Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana deskripsi tentang kenyamanan ruang pada Masjid Bahrul Ulum yang berada di Puspiptek, Kota Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kenyamanan ruang pada Masjid Bahrul Ulum yang dinilai berdasarkan persepsi pengguna dan pengelola. Indikator yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai sirkulasi, pengerangan, penghawaan, kebisingan, dan fasilitas masjid. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah, metode observasi, metode dokumentasi dan yang terakhir adalah metode kuantitatif yaitu menghimpun data-data menggunakan instrumen. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner/angket. Hasil dari penelitian tentang kenyamanan ruang Masjid Bahrul Ulum dengan persentase dikaji tiap indikator yakni; sirkulasi masjid menurut persepsi pengelola dan pengguna, penerangan masjid, penghawaan masjid, kebisingan masjid dan fasilitas masjid. Kesimpulannya adalah kenyaman ruang pada Masjid Bahrul Ulum menurut persepsi pengguna dan pengelola termasuk kategori nyaman, memiliki desain bangunan yang sesuai dengan teori tentang kenyamanan ruang.

Abstract

Kampung Tematik Budaya Betawi di Kota Depok merupakan perencanaan yang dilakukan sebagai bentuk Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat oleh dosen dari Program Studi Arsitektur, Teknik Sipil, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Industri, Agroteknologi dan Pariwisata. Kegiatan ini merupakan lanjutan dari kegiatan yang telah dilakukan yang telah menghasilkan sebuah desain untuk penataan kampung tematik. Penataan kampung tematik merupakan penataan dalam bentuk memperbaiki kondisi kawasan pada Gang Salamunah, Rangkapan Jaya, Pancoran Mas – Kota Bogor, yang akan direncanakan sebagai Kawasan wisata budaya di Kota Depok. Desain penataan kampung tematik budaya depok dengan membuat desain gapura sebagai pintu masuk menuju Kawasan kampung tematik berperan sebagai wayfinding, demi terciptanya kejelasan image kampung tematik itu sendiri. Dalam perancangan gapura, banyak menggunakan fitur budaya Betawi sebagai bagian dari simbol dan identitas yang mudah dikenali pengamat. Perencanaan desain DED dan RAB untuk pembangunan gapura pada akhir semester PTA 2023- 2024 telah selesai dihasilkan sebagai bentuk luaran pada kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM), dan pada awal tahun 2024 perencanaan gapura ini telah berhasil dibangun oleh pihak mitra dalam hal ini adalah Kumpulan Orang Orang Depok (KOOD) Berwibawa bekerjasama dengan Universitas Gunadarma.

Abstract

Rumah Budaya Betawi di Kota Depok memiliki peran penting dalam melestarikan budaya Betawi. Kumpulan Orang-Orang Depok Berbudaya (KOOD) mengadakan berbagai kegiatan, termasuk lokakarya, seminar, dan dukungan untuk Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk meningkatkan sumber daya masyarakat lokal sekaligus menjaga warisan budaya. Meskipun mayoritas penduduk setempat beragama Islam, saat ini tidak ada fasilitas ibadah khusus seperti mushola, sehingga pengunjung melaksanakan shalat di dalam rumah budaya. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk merancang fasilitas ibadah yang nyaman dan mendukung kegiatan di Rumah Budaya Betawi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu survei lapangan, wawancara, diskusi dengan pihak KOOD, serta analisis potensi, masalah, dan kapasitas untuk membangun mushola di kawasan tersebut. Mushola akan dibangun di atas empang yang ada, dengan mengintegrasikan konsep arsitektur Betawi dan menggunakan material sustainable seperti bambu dan kayu untuk mempertahankan nuansa alami.

