Abstract

Consumer loyalty is very important for a company, because the rewards of loyalty are long-term and cumulative, which means that the longer the consumer loyalty the greater the profit that can be obtained by the company from a consumer. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Service Quality and Trust on Consumer Loyalty at PT. Henson Alfa Gros Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all consumers of PT. Henson Alfa Gros is on Pekanbaru and has made transactions more than 2 times. The number of respondents in this study was 100 businesses. The data collection technique that was used is the questionnaire method. Questionnaire is a way of collecting data through a list of questions that the author has prepared aimed at respondents who will be sampled, while for data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F-test, t-test and coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that Trust has an effect on Consumer Loyalty and Service Quality has no effect on Consumer Loyalty at PT. Henson Alfa Gros Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Increasing number of population and limited employment causes a problem in Indonesia, namely unemployment. This has become the spotlight in various countries, as is the case with Indonesia. The aim of this research is for investigation the factors which have influence students’ interest at entrepreneurship. The models use planned behavior theory. Sampling was done by probability sampling technique with the simple random sampling. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires which are directly distributed to respondents. This research involves 100 students from STIE Pelita Indonesia. This research used regression with t- test and analysis model SPSS 19 computer program. The results show that attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavior control have influence and significant to intention entrepreneurship (at students of Pelita Indonesia).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation, organizational culture on job satisfaction and teacher performance at the Taruna Andalan School of the Kerinci Citra Kasih Foundation. The population of this study were all teachers at the Taruna Andalan School as many as 85 people. While the sample technique used is the saturated sample technique. Where this technique all members of the population are sampled. Based on the sampling technique, the sample of this study was set at 85 samples. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and PLS structural equation model (SEM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadership style, work motivation, organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on teacher job satisfaction. Leadership style, job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on performance. Meanwhile, work motivation and organizational culture are not significant on performance. The results of the intervening research are very interesting to study further because the variables that have an influence tend to be related to the characteristics of the teachers at the Taruna Andalan School. Leadership style, work motivation and organizational culture have no significant effect on teacher performance. For further researchers, it is expected to replace other variables if they want to examine the same object.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan guna memberikan bantuan pada investor pemula ataupun investor yang telah berinvestasi dalam pengambilan keputusan berinvestasi dalam pasar modal dengan melakukan analisis efek rasio keuangan suatu perusahaan pada harga saham yang terkait. Ketika menganalisis, terdapat beragam rasio keuangan dengan peran yang berbeda-beda yang dapat diterapkan. Pada penelitian ini rasio yang digunakan, diantaranya yakni Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR) menjadi variabel independen serta harga saham menjadi variabel dependen. Sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling pada total sampel yang didapatkan 10 perusahaan dari total populasi sebanyak 16 perusahaan di sektor institusi keuangan yang terdaftar BEI pada rentang tahun 2018-2022. Dalam pengujian hipotesis yang diaplikasikan yakni menganalisis regresi linear berganda, uji t serta uji F. Maka diperoleh hasil yakni secara simultan (bersamaan) ROA, DER, dan CR yang merupakan variabel bebas memengaruhi harga saham pada sektor institusi keuangan yang tercatat di BEI dengan rentang tahun 2018-2022 yang menjadi variabel dependen. Selain itu, adapun hasil uji hipotesis parsial pada riset ini diperoleh hasil bahwasannya secara parsial ROA memengaruhi harga saham dalam sektor institusi keuangan yang terdaftar pada BEI tahun 2018-2022, sedangkan DER tidak memengaruhi harga saham di sektor institusi keuangan yang tercatat pada BEI tahun 2018-2022 dan CR memiliki pengaruh pada harga saham di sektor institusi keuangan yang tercatat di BEI  periode 2018-2022.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and trust on customer satisfaction and loyalty at PT. Agung Toyota Harapan Raya Pekanbaru. This research is a quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The populations in this study were customers who bought a car and used regular service at PT. Agung Toyota Harapan Raya with a total of 1,478 people. The sample calculation technique used the slovin formula, so the number of samples in this study was 100 people. The sample selection method in this study used the incidental technique, namely the determination of the sample based on chance. The data analysis deployed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) utilizing SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction, trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, trust has a positive but not significant effect on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The level of competition in the business world is already considered very tight in Indonesia because every business tries to attract market share in order to retain consumers and attract new consumers. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out various efforts through market strategies in order to win the competition and ultimately achieve business objectives. One aspect of taking part in a change is the public's demand for loyalty. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Relationship Marketing, Store Image, and product completeness on consumer loyalty through Trust as a variable intervening in the Pakning Jaya trading business. The number of respondents used in this research is 100 respondents who shop at Pakning Jaya trading business. The research analysis technique used in this research is Accidental Sampling analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression with the help of PLS software. From the tests that have been done, it can be seen that Relationship Marketing, Store Image, and product completeness have affected customer loyalty to consumers of Pakning Jaya's trading business.

