Abstract

Guna mengatasi kesulitan dalam berbelanja online, Shopee perlu meninjau pengaruh online consumer review, keamanan dan persepsi risiko terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen .Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis  pengaruh online consumer review, keamanan, dan persepsi risiko terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah kurang populernya situs online Shopee, jumlah pengunjung yang masih sedikit dibandingkan situs lainnya, dan berbagai masalah yang berkaitan dengan online consumer review, keamanan, dan persepsi risiko. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Pelita Indonesia Pekanbaru dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 95 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan uji t dan f untuk pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa variabel online consumer review, keamanan dan persepsi risiko mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online di Shopee. Abstract

The investment in information system brings significant impacts on the banking industry because it plays a pivotal role in providing better services and competitive edges. This study evaluated satisfaction level and benefit of the usage of the banking system which is m-Banking using the IS Success Model approach developed by DeLone and McLane in 2003. The population in this study was customers of one of the largest banks in Indonesia, namely Bank Central Asia (BCA) with a sample size of 200 customers. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS. The results showed that the IS Success Model consisting of system quality, information quality and service quality has a significant impact on customer satisfaction in using BCA m-Banking. This study also validates the research conducted by DeLone and McLean (2003) in developing the IS Success Model as a measure of the quality and key to the success of an information system.

Abstract

The increased level of competitiveness and Micro, Small, and Medium-Scale Business (MSME) performance in the hostel and culinary sector in Indonesia, especially in Pekanbaru, need more concerns since MSME is an important business sector to encourage the economy of a country and reduce the unemployment rate by creating job opportunities. In the technology era, the development of the intellectual capital concept suitable for MSME is needed due to the current competitive and disruptive business area. This study was conducted in 378 MSMEs in the hostel and culinary sector in Pekanbaru city. The data analysis technique in this study was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) assisted by AMOS. The result of this study showed that human capital influenced the financial performance and non-financial performance of MSME in the hostel and culinary sector in Pekanbaru City, while technology capital did not influence the non-financial performance of MSME in the hostel and culinary sector in Pekanbaru city. Customer capital influenced the financial and non-financial performances of MSME in the hostel and culinary sector in Pekanbaru city. Social capital influenced the financial and non-financial performances of MSME in the hostel and culinary sector in Pekanbaru city. Non-financial performance influenced the financial performance of MSME in the hostel and culinary sector in Pekanbaru city.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang kegiatan pelatihan penghitungan harga pokok produk (HPP) dengan metode job order costing pada WF Printing. Pelatihan ini dilakukan kepada karyawan WF Printing dengan sampel yang digunakan yaitu faktur berukuran ¼ folio dan 1/3 folio. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam menjalankan usahanya WF Printing belum melakukan penghitungan HPP secara tepat, sehingga berdampak terhadap harga jual dan profit yang didapatkan. Diharapkan, dengan adanya pelatihan ini pemilik usaha dapat menerapkan dan melakukan penghitungan HPP secara tepat.

Abstract

Informasi dapat diibaratkan sebagai darah yang mengalir di dalam tubuh manusia, seperti halnya informasi di dalam sebuah perusahaan yang sangat penting untuk mendukung kelangsungan perkembangannya, sehingga terdapat alasan bahwa informasi sangat dibutuhkan bagi sebuah perusahaan. Akibat bila kurang mendapatkan informasi, dalam waktu tertentu perusahaan akan mengalami ketidakmampuan mengontrol sumber daya, sehingga dalam mengambil keputusan-keputusan strategis sangat terganggu, yang pada akhirnya akan mengalami kekalahan dalam bersaing dengan lingkungan pesaingnya. Kegiatan perbaikan sistem pencatatan produksi dan penjualan ini di lakukan pada mitra UKM Cahaya Kemilau dimana sebelumnya Cahaya Kemilau memiliki keterbatasan dalam pengelolaan produksi dan keuangan. Semua pencatatan masih manual dan tidak terkontrol dengan baik oleh pemilik/manajer Cahaya Kemilau. Kegiatan yang menyediakan sistem Pencatatan Produksi dan Penjualan (keuangan) bagi UKM Tenun Songket Cahaya Kemilau yang disertai dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan pengelola untuk lebih peduli dalam menghasilkan manajemen produksi dan keuangan yang baik. Abstract

