Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of school principals in improving Islamic character through the morning tadarus program at SDN 1 Senduro. The leadership of the school principal is the main factor in creating superior competitive schools, through good educational programs. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods to collect data through interviews, direct observation, and necessary school documents. The research results show that a school principal who is effective in improving Islamic character through this program must have a strong commitment, good managerial skills and be able to build effective communication with teachers, students and parents. The morning tadarus program at SDN 1 Senduro has succeeded in increasing student awareness and understanding of the character of Islam. Students who actively participate show an increase in more Islamic behavior. Researchers also found obstacles such as a lack of time given, and many students were still indifferent to this program. In this way, the morning tadarus program at SDN 1 Senduro is felt to have succeeded in increasing students' awareness and understanding of the teachings of Islamic character values. And it is hoped that all students can become a generation of people who care about the character of Islam in their daily lives.

Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is a strategic instrument in creating a safe, healthy, and productive work environment, as well as a determining factor for organizational sustainability. This article aims to comprehensively examine the concept of OHS by highlighting the causes of workplace accidents, the associated risk factors, and the prevention strategies that can be applied across various sectors. The research method employed a systematic literature review with a mapping review approach, drawing on books and indexed scientific publications. The collected data were analyzed using content analysis and narrative synthesis techniques to provide a comprehensive overview of OHS issues.The findings reveal that workplace accidents generally occur due to the complex interaction between human factors, environmental conditions, and management systems. Basic factors such as fatigue, mental pressure, and limited knowledge create vulnerabilities that increase the likelihood of accidents. These conditions are further aggravated by unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, which are often overlooked or insufficiently addressed. Effective prevention strategies require synergy between individuals and organizations through continuous training, the cultivation of a safety culture, consistent supervision, and the proper use of personal protective equipment. Furthermore, managerial commitment to integrating OHS into organizational policies has been shown to contribute significantly to reducing workplace accidents and enhancing productivity.Thus, OHS should not only be regarded as a normative obligation but also as a strategic investment that protects workers, improves quality of life, and strengthens organizational competitiveness in the context of modern industrial dynamics.

Abstract

Teknologi dan informasi mengalami kemajuan jauh dari tahun-tahun sebelumnya, dan adanya website berdampak langsung kekehidupan masyarakat sehari-hari, salah satunya di bidang pemasaran. Persaingan antar usaha didunia pemasaran khususnya di bidang kecantikan dan kesehatan kulit berkembang pesat.(MaNadiyatul Hasanah, 2023). Jenis penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif Asosiatif Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh ulasan mahasiswa dan pengetahuan produk terhadap pembelian produk lokal implora di Universitas Negeri Medan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa universitas negeri medan yang membeli produk implora melalui marketplace dan offline store, dengan jumlah sempel yang diambil 44 responden.Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan e-kuesioner. Hasil dan kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh ulasan mahasiswa dan pengetahuan produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Implora pada mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Medan. Rekomendasi penelitian ini yaitu untuk owner produk implora agar memperhatikan Perceived Usefulnes (Manfaat yang dirasakan) pada produk implora terhadap costumer dengan cara menciptakan inovasi-inovasi terbaru disetiap item produk implora secara terus menerus
