goal, more in-depth research is needed, namely by using quantitative methods with the type of quasi-experiment with the form of one group pre-test and post-test design. Background: Schizophrenia is part of a psychotic disorder characterized by a loss of understanding of reality and a loss of insight that can be found in symptoms of severe mental disorders such as hallucinations, delusions, chaotic behavior, and chaotic speech, as well as negative symptoms that cause social damage. Psychosocial interventions such as Social Skills Training (SST) is one of the efforts that can be given to schizophrenic patients with the aim of increasing patient socialization and communication skills so that patients are able to adapt to their environment. Research Objectives: To determine the effectiveness of computer-based and manual-based Social Skills Training (SST) on improving the socialization and social function of schizophrenic patients. Data Sources: Sources of data obtained from Pubmed, Sciencedirect, and Ebsco Inclusion Criteria: 1) research studies using the RCT approach, 2) studies in schizophrenic patients in the adolescent-adult age range (17 years-80 years), 3) studies with social therapy interventions, skills training combined social cognitive therapy therapy treatments, both as independent interventions or in combination with other interventions Appraisal studies and synthesis methods: Appraisal studies use the critical appraisal skills program (CASP), and the synthesis method uses PICO modifications. Results: Social skill training (SST) has a significant influence in overcoming the improvement of socialization and social functions Conclusions and Implications of Results: Social skill training (SST) provides a significant influence in improving socialization and social functions so that it can be applied as an effort to overcome social damage. ABSTRACT The role of health promotion media is very important in changing positive health behavior. Good health promotion media are those that see the level of community needs, while health promotion media in Jombang Regency are still centralized and not based on the needs of the local community. Regional language leaflets are expected to improve the knowledge and attitudes of mothers towards Clean and Healthy Life Behavior in the Household setting, especially on the exclusive ASI indicator. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of local language leaflet media on increasing knowledge and attitudes about Clean and Healthy Life Behavior of the household order exclusive breastfeeding in Jombang. This study uses quantitative methods, the type of research is queasy experimental with a non-equivalent control group design. This study also features qualitative techniques in the form of need assessment and pretesting for the development of leaflet media. Determination of the sample is done by purposive sampling technique, a sample of 60 thousand households consisting of 20 housewives in three districts in Jombang. The results showed that there were significant differences in knowledge (p value <0.001) and attitude (p value 0.001) between before and after treatment, where the increase in knowledge and attitudes in the treatment group using local language leaflets was higher compared to the treatment group with the media Indonesian language leaflets and groups without treatment (control). The suggestion in this study is that the use of regional languages Jawa language is not only on leaflet media, but also on other health promotion media in the form of print media. ABSTRACT Introduction: Oral hygiene is the act of maintaining or keeping the oral cavity clean and healthy to prevent caries, periodontal tissue diseases, and bad breath. Oral hygiene in patients affected by CVA is important because it can clean the dirt in the mouth. This study was to determine the relationship between the implementation of oral hygiene with the incidence of infection in the oral cavity in CVA patients in the flamboyant room of RSUD Lamongan in 2018. Method: The study design used was correlational analytic with the purposive sampling approach with data collection methods by means of observation and checklist, the sample of this study was 24 people affected by CVA. The sampling used in this study uses the technique of sampling, total sampling, the independent variable implementation of Oral Hygiene and the dependent variable on the occurrence of oral cavity infections to determine the relationship between variables using the Spearman rank statistical test. Results: Based on the results of the study showed that of the 24 respondents who had an infection of (45.8%) 11 respondents, and half of the respondents who did not have an infection of (54.2%) 13 respondents were measured using the Spearman rank statistical test obtained: 0.045 Conclusion: Efforts made to find out the problem, namely counseling, always add insight to the public who do not know about oral hygiene. Abstract Introduction: Attitude is the reaction or response of someone who is still closed to the stimulus or object. Sexually transmitted infections are diseases that can be transmitted from one person to another through sexual contact. Premarital adolescent sexual intercourse is sexual intercourse carried out by adolescents before marriage. This study is to understand the relationship of adolescents about sexually transmitted infections with premarital sex in the Independent Practice of the Jombang Regional Midwife in 2019. Method: The research method used is correlational analytic with cross sectional research, that is, research that requires measurement / observation time, variable, free and variable data, which is collected simultaneously at a certain time, so it does not need to be continued. The population of young women in the Independent Practice of the Jombang Regional Midwife is 92 people. The sample of this study was 75 people. Results: The results of this study are Adolescent attitudes about infectious infections more than half of 45 respondents (60%) with positive attitudes and attitudes about premarital sex more than half 45 respondents (62.7%) with positive attitudes. Conclusion: The results of the analysis using the Chi-Square statistical test, obtained the probability number (p) = 0,000 <(α = 0.05), then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a relationship with women about the protection of sexually transmitted sex with premarital sex in Independent Practice of the Jombang Regional Midwife in 2019. Efforts should be made to overcome the problems of open sharing or consultation of related issues or protected matters in the BK (Counseling Guidance) and also as midwives their knowledge of premarital sex should be increased Keywords: attitude, sexually transmitted infections, premarital sex

