Abstract

College are required to implement the learning process by making use of information and communication technologies, facing many obstacles that are not simple. The main problem that is often faced by the college is limited infrastructure, human resources and learning resources. While the lecturers is limited knowledge about the management of e-learning, and motivation of lecturers in the use of e-learning as a learning medium. This study aims to examine the use of e-learning by faculty as instructional media and its influence on motivation, performance and student learning outcomes in higher education. This research method with a questionnaire distributed to 100 students in e-learning users STMIK Sinar Nusantara. Questionnaire was tested with validity and reliability. Hypothesis is tested using linear regression techniques. The results showed the use of e-learning affect the motivation of learning, e-learning has a positive effect on student performance, motivation to learn a positive effect on learning outcomes, Readiness positive effect on learning outcomes, and e-learning has a positive effect on student learning outcomes.Keyword : e-learning, motivation of learning, readiness, student performance, student learning outcomes

Abstract

The purpose of this study to support the lecture with an alternative legal software, free lectures and support activities on campus, especially in the Laboratory of Information Engineering STMIK Sinar Nusantara. The analysis shows that the Sinar Nusantara STMIK Surakarta not fully utilize the software that supports open source and not many human resources that meet the IT business based in STMIK Sinar Nusantara opensource. In business it is intended for the implementation of cost savings this kind of technology, using open source software (Linux). To that end, the author makes a software supporting opensource based Laboratory Informatics legal and ready to use. Data collection methods include field studies and literature. This study uses a survey as a method of questionnaires distributed to respondents as a way to gather information about their experience in using open source software based. And for planning the use of software that runs on Linux, giving any alternative open source software that can be used and function is similar to the official software that is being used today. Author gives equal weight to 4 variables (free, userfriendly, stable and feature completeness) to conduct elections open source software that will be used.Keyword : STMIK Sinar Nusantara, software, open source, Linux

Abstract

Polanharjo SKPD District of Klaten regency is one government agency at any time hold a routine, of course, is in desperate need of data have accurate level, the relevance of a reliable and also has a timeliness that in getting some information that is fit for use. Abstract

Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi akhir akhir ini sangatlah pesat perkembangannya, hal ini didukung dengan semakin mudahnya manusia mengakses informasi melalui berbagai media. Media yang paling dominan adalah media digital, yang dalam hal internetlah salah satu yang faktor utama menunjang informasi secara digital.Kemudahan akses intenet sudah menembus ke berbagai lapisan masyarakat akan tetapi karena faktor biaya, kadang kadang masih ada masyarakat yang menganggap mahal. Abstract

Abstract - Along with the development of digital information technology, traveling from one place to another by considering the efficiency of time, cost and distance is very much needed. The shortest route information system will be a special consideration in making decisions to show the path that will be taken towards the desired destination. In general, the search for the shortest path can be divided into two methods, namely the conventional method and the heuristic method. Conventional methods tend to be easier to understand than heuristic methods, but when compared, the results obtained from heuristic methods are more varied and the calculation time required is shorter. Route determination of tourism objects in this research activity uses the ant colony algorithm. The results of this study were in the form of information systems for coastal tourism routes in the Pacitan region of East Java.Keywords: Tourist route, ant colony algorithm, heuristic Abstrak - Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi digital, perjalanan dari satu tempat ke tempat lain dengan mempertimbangkan efisiensi waktu, biaya dan jarak sangat dibutuhkan. Sistem informasi rute terpendek akan menjadi pertimbangan khusus dalam mengambil keputusan untuk menunjukkan jalur yang akan ditempuh menuju tujuan yang diinginkan. Secara umum, pencarian jalur terpendek dapat dibagi menjadi dua metode, yaitu metode konvensional dan metode heuristik. Metode konvensional cenderung lebih mudah dipahami daripada metode heuristik, tetapi bila dibandingkan, hasil yang diperoleh dari metode heuristik lebih bervariasi dan waktu perhitungan yang dibutuhkan lebih pendek. Penentuan rute objek wisata dalam kegiatan penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma koloni semut. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dalam bentuk sistem informasi untuk rute wisata pantai di wilayah Pacitan Jawa Timur.Kata Kunci: Rute wisata, algoritma koloni semut, heuristik

