The purpose of this study was to describe the personality of prisoners in Bangkinang’s prison. The personality trait was assessed by Indonesian Big Five Inventory (BFI) that has been adapted by Ramdhani (2012) which consists of 44 items. Descriptive statistical analysis was used in this research. The result of this study shows that the highest mean score of personality trait is agreeableness (3.83) while neuroticsm has the lowest mean score (2.98). Based on the age range, all of the age range of the prisoner indicates that the most common trait is agreeableness (mean score 3.82 for 20-40 years old and 3.86 for 40-65 years old) while the lowest neuroticsm (mean score 3.00 for 20-40 years old and 2.98 for 40-65 years old). Analysis based on the type of offences shosw that the drugs and crime prisoners have agreeableness as the most trait (mean score 3.90 and 3.68) while the neuroticsm is the lowest (mean score 2.90 and 3.15).

The transition from adolescents to adult challenges is different from the challenges of life in the previous development process. Towards the age of 25, individuals face a new life such as work, marital status, and mindset. The quarter-life crisis is a phenomenon that is common in individuals aged 20-30 years old. The crisis of a quarter of a century, that's how the term counts with individuals who attend 25 years. The quarter-life crisis experiences’ by individuals grew up. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The subjects in this study consist of 236 adults in Pekanbaru who attended for 20-30 years. The retrieval of data in this study uses the quarter-life crisis scale. The results showed that the early adult individual quarter-life crisis in Pekanbaru reached 43.22%, increasing the high category of 27.97%. The results showed the fact that factors affecting the quarterly life crisis estimated as gender, status, and occupation. The conclusions of this study show that adults in Pekanbaru who spend a quarter of life issued by women, are single and do not have jobs.

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan minat peneliti terhadap besarnya risiko pekerjaan sebagai anggota Brigade Mobil Polisi yang memiliki sejumlah tuntutan dan cenderung menyebabkan stres pada pekerjaan dan bahkan menyebabkan banyak masalah internal. Banyaknya tuntutan pekerjaan mengharuskan anggota Brimob untuk lebih meningkatkan religiusitas seperti menyerah dan mendekatkan diri kepada Allah SWT untuk meminimalkan hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan skala likert sebagai alat ukur pengumpulan data penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota Brigade Mobil Polda Riau, dengan sampel 100 anggota anggota Brimob ditentukan dengan teknik sampling acak. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi moment moment dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar (0,289) dengan signifikan (p) sebesar (0,003) (p <0,05). Jadi ditarik kesimpulan hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima, dengan arti ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara religiusitas dengan stres kerja pada anggota Brimob Polda Riau

Abstract This study aims to know whether there is a relationship between compulsory prayer in time and academic procratination in students of the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Islam Riau. This is quantitative research that used the obligatory prayer and procrastination scale as an instrument for research data collection. The sample of this study was 89 psychology students in Universitas Islam Riau. The data was analyzed using Pearson product moment correlation analysis. The result of statistic analysis showed that the correlation coefficient value equal to -0.234 with a value of (p) 0.027 (p <0.05). These results indicated that there is a negative significant correlation between compulsory prayer and academic procrastination of psychology students of Universitas Islam Riau. The meaning is the higher obligatory prayer in time, the lower the academic procrastination. Keywords: Compulsory Prayer, Academic Procrastination, Religious Behavior Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara kedisiplinan melaksanakan shalat wajib dengan prokratinasi akademik pada mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Islam Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dimana alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala kedisiplinan melaksanakan shalat wajib dan skala prokrastinasi. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Islam Riau. Adapun sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 89 mahasiswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi Pearson product moment. Diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,234 dengan nilai (p) 0,027 (p < 0,05). Hasil ini menunjukkan terdapat korelasi negatif yang signifikan antara shalat wajib dengan prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa psikologi Universitas Islam Riau. Artinya, semakin tinggi kedisiplinan melaksanakan shalat wajib, maka semakin rendah prokratinasi akademik mahasiswa psikologi Universitas Islam Riau. Adapun sumbangan efektif kedisiplinan melaksanakan shalat wajib terhadap prokrastinasi akademik adalah sebesar 5,5%, sedangkan 94,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. The turnover intention issues are detected often occur in a company, especially on employees who have competent talent and good quality work. This can cause new problems for the company if not handled properly. This study intends to look at general and specific descriptions which include potential predictors of turnover intention in mining companies. This research is aimed to all employees at PT X which is a company engaged in the mining business in Jambi province with a minimum working period of 2 years. Researchers used qualitative research by using semi-structured interviews and had been conducted by researchers to see the causal phenomenon of high turnover in the company. The interview results had then been interpreted using semantic analysis. The stages in conducting this research began with making observations which were carried out online through internet searches and interviews as an initial assessment aimed at the HR department. Research subjects are determined based on research objectives. The researcher prepared an interview guide which was conducted in person or through a zoom meeting. After the data has been collected, the researcher conducts data analysis using thematic analysis, including; understanding data, Compiling code, looking for themes. Researchers will conduct discussions related to the results of interviews and surveys that have been conducted. The output of the research is in the form of research results that will be used to improve the management of PT X's human resources. This research has a limit that is produced up to TKT 2, namely the concept of research results. Burnout, compensation, family issues and company policies are the four main themes that stand out and become a prediction that has the potential to cause turnover in PT X employees. The company should have taken steps to overcome these problems. There are many solutions to overcome the four main problems, one of which is good communication between the company, HR, and the employees themselves so as to create a win-win solution.