Abstract

Bullying is still a common occurrence in educational settings. It can have a negative impact on students' mental health, and can affect students' academic performance. Factors causing bullying that occurs in the school environment are caused by family factors, school environment factors that are unfair to students, peer factors, social media factors that are used improperly. Bullying that occurs in schools is done individually or in groups, so that teachers can play a role in preventing bullying behavior in schools, therefore this research was conducted to find out the problems and factors that cause bullying cases in Ma'arif Junior High School in Bandung. The purpose of the study was to determine the role of PAI teachers in preventing bullying, and to describe the forms of bullying and to find out the efforts made by PAI teachers in preventing bullying in schools. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods through interviews, observation and documentation using Miles and Huberman data analysis, namely, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the pai teacher plays a role in preventing bullying by carrying out several roles at school including as a role model, as an initiator, as an evaluator and as a mentor in preventing bullying that occurs at Ma'arif Junior High School in Bandung City, among which the forms of bullying that occur at Ma'arif Junior High School in Bandung City are verbal, physical, relational bullying. The efforts made by PAI teachers in preventing bullying in schools by running several school programmes, namely the istighosah programme, habituation of dhuha prayer, kitab akhlaq lil banin, kitab ta'lim muta'lim and flag ceremonies.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of the 8P digital marketing mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People, Process, Physical Evidence, Productivity and Quality) on consumer purchase intention for Bvlgari luxury perfumes using binary logistic regression analysis. Data were collected via a Qualtrics survey from 88 respondents in Indonesia. The analysis revealed that among the 8P elements, Price, Public Figures (Promotion/People), and Product Collaboration significantly impacted purchase intention. Price and Public Figures had the strongest positive effects, increasing purchase likelihood by 3.8 and 4.8 times, respectively, aligning with theories of conspicuous consumption and aspirational influence. Conversely, Product Collaboration showed a significant negative effect, reducing purchase intention by 74%, suggesting potential brand dilution risks. Other elements, such as scent preferences and bottle design, were statistically insignificant. The logistic regression model achieved 68.2% overall accuracy, excelling in predicting intent-to-buy (91.7%) but underperforming for non-buyers (17.9%). These findings highlight the importance of premium pricing and influencer partnerships in luxury perfume marketing while cautioning against collaborations that may undermine brand exclusivity. The research provides actionable insights for Bvlgari to refine its digital strategy, emphasizing immersive, trust-driven experiences to offset the limitations of online sensory engagement.

Abstract

Objective: This literature review aims to analyze and synthesize findings from 21 scholarly journals on the integration of digital technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education to enhance 21st-century skills, such as critical thinking, collaboration, and digital literacy. Method: A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach was used to identify research issues, methodologies, and key outcomes from studies focusing on AI, digitalization, and student skill development. Results: The synthesis reveals that AI and digital technologies play a significant role in personalizing learning through adaptive systems and Deep Learning, improving Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS), including creativity and mathematical reasoning, and enabling holistic adaptive assessments encompassing cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. Novelty: The review emphasizes AI literacy as a fundamental skill and the need for teacher development in utilizing AI platforms. It concludes that the strategic integration of AI and digital technologies, supported by a constructivist framework and curriculum integration, is crucial in producing graduates prepared for the challenges of the 21st century and Society 5.0.

Abstract

Perkembangan konsep arsitektur berkelanjutan mendorong perancangan bangunan estetis sekaligus fungsional dan responsif terhadap isu iklim tropis serta efisiensi energi. Salah satu teknologi terkini yang mulai dieksplorasi adalah sistem ventilasi pasif berbasis Honeycomb Aircooler yang terinspirasi dari ventilasi alami tradisional. Penerapannya pada konteks bangunan pelayanan publik di Indonesia masih terbatas dan belum banyak dikaji secara mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi potensi penerapan sistem honeycomb pada fasad bangunan pelayanan publik, guna meningkatkan kenyamanan termal sekaligus mengurangi ketergantungan pada energi listrik. Metode penelitian meliputi eksperimen desain dan simulasi arsitektural pada fasad gedung Mako Polres Kota Depok, dengan mempertimbangkan orientasi matahari, pola sirkulasi udara, dan pemanfaatan material lokal sesuai prinsip green building. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa integrasi honeycomb facade mampu menurunkan suhu interior secara signifikan, memperbaiki ventilasi silang, dan mengurangi kebutuhan sistem pendingin aktif. Secara visual, elemen honeycomb menambah nilai estetika sekaligus memperkuat strategi desain pasif yang kontekstual dengan iklim tropis Indonesia. Temuan ini membuka peluang pengembangan lebih lanjut bagi konsep breathing architecture yang lebih adaptif, efisien, dan ramah lingkungan pada bangunan pelayanan publik masa depan.