Abstract

Meningkatnya jumlah penduduk membuat kebutuhan akan makanan pokok akan selalu meningkat, terutama beras. Namun di sisi lain, dengan adanya jumlah lahan pertanian semakin menyempit akibatnya beralih fungsi lahan pertanian sebagai lahan non pertanian. Hal ini mengakibatkan produksi padi saat ini tidak mampu mengimbangi kebutuhan pangan di Indonesia. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi petani adalah lemahnya posisi tawar karena kurangnya akses pasar, informasi pasar, dan permodalan. Hal ini membuat petani tidak berdaya untuk menegosiasikan harga hasil panennya, sehingga petani menjual hasil panennya secara borongan kepada orang yang bermodal lebih, dimana dalam penetapan harga menjadi tidak menguntungkan bagi petani. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat suatu sistem yang dapat memberikan informasi perubahan harga gabah kering pada panen bulan berikutnya. Informasi ini akan dijadikan acuan untuk menentukan harga jual gabah kering, sehingga kerugian dapat dikurangi. Hasil perhitungan peramalan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Times Series pada bulan Juni dengan harga gabah Rp. 4544,39 per Kilogram dengan nilai MAPE 2,68% atau akurasi tinggi.

Abstract

Sukoharjo rice yields fluctuate every year. There is no system used for predicting rice yields in the Sukoharjo region, this results in a lack of information to increase rice production in Sukoharjo Regency.The purpose of this study is to apply the Cubic Nonlinear regression method to predict rice yields in Sukoharjo Regency, taking into account the influence of average rainfall on the prediction of rice yields.The design method uses Unified Model Language (UML), the application is designed with the vb net programming language and sql server database system, testing the functionality using the Black Box Test and testing the validity using MAPE. The calculated data is the 2016 data. The results of the study show predictions in 2017 have a MAPE of . This shows the prediction error rate of Based on the results of the functionality test, 100% of the applications function.

Abstract

Y2K Batik is an SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) engaged in batik. Y2K Batik produces and sells beach wear with various motifs. One of the important things in business is inventory of merchandise, inventory of merchandise is a factor in determining the success of a trading company to achieve its goals, because the goods sold affect the level of income to increase company profits. With these considerations, it is necessary to analyze the production of beach wear for the availability of merchandise in fulfilling customer orders. Based on the above background, the scope of the problem in this study is master data collection obtained from records of selling beach batik cloth periodically from time to time. By utilizing the existing data and applying certain methods, a sales forecasting prediction can be made using the Double exponential Smoothing method. From the results of calculations and testing of forecasting data on the Mandala Motif Beach Fabric variable with the most optimal value using = 0.9 of 2127 with an error value of 19.46% and an accuracy rate of 80.54% (Good). The Canting Motif Beach Wear variable with the most optimal value using = 0.9 of 3174 with an error value of 3.61% and an accuracy rate of 96.39% (Very Good). Double Exponential Smoothing is the most widely used method to determine the trend equation of the second smoothing data through a smoothing process. The programming language uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 and the DBMS uses Microsoft SQL Server 2012. The purpose of this research is to create a system that can simplify the process of analyzing the production of beach wear in order to meet the availability of goods ordered by customers

Abstract

Umbul Siblarak is a natural tourist destination with significant tourist potential. However, limited internet access hinders promotion, service delivery, and visitor data management. This community service initiative aims to expand WiFi network access in the Umbul Siblarak tourist area to support digital promotion, cashless transactions, and increase Regional Original Income (PAD). Implementation methods include site surveys, network topology design, device installation, system configuration, and manager training. Results show an 18% increase in visitor numbers within three months of installation, a 25% increase in digital transactions by MSMEs, and increased exposure of Umbul Siblarak on social media. This program significantly contributes to strengthening the local economy through the optimization of information technology.
