Abstract

Research on student confidence has been done a lot, but the focus in the field of personal learning models has not been found. This study aimed to determine the strengthening of personal learning models in developing student self-confidence. A total of 688 students were recruited as research samples using questionnaires as data collection techniques, and analyzed using simple linear regression. This research found that personal learning models can significantly develop students' self-confidence in Islamic Religious Education subjects. The personal learning model used by the teacher is quite strong in overcoming students' self-confidence in learning Islamic religious education. Predictable, if the personal learning model is maximally applied by Islamic religious education teachers in learning, to be "strong" for increase the self-confidence of students in learning Islamic religious education. This study concludes that the teacher's personal learning model can develop students' self-confidence in learning Islamic religious education. The findings of this study develop students' self-confidence theories by applying personal learning models in teacher education activities. In addition, opening a discussion room is very intense for other researchers in developing the self-confidence of students in the learning of Islamic education in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the efforts of madrasah teachers to internalize Islamic values in developing students' actual morals. Using case study research by conducting in-depth interviews with 8 madrasah tsanawiyah teachers and analyzing them with data cleaning, transcripts, coding and categorization, and interpretation. This research resulted in: First, duha sunnah and fardhu prayer in congregation, and get used to respect the teacher, to manage the syahwiya power of students, resulting in "iffah" which gave birth to the morals of jud, syakha', qana'ah, amanah, zuhud, rahmah, hilm, and al-afwu. Second, get used to dzikrullah, and accustom shiyam sunnah, to curb the hammiya power of students, resulting syaja'ah, ‘adalah, ihsan, insyaf, rahmah, and hilm. Third, get used to muhadharah activities, and Islamic integrative learning, to educate students' powers of mufakkara, thus giving birth to wisdom and fathanah behavior. It can be concluded that the internalization of Islamic values in developing students' actual morals is duha sunnah and fardhu prayer in congregation, get used to respect the teacher, get used to dzikrullah, accustom shiyam sunnah, muhadharah activity, and Islamic integrative learning, to curb the spiritual power of shahwiya, manage power of hammiya, and educating students powers of mufakkara, thus giving birth to the behavior of' iffah, jud, syakha', qana'ah, amanah, zuhud, rahmah, hilm, al-afwu, syaja'ah, 'adalah, ihsan, insyaf, mujahadah, sabr, wisdom, and fathanah. The results of this study have implications for the theory of "Islamic moral development" which can be applied to all madrasah education in Indonesia and the Islamic world.

Abstract

Seiring dengan berkembangnya zaman yang begitu pesat, salah satunya dibidang teknologi dan informasi. Maka dirasa perlu oleh guru PAI memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi tersebut seperti pemakaian media pembelajaran audiovisual. Metode ceramah yang selama ini menjadi favorit guru dalam menyampaikan pelajaran, bisa di variasikan dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran audiovisual seperti, menampilkan video, slide, gambar, suara, dan tulisan. Hal ini dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa terhadap pelajaran PAI. Sehubungan dengan demikian penulis ingin mengadakan penelitian tentang Bagaimana Penerapan Metode Ceramah Dangan Media Audiovisual Dengan Tujuan Untuk Meningkatkan Minat Belajar PAI Siswa Kelas XI IPA 3 SMAN 3 Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Yang bertindak sebagai subjek adalah guru dan siswa kelas XI IPA 3 SMAN 3 Pekanbaru dan yang menjadi objek adalah metode ceramah dengan media audiovisual untuk meningkatkan minat belajar PAI. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan angkat minat siswa terhadap PAI. Sebagai observer adalah peneliti berkerjasama dengan guru PAI. Berdasarkan data observasi dan angket disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Metode Ceramah Dengan Media Audiovisual Kelas XI IPA 3 SMAN 3 Pekanbaru dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa terhadap PAI dengan persentase pada prasiklus 54%, pada siklus I yaitu 59,38%, dan pada siklus II yaitu 80,21%. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan menulis akademik mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Universitas Islam Riau. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh metode inkuiri terhadap keterampilan menulis akademik mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Universitas Islam Riau. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 371 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan teknik analisis data menggunakan one way anova (uji anova satu jalur). Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan keterampilan menulis akademik mahasiswa berdasarkan jenjang kelas dan pekerjaan orang tua. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada teori keterampilan menulis akademik di Perguruan Tinggi Islam. Kata Kunci: Metode Inkuiri, Keterampilan Menulis Akademik, dan Mahasiswa