The development of an agency is the duty of a leader to make it happen. In this case the leader needs qualified subordinates or employees to realize this vision. Leaders must be able to influence their employees to be responsible for completing their work. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between leadership style and employee performance in Sidoarjo Dr Soekandar Hospital Mojosari Hospital. The design in this study was cross-sectional. This study's population were all employees of the Mojosaris hospital as many as 90 employees; the sampling technique was total sampling. The sample in this study is Mojosari hospital employees totaling 90 employees. The crosstabs test results using SPSS 25.0 showed that more dominant in using the strategic leadership style. Results can be seen that respondents with sufficient performance. The leadership style in the Moderate category was more than the leadership style in the high categories. 16 (57%) of respondents. Meanwhile, respondents with good performance. The high category's leadership style was far more than the leadership style in the medium category 47 (75%) of respondents. So it can be concluded that the better the leadership applied by the head of the hospital. The better the quality and quantity of employee performance at the hospital. In advancing the institution, cooperation between leaders and employees is needed. Leaders must be able to understand the character of employees and the conditions they face in order to create an effective leadership style. The implementation of an effective leadership style can improve the quality and quantity of employee performance.

Role play is a technique which involves fantasy or imagination to be someone else or to be ourselves in a specific situation for a while, improving dialogue and creating a real world in scenario. The aim of this study is to find out whether there is positive significant influence of using role play in teaching descriptive text on the students’ speaking ability or not. The pre-experimental quantitative design was usedso the data can be evaluated by using statistical analysis. The population of the study was the 3rd grade student of STIKes Bina Sehat PPNI Mojokerto. And the sample class was III-C class, consist of 43 students. To compute the data, the writer used pre-test and post-test one group design. The sample class was given pre-test before they got the treatment and the post-test after they got the treatment. Then, the result of the pre-test and post-test was analyzed by using the test formula.The result of the study showed that there was significance influence of using role play in teaching narrative text on the students’ speaking ability. The result of statistical analysis shows that the value of t-result is 22 > t-table significant level 1% is 2.704. It means that the result of the study is significant in which Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.From the analysis above, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of using role play on the students’ speaking ability.

Reading is an integral part of the entire learning process experienced by students while studying at school. Reading can increase vocabulary and knowledge of grammar and syntax. DRTA (Directed Reading Thinking Activity) is a technique that encourages students to make predictions while they are reading. The research was to describe the process reading skill understanding and improving, implementing reading strategy (DRTA) at 3rd grade students in the 5th semester of the Bachelor of Nursing study program STIKES Bina Sehat PPNI Mojokerto. The research method was Classroom Action Research (CAR) with one cycle. The result shows that The Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA) strategy can help students understand the contents of the reading. Students also find it easier to answer the questions posed according to the content of the reading and also easier to retell the contents of the reading they have read using their own language according to their understanding.

language skills are the main capital in writing skills. The writing ability of university students is the basic for language skills to the next level or level. The ability to use correct spelling is one of the important things in writing skills. The research design used a qualitative descriptive approach, because this study aims to describe the use of punctuation in writing explanatory texts for 2nd semester 4th grade students of the S1 Nursing Study Program, STIKES Bina Sehat PPNI Mojokerto. This study is intended to collect data, manage data, analyze data and present data objectively regarding the object of research, namely the use of punctuation in writing explanatory texts for level 2 semester 4 of the S1 Nursing Study Program, STIKES Bina Sehat PPNI Mojokerto. Based on the result The total number of punctuation errors as many as 207 out of 45 students writing explanatory texts shows that the intensity of punctuation errors is still high enough so that improvements and improvements are needed in the learning process.

The development of educational technology produces various educational concepts and practices that utilize media as a learning resource. Efforts to improve the quality of education have a variety of ways and in various components of education. To realize functions and achieve educational goals, improving the quality of learning in class is an important thing. The use of Articulate Studio in language teaching and learning is one of various ways as an alternative medium in the development of educational technology. Language classes only have activities once or twice a month that make students feel unable and the textbooks used there only provide limited practice for listening. To help teachers not only read listening scripts from books and use LCD, Audio, and Computer Laboratories available at school.
