Abstract

The ability of micro-business actors to develop their business has not been maximized due to limited knowledge and abilities so that the role of the government is needed to help develop micro-businesses. The research objective is to find out community empowerment through micro business development. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The targets in this study are micro-business actors engaged in the culinary field. The results showed that community empowerment through micro business development in Tawang District was carried out through the 5P stages, first, enabling starts with building the mindset of micro business actors about the potential that can be developed. Second, strengthening knowledge and skills is done by increasing training that is able to develop the potential of micro business actors including production technique training, processed food training, bakery training, and digital marketing training. Third, protection, namely by assisting the business legality process and halal certification of micro-business actors with easy requirements. Fourth, support, government support for micro business actors includes training support and capital assistance. Fifth, maintenance, routine training activities are carried out at least once a month, and monitoring and evaluation of the program to follow up on the shortcomings of these activities so that they can be improved. Community empowerment activities through micro business development have a significant impact on the increased income of micro business actors and increase the creativity of business actors in innovating products.

Abstract

One of Indonesia's current development sectors is climate change control. Program Kampung Iklim  was created, so that communities at the site level can carry out adaptation, mitigation, and institutional actions & sustainable support. Palasari hamlet is a ProKlim hamlet, but has low participation from the female population, so that achieving program sustainability is slightly hampered. The purpose of this study was to determine women's participation in the Program Kampung Iklim. The method used in this research is a case study with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that women's participation went through 4 stages, (1) women's participation in ProKlim planning, including response participation such as asking questions in socialization activities and participation of tools and materials. (2) Women's participation in the implementation of ProKlim, there is participation of support, there is also participation of expertise and labor. (3) Women's participation in the utilization of ProKlim results, there is an increase in knowledge because it is reflected in the skills in utilizing yard land to improve food security. (4) Women's participation in the evaluation of ProKlim, namely by giving opinions/responses when the activities/programs have been implemented. ProKlim is a series of processes using the principle of empowerment, with the aim of reducing greenhouse gas emissions to create prosperity.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of women's leadership perceptions on organizational culture at the Gabungan Organisasi Wanita in Tasikmalaya. The research method used is correlational with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique by taking the entire population, namely 46 people. The results of the hypothesis test show that the tcount value for the female leadership perception variable has a value of 2.523 > a ttablel value of 2.00324. Meanwhile, the probability value is 0.015 < alpha 0.05 or 5% so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The coefficient value for the independent variable is 0.355, which is positive for the dependent variable. This means that the higher the perception of women's leadership in an organization, the higher the level of organizational culture tends to be. Then the results of the R-Square determination analysis show that the perception of women's leadership has an influence of 12.6%. This means that the ability of the independent variable to explain variations in the dependent variable is very limited. Meanwhile, the correlation results show a value of 0.355, indicating that the perception of women's leadership and organizational culture has a low relationship. Thus, based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the perception of women's leadership has a positive influence on organizational culture.

Abstract

Partisipasi Masyarakat Dalam Pengelolaan Kebersihan Lingkungan Melalui Bank Sampah (Studi pada Bank Sampah Tugu Harapan di Keluruhan Tugujaya Kecamatan Cihideung Kota Tasikmalaya). Jurusan Pendidikan Masyarakat, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Siliwangi Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan kebersihan lingkungan melalui Bank Sampah Tugu Harapan di Kelurahan Tugujaya Kecamatan Cihideung Kota Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif Deskritif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan informan yang terdiri atas ketua bank sampah, pengurus bank sampah, serta masyarakat yang terlibat sebagai nasabah bank sampah. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan kebersihan lingkungan melalui Bank Sampah Tugu Harapan diwujudkan dalam beberapa bentuk, yaitu partisipasi dalam bentuk pikiran, tenaga, keahlian, barang, dan uang. Partisipasi dalam bentuk pikiran ditunjukkan melalui pemberian saran, keterlibatan dalam diskusi, serta penyebaran informasi kepada masyarakat lain. Partisipasi tenaga terlihat dari keterlibatan masyarakat dalam kegiatan pemilahan dan penyetoran sampah. Partisipasi keahlian tercermin dalam pengelolaan administrasi bank sampah, sedangkan partisipasi dalam bentuk barang diwujudkan melalui penyetoran sampah oleh masyarakat. Adapun partisipasi dalam bentuk uang dilakukan secara tidak langsung melalui hasil penjualan sampah yang dikelola oleh bank sampah. Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan kebersihan lingkungan melalui Bank Sampah Tugu Harapan tergolong cukup baik, namun masih perlu ditingkatkan, khususnya dalam pemerataan keterlibatan masyarakat, penambahan keahlian mendaur ulang sampah, dan penguatan kapasitas pengelolaan.