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh terdapatnya beberapa orang tua/wali murid yang merasa kesulitan dalam mengajar anak di rumah pada masa pandemi covid-19 di lingkungan Desa Sendayan Kecamatan Kampar Utara. Diantaranya terdapat orang tua yang tidak mengerti menggunakan smartphone, buta huruf, dan terkendala oleh jaringn Internet. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Problematika Orang Tua Dalam Mengajar Anak Di Rumah Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Desa Sendayan Kecamatan Kampar Utara. Pendekatan yang digunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan penelitian kualitatif. Informan utama adalah orang tua/wali murid kelas VIII SMP Negeri 01 Kampar yang bertempat tinggal di Desa Sendayan Kecamatan Kampar Utara dan informan pendukung adalah Kepala Desa Sendayan Kecamatan Kampar Utara. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian Kualitatif adalah pembersihan data, transkrip, koding, kategorisasi dan interpretasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat adanya beberapa Problematika Orang Tua Dalam Mengajar Anak Di Rumah Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di Desa Sendayan Kecamatan Kampar Utara sebagai berikut : Orang Tua Tidak Memahami Tentang Konsep Mengajar, Orang Tua Tidak Mengerti Menggunakan Smartphone, Akses Internet Tidak Stabil, Sulit Memotivasi Anak Untuk Belajar, Kuota Internet Yang Mahal, Pekerjaan Yang Padat Membuat Orang Tua Kesulitan Membagi Waktu Belajar Dengan Anak, Kurangnya Minat Belajar Anak

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out if the application of cooperative learning method Type Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) can improve student learning outcomes in Islamic Education subjects in grade IV SDN 012 Kualu Mining District Kampar Regency. This research is a Class Action Research (PTK). The subject of this study was a grade 4 student at SDN 012 Kualu. Data collection in this study uses student learning results test. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis techniques, which are performed as many as two cycles consisting of six meetings and two Block exams. The result of the research obtained from the absorbency of students in the final test was 76.12% (good category) and the completion of students' learning in the final test was 77.16% which means that classical learning has been completed. In conclusion, the application of cooperative learning method student team achievement division (STAD) can improve the learning outcomes of grade 4 students at SDN 012 Kualu, Kampar Mining District. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between good manners and the learning creativity of students in the field of Islamic Religious Education at SMA Negeri 3 Teluk Meranti. The relationship between good manners and students' learning creativity is to develop students' creative thinking actively and systematically and to get verbal responses from students so that they can foster learning creativity and new knowledge in the learning process. So that with the existence of good manners in students, they will increase their creativity and become active. However, based on a preliminary study that the author conducted on students of SMAN 3 Teluk Meranti. In daily activities there are still students who do not show their creativity so that students do not play an active role in speaking and some do not dare to express their opinions. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between good manners and the learning creativity of students in the field of Islamic Religious Education Studies at SMAN 3 Teluk Meranti. This type of research is correlational, population and sample are 75 students, data collection techniques are questionnaires and documentation, person correlation data analysis techniques. The results of research on the relationship of good manners with learning creativity can be seen from the product moment correlation analysis, meaning that there is a relationship between good manners and the learning creativity of students. And the relationship level is 0.946. The conclusion of this study is that there is a very strong relationship between good manners and student learning creativity in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMAN 3 Teluk Meranti.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of locus of control and organizational culture on improving job satisfaction and performance of MTsN teachers in Pekanbaru. The population in this study were MTsN teachers in Pekanbaru and the total sample used was 111 teachers. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with PLS. The results showed that Locus of control had a significant positive effect on teacher satisfaction and performance, while organizational culture only had a significant positive effect on increasing teacher satisfaction but not on teacher performance. Abstract

With the increasing speed of information flow due to globalization, the role of information technology is vital and very decisive for an educational institution in increasing its ability to face competition and be able to provide satisfactory services for students. The object of this research is the users of the university's academic information system, namely all active students of TA Geap 2017-2018 with a sample of 450 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Amos. The results of the study show that improving the quality of academic information systems will be able to increase student satisfaction but not necessarily be able to increase student loyalty directly. However, indirectly through satisfaction, the quality of the system can increase user / student loyalty. Improvement and improvement of academic information also through this research directly and indirectly can have an impact on increasing student satisfaction and loyalty. Good service quality in a college is a very important assessment in increasing student satisfaction and loyalty. Keywords: Information Technology, Satisfaction, Loyalty

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan public speaking guru dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMPIT Al Fikri Islamic Green School Pekanbaru. Adappun perumusan masalah penelitian yaitu bagaimana kemampuan public speaking guru dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMPIT Al Fikri Islamic Green School Pekanbaru. Objek penelitian ini adalah kemampuan public speaking guru dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, keabsahan data. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan public speaking sangat berpengaruh terhadap semangat dan antusias peserta didik dalam memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh guru. Guru menggunakan kemampuannya dengan baik, khususnya pada kemampuan public speaking untuk mempengaruhi peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran PAI. Kata Kunci : Public Speaking, Guru, Pendidikan Agama Islam.