Cahaya Kemilau merupakan salah satu usaha kerajinan songket melayu yang memperoduksi beberapa jenis songket melayu Riau serta menyediakan bermacam souvenir khas Riau yang terbuat dari tenun. Tenun Songket Melayu merupakan produk unggulan daerah Provinsi Riau. Adapun masalah dari mitra Cahaya Kemilau ini meliputi : 1) Supplai bahan baku mitra yang selama ini masih terbatas dengan kualitas yang masih standar sehingga mengganggu aktivitas produksi, 2) kurangnya mesin produksi, alur kerja produksi dan sistem inventory yang masih lemah, 3) desain layout yang kurang bagus dan penataan ruang produksi yang tidak efisien dan serta proses kerja yang belum sesuai standar mutu (SKKNI), 4) jumlah produk yang dihasilkan masih kurang dalam memenuhi permintaan serta belum adanya jaminan kualitas produk dan HKI. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari perbaikan tata letak workshop produksi dan showroom penjualan, pelaksanaan pelatihan menenun dan sosialisasi pengelolaan produksi dan keuangan. Hasil pelaksanaan program ini juga menunjukkan peningkatan peroduksi, penjualan, kualitas pengelolaan, keterampilan, pengetahuan, motivasi dan kepuasan para peserta yang di tunjukkan dari hasil kuesioner yang diberikan kepada peserta sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Kata Kunci : Tenun, Melayu, Produk Unggulan Daerah

Abstract

Tourism promotion in Pekanbaru is one step in increasing the number of tourists visiting Pekanbaru City. Through tourism promotion, tourists will find out where the locations are in Pekanbaru and information related to these tourist objects. This research aims to design a tourism promotion system using near-field communication (NFC) smart posters using smartphones in the city of Pekanbaru and apply NFC technology to Android smartphones in the city of Pekanbaru. Promote tourism in the city of Pekanbaru. They were testing this application with the System Usability Score, which had a good score of 74.30. This study shows that the planning and modeling of the smart poster system using NFC technology makes it easier to identify important information for every tourism activity in Pekanbaru. The results of this study are the design and product of an intelligent poster using NFC on an Android smartphone that can help users achieve information so that it is more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Usaha mikro saat ini dirasa masih kesulitan dalam melakukan branding atau pencitraan pada produk atau jasa yang mereka hasilkan. Cahaya Kemilau merupakan salah satu UMKM yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi tenun songket melayu Riau sebagai bentuk kerajinan khas daerah. Untuk menciptakan suatu keunggulan kompetitif dalam hal branding, maka kegiatan ini dilaksanakan untuk menumbuhkan kemampuan dan skill tim rumah tenun Cahaya Kemilau dalam hal pembuatan desain tenun berbasis digital. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di rumah tenun Cahaya Kemilau pada Sabtu, 23 Juli 2022 dalam agenda pelatihan desain tenun menggunakan adobe illustrator. Pada kegiatan ini mitra juga diberikan pen tablet untuk membantu membuat desain gambar tenun menggunakan laptop/computer. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan mitra dapat meningkatkan lagi desain-desain tenun melayu yang lebih kreatif, unik dan berbeda dari pesaing. Abstract

technology, namely the use of e-Library as an online catalog facility to directly access collections of books, theses or other collections contained in the library. This research is based on the fact that users feel dissatisfied with the services provided by the e-Library, such as collections and collection information that do not meet user needs. The purpose of this study was to measure the level of satisfaction of e-Library users using the End User Computing Satisfaction method with five perspectives namely Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness. The Impotance Performance Analysis (IPA) method is used to determine which attributes are important to be improved and which need to be reduced to be interpreted in the form of a matrix. This study also calculates the value of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to determine the overall level of user satisfaction. The results of this study show that all attributes in terms of Importance are in a very important category, while the Performance attributes are in the satisfied category, namely the Content and Format variables. Variables with quite satisfied categories on Accuracy, Ease of Use and Timeliness variables. The results of the IPA matrix obtained 6 attributes with the most improvement in the Accuracy variable, the attribute with the most good performance in the Content variable. Overall, the CSI value is 60.34%, which means that users are quite satisfied with the performance provided by the e-Library

Abstract

The service sector is developing rapidly, one of such service sectors is internet provider. This study aims to determine the effect of personal selling and service quality on customer loyalty at PT. WanRiau IndoXP Pekanbaru. The samples of this study were 146 respondents who were customers of PT. WanRiau IndoXP. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression through t-test for testing the hypothesis. The conclusions that can be drawn from the results of research include: (1) Personal Selling has a significant effect on customer loyalty 2) Tangible has a significant influence on customer loyalty. The company must increase the number of facilities and provide employee training so that more leverage in working. (3) Reliability has a significant effect on customer loyalty (4) Responsiveness has a significant effect on customer loyalty (5) Emphaty has a significant influence on customer loyalty (6) Assurance based has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Customers feel comfortable when making transactions and interact in PT. Wanriau IndoXP (PERSERO) Pekanbaru.
