Abstract

Technology as a learning material will impact students impact in the future, in certain and details lesson material. Decission Support System teach how to solve the problems with algorythm methods application. One of them is ELimination Et Choix Traduisant la REalité (ELECTRE). ELECTRE is a complex methods with various stages in solving problems. ELECTRE is difficult to understand in convensional way. Furthermore, this research aimed to solve the problems by create experimental tool  called ELECTRE application.

Abstract

Fakultas Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi khususnya jurusan Teknologi Informasi setiap semester mengadakan seleksi asisten praktikum. Proses seleksi dan penentuan asisten praktikum yang dilakukan selama ini masih manual dan banyak mengalami kendala yang mengakibatkan asisten praktikum yang terpilih kurang sesuai dengan kriteria yang diharapkan. Sebagai gantinya akan dibangun sebuah  sistem pendukung keputusan seleksi asisten praktikum menggunakan metode profile matching. Proses profile matching adalah dengan membandingkan antara profil calon asisten dengan profil ideal asisten praktikum berdasarkan 2 aspek yaitu aspek akademik dan penilaian. Semakin kecil gap yang dihasilkan maka kesempatan untuk lolos semakin besar. Hasil dari proses ini berupa perangkingan peserta dari tiap matakuliah, dimana rangking ini dijadikan sebagai dasar rekomendasi dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan asisten praktikum. Sistem ini akan digunakan oleh kordinator asisten praktikum untuk membantu menyeleksi calon asisten praktikum dengan lebih tepat dan lebih cepat.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIA) untuk mahasiswa sangat diperlukan, begitu juga pada SIA Universitas Semarang (USM). SIA dibangun untuk memudahkanahasiswa dapat mengetahui informasi berkaitan dengan akademik dapat mengakses  pada alamat http://sia.usm.ac.id/. Informasi yang disampaikan SIA diantaranya informasi jadwal pengisian KRS, jadwal kuliah, dan kalender akademik. Dengan SIA mahasiswa dapat mengetahui informasi yang berkaitan dengan perkuliahan tanpa harus datang ke kampus. Namun evaluasi untuk SIA diperlukan sebagai peningkatan layanan, keamanan, kenyamanan, dan kecepatan yang dapat diperoleh dari layanan SIA.Evaluasi terhadap layanan SIA berbasis COBIT pada USM ini dikerjakan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada mahasiswa sebagai pengguna SIA. Hasil kuesioner ini diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS dan dianalisa dengan menggunakan parameter COBIT.

Abstract

Faculty of Information and  Communication Technology (FTIK) USM is one of the faculty are experiencing rapid development both of the number of students  and the amount of infrastructure. FTIK occupying the building M and Q as lectures and laboratory building for student. FTIK is growth oriented faculty of Information Technology, of the entire student FTIK and academic staff need internet access to support existing teaching and learning process. When the researchers were in building M and Q,  Our will compete for free internet access is provided USM because the bandwidth is allocated evenly to rent USM. The fact that there are today, when researchers were on the 2nd floor of building A, as home base for the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, researchers gain access  internet very easily. This is contrary to the conditions in the building M and Q, whereas the number of students in the Faculty of Agricultural Technology , not as much  as in FTIK.Based on the above problems, reserchers are interested to observe, analyze the access bandwidth at USM that occured during the period of active classes and the end of the course by means of internet access at USM monitoring using NDLC (Network Development Life Cycle) and will appear in the display MRTG.Objectives to be achieved by theresearcher is output obtained from a study that is able to provide inout to the wisdom of allocating bandwidth has been hired can be used optimally by the entire academic community USM.