Abstract

A phenomenon that is currently widely discussed is the massive growth of digital creators who are actively sharing unique and popular da'wah concepts, primarily through Islamic animation. The objective of this study is to explore and analyze Islamic animated content on social media and identify the recurring themes found in these contents. The research team collected data by utilizing advanced search features and relevant keywords to locate content that met the specified criteria. Between June 2022 and June 2023, the research team evaluated a total of 5,000 pieces of content sourced from various virtual communities on Indonesia's prominent social media platforms, namely Instagram and YouTube. The first two rounds of evaluation focused on identifying qualitatively significant themes, while rounds 3 to 4 expanded on the initial findings for each social media platform. Employing the Netnography method for analysis, four distinct themes emerged from all Islamic animated content on social media: "Ustadz in Animation," "Life Advice," "Stories of Prophets and Apostles," and "Indonesian Muslim Children."

Abstract

Digital technology is currently highly developed in all fields. The development of this technology certainly has a big impact on the world of business and industry. This study tries to prove the effect of instrument readiness in developing technopreneurship abilities in students. The readiness instrument variables used are Capital Thourgh, Information and Social Network. The study was conducted on 150 students who have technology-based businesses (technopreneurs) as samples. The data analysis technique used is the structural equation model with the help of Smart PLS. The results showed that Capital Through did not have a significant effect on technopreneurship, but Information and Social Networks had a positive influence on technopreneurship. In addition, the Social Network is able to encourage a technopreneur to make it easier to obtain information related to business development.

Abstract

Mobil Banking Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) merupakan fasilitas mobile banking yang di tawarkan oleh Bank Syariah Indonesia bagi kemudahan untuk transaksi keuangan para nasabahnya. BSI Mobile memiliki akses rekening tabungan nasabah sehingga dapat digunakan untuk melakukan berbagai transaksi secara online seperti cek saldo, cek mutasi, transfer, pembayaran listrik, pembayaran pajak, isi pulsa dan transaksi keuangan lainnya. Tujuan kegiatan PKM ini untuk mensosialisasikan penggunan mobile banking yang di sediakan oleh Bank syariah Indonesia kepada para guru-guru yang ada di Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran Hafizh Hafihoh Pekanbaru yang berlokasi di Jl. Lintas Timur Km 13, Gang Anggrek IV, Kelurahan Kulim, Kecamatan Tenayan Raya, Kota Pekanbaru, Riau. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan para guru-guru di TPQ Hafiz Hafizhah Pekanbaru tentang aplikasi mobile banking bank syariah Indonesia, para guru-guru akan terbantu dan lebih aman dalam melakukan transaksi keuangan melalui aplikasi mobile banking bank syariah Indonesia tersebut tanpa harus datang langsung ke kantor bank syariah Indonesia yang terdekat.

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to determine the effect of motivation, job satisfaction, work environment and compensation on turnover intension. Sampel used in this research is 42 employees who work PT Desali Mitra Sejahtera Pekanbaru. Sampling method used is sensus. Methods of data analysis is multiple linear regression with SPSS. Independent variable is motivation, job satisfaction, work environment and compensation. The dependent variable is the turnover intension. This research adduce that motivation, job satisfaction, and compensation has negative effect, which work environment has no effect on turnover intension.