The effectiveness of early intervention involving parents determines the success of services for children with autism. The study aims to deepen our understanding of how Muslim parents developed patience in educating, training, and teaching their autistic children. This study used phenomenology to explore the characteristics of patience in Muslim parents with autistic children in a low-income class. Respondents were four mothers who were actively caring for their children and registered with the Autism Service Center, a local autism service center in Riau Province. The findings showed the types of characteristics associated with patience. Parents with moderately autistic children are patient with self-control patterns. At the same time, the characteristics of patience in parents with severely autistic children are patience with patterns of grit, resilience, and hardiness. The overall characteristics of patience cannot be separated from the characteristics of voluntary patience, which come from the belief in Allah. The characteristics of patience contain an active patient characteristic.

Mahasiswa yang menempuh pendidikan di perguruan tinggi akan mengalami berbagai kesulitan seperti permasalahan ingin memiliki citra tubuh yang ideal dan sulitnya menemukan teman yang cocok atau mengalami kesepian. Salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan self acceptance adalah dengan adanya sifat sabar. Kesabaran memiliki pengaruh terhadap pengendalian diri serta pengendalian emosi yang dirasakan sehingga menjadikan mahasiswa dapat menerima dirinya dengan sepenuhnya tanpa syarat. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesabaran terhadap self acceptance pada mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Islam Riau. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 135 mahasiswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik incidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala 3-Factor Patience Scale terdiri dari 11 aitem untuk mengukur kesabaran. Self acceptance diukur menggunakan skala Berger’s self-acceptance scale yang terdiri dari 36 aitem. Data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software smartPLS 3.0. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan hasil bahwa kesabaran memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap self acceptance. Artinya, semakin tinggi kesabaran maka semakin tinggi pula self acceptance pada mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Islam Riau.

Stress is a condition of psychological and biological tension that exists in employees due to the large amount of work pressure, the result of stress will affect the health, emotions, thought processes and work productivity of employees. Based on previous research, one of the efforts to reduce work stress is to increase employee religiosity. Religiosity is a complex integrity between religious knowledge, feelings and religious actions in a person. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which religiosity influences the work stress. Data collection methods in this study used the religiosity scale and work stress scale. The population of this study are employees of PT. Surya Argolika Reksa with a total sample of 50 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique. After the data is collected, the data is analyzed using technical product moment analysis. Based on the results of this study it was found that there was a negative relationship between religiosity and work stress with a value (r) of -.512 and a significant value of 0.000 (P <0.01). The effective contribution of religiosity to employee work stress is 26.2%. This shows that the higher the religiosity values can reduce the work stress level of employee.