Abstract

This research to identify and analyze urban consumer market segments based on their brand and lifestyle preferences by using the K-Means Clustering algorithm. Data processing is assisted by the application of Python 3. With high technology adoption, urban consumers exhibit strong reliance on digital platforms for convenience and efficiency, including e-commerce (Shopee, Tokopedia), digital payments (QRIS), and on-demand transport/delivery services (Grab/Gojek). Consumers within these segments highly value product quality, reflecting a smart and rational purchasing approach, driven by both essential needs and the desire for personal satisfaction. Despite showing significant preference for established, prestigious, and high-quality global brands (such as Adidas, Rolex, Gucci, Tag Heuer, Nike), there is also consistent strong support for local brands, indicating a balance between global appeal and an appreciation for domestic products or authentic values. An active and health-conscious lifestyle is also characteristic, with interests in sports, running, and travel. Furthermore, preferences for complex and luxurious fragrance aromas (Musky Powdery Floral, Floral Vanilla, Citrus Aromatic, Oud Woody Smoky) highlight refined tastes and attention to personal appearance. Social media activity also indicates that urban consumers are an easily reachable audience influenced by digital trends. The findings of this study reveal diverse consumer segments, each exhibiting distinct patterns in demographics, occupation, income, hobbies, and shopping behavior. The first cluster, "Urban Modern Local Woman," characterizes women aged 40-50 with S1 education who are both employees and entrepreneurs, primarily driven by an interest in promotions when shopping. The second cluster, "The Independent Aspiring Professionals Man & Woman," targets single individuals aged 20-40 with S1 education, enjoying reading and sports as hobbies, and making purchases based on need. Furthermore, "The Sporty Urban Ambitious Man" represents men aged 20-40 with S1 education, who are also both employees and entrepreneurs, with a passion for sports and purchasing items they genuinely like. The final two clusters focus on married middle-aged men: "The Urban Professional Mature Man also Well Educated Daddy" describes men aged 40-50 with S2 education, working as private sector employees, who value product quality and enjoy a wide range of hobbies including reading, sports, traveling, music, and arts. Meanwhile, "The Classy, Sporty and Tech-Savvy Dad" also comprises men aged 40-50, with S1 education and private sector employment, who share similar hobbies but tend to shop based on competitive pricing, while being highly active on social media and adopting modern technology

Abstract

Background: Stress at work is a common thing for us as humans. Stress is feedback that must be passed by humans in doing a job. Objective: This study aims to deeply understand the experience of work stress in office employees of various ages and positions. Methods: Using a grounded theory approach, this research uncovered the phenomenon of work stress from the subjective perspective of the employees. Seven participants from various backgrounds were involved in in-depth interviews conducted through Google Meet and recorded using Google Docs. Data analysis resulted in the finding that work stress in office employees is influenced by various factors. Through the grounded theory method, we found that there were 25 codes, 9 categories and 4 major themes with a total score of 31. From the data, we found that the major themes that contribute to causing work stress in employees are responsibility, environment, leadership and employee rights. Results: The findings of this study can be used to develop more effective intervention programs in reducing work stress and improving employee well-being. The findings contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of the experience of work stress in the context of office work in Indonesia. The implication of this research is the need for company management to better understand the factors that cause stress for their employees. Conclusion: This research is expected to make a significant contribution to the field of human resource management and occupational health.
