This study aims to find out how fiscal independence and economic development in the province of West Sumatra can affect regional development in the province of West Sumatra, by testing the effect of economic growth, poverty rates and unemployment rates on fiscal independence in the province of West Sumatra in 2011-2020. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. This study uses an analytical model of multiple regression analysis techniques. The data used in this study is secondary data with the nature of time series data from 2011-2020 obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The results of this study indicate that: the economic growth variable has a significant effect on fiscal independence, and the unemployment rate variable also has an effect on fiscal independence in the province of West Sumatra, while the poverty rate variable has a negative and insignificant effect on the fiscal independence of the province of West Sumatra

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy, organizational activity, family environment and locus of control on the work readiness of Padang State University students during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research was an associative descriptive study with a population of 100 Padang State University students. The sampling technique is proportional random sampling with a sample of 100 students. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires. To ensure the questionnaire used in this study, validity and reliability tests were used. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with the help of SPSS 24. Before performing the data analysis technique, the classical assumption test is carried out using the normality test and homogeneity test. The results of the research on sub structure 1 show that the variables of self-efficacy, organizational activity and family environment have a positive and significant effect on the locus of control of Padang State University students. And the results of research in sub structure 2 show that the variables of self-efficacy and locus of control have a positive and significant effect on work readiness of Padang State University students while the variables of organizational activity and family environment are not proven to have a significant effect on work readiness of Padang State University students. The aims of this research is to investigate the influence of Adversity Quotient and Personal Attitude on Entrepreneurship Interest in Economics Education students. This study's population consisted of 216 students enrolled in Economics Education at Padang State University's Faculty of Economics in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. This study employed Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling as its sampling method. The data used are both primary and secondary. The data gathering tool used is a questionnaire. Descriptive analysis, analysis precondition test, multiple regression, T test, F test, and determinant coefficient were employed in data analysis. The sesult of this research is student's interest in entrepreneurship will be high if student has a positive view of what they are doing, this view will lead someone to be able to maintain or continue his interest in entrepreneurship.

Era revolusi industri 4.0 yang ditandai dengan lahirnya teknologi digital dan internet, pengguaan teknologi digital merambah ke keseluruhan aspek kehidupan termasuk pada bidang pendidikan. Guru dituntut untuk dapat memahami dan menggunakan teknologi, terlebih lagi siswa saat ini merupakan generasi Z yang sejak kecil telah mengenal teknologi dan tidak dapat terpisahkan dari teknologi. Penggunaan teknologi dalam proses pembelajara salah satunya pada media pembelajaran, sehingga kemampuan guru dalam mengambangkan media pembelajaran berbasis digital learning harus terus ditingkatkan. Oleh karena itu guru membutuhkan pelatihan dalam menggunakan aplikasi-aplikasi media pembelajaran berbasis digita. Dengan adanya pelatihan diharapkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan dan mendesain media pembelajaran berbasis digital akan meningkat sehingga media pembelajaran lebih sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan salah satu wujud pemberdayaan keluarga lanjut usia di Desa Air Tawar Barat Padang. Pemberdayaan ini bertujuan agar lanjut usia dapat terus menjalankan fungsi sosialnya dan berperan aktif secara alamiah dalam kehidupan sosial. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga dapat memberikan dampak ekonomi bagi keluarga lanjut usia. Dengan melibatkan lansia dalam pelestarian lingkungan melalui penanaman dapur umum dan apotek hidup, keluarga lansia dapat menghasilkan tanaman obat, rempah-rempah dan sayur mayur yang berharga. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pengetahuan kepada keluarga lansia tentang tanaman yang bisa ditanam di pekarangan, baik langsung di tanah maupun menggunakan pollybag. Keluarga lansia dipandu untuk melakukan praktek penanaman langsung, kemudian mengunjungi rumah keluarga lansia untuk melihat pertumbuhan tanaman, kemudian mendiskusikan apakah terdapat kesulitan dalam proses pembibitan, penanaman dan pemeliharaan tanaman sebagai proses evaluasi program ini.

This study aims to analyze and find out; The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the number of poor households in Nagari Kurai Taji, Padang Pariaman Regency. This study used qualitative research methods. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique with the number of informants as many as 21 people. The results of this study conclude that the impacts caused by the Covid-19 pandemic on the number of poor households in Nagari Kurai Taji, Padang Pariaman Regency, are: (1). Reduced income from the main household work, (2). Reduced assistance for household needs that are usually borne by children, (3). The difficulty of finding another job after losing the main job, (4). There is a decrease in the average household expenditure, (5). There is a change in the pattern of household consumption. The results of the research are expected to contribute to the policy makers as an effort to overcome poverty, and can be used as a reference for students or interested parties for further research materials.

The objective of this research is to rephrase the goals of the study as follows:1) The Effect of school environment to the discipline of learning of SMP Negeri 1 Banuhampu, 2) The Effect of Self Awareness to the discipline of learning of SMP Negeri 1 Banuhampu, 3) The curiosity in Learning to the discipline of learning of SMP Negeri 1 Banuhampu. This study employs a quantitative approach using the descriptive methodology. The all of students at SMP Negeri 1 Banuhampu constituted the study's population. This study's sample comprised students belonging to the VII and IX grades. In this study, a purposive sampling method was employed for sample selection. The method utilized for analyzing the data involved multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research instrument used a Questionnaire instrument with a Likert Scale. Derived from the study's outcomes, it shows that the school environment, self-awareness and interest in learning simultaneously affect the learning discipline of students at SMP Negeri 1 Banuhampu.

This article reveals Entrepreneurial Intention in igeneration. In this paper, entrepreneurial attitude is an intervening variable between entrepreneurial education and relational support towards entrepreneurial intention. The survey method used in the research uses Amos-based SEM (structural Equation Modeling). Economic education students in Pekanbaru were a sample of 276 people. The results of this research reveal that entrepreneurial attitude is a variable that can strengthen the influence of entrepreneurship education and relational support on entrepreneurial intention. So these variables have a significant influence on students' entrepreneurial intention.

Abstrak Nagari Talang Babungo adalah sebuah desa di Kecamatan Hiliran Gumanti, Kabupaten Solok, Sumatera Barat. Nagari Talang Babungo merupakan nagari yang memiliki bentang alam pertanian dan hutan yang memilki potensi wisata nagari. Selain potensi wisata, Nagari Talang Babungo memiliki produksi kain ecoprint yang merupakan manifestasi dari keindahan Nagari Talang Babungo ke kanvas dalam bentuk kain. Pengembangan Batik Ecoprint merupakan program pengembangan nagari yang di paparkan pada RPJM Nagari Talang Babungo tahun 2021-2026 sebagai potensi nagari yang dikelola melalui Badan Usaha Milik Nagari (BUMNag)Talang Sarumpun dengan menawarkan konsep berbasis pada isu lingkungan dan ekonomi berkelanjutan. Namun demikian, masih banyak permasalah yang ditemui, seperti permasalahan pada proses produksi, pemasaran produk, dan manajemen keuangan. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini, dilakukan Pelatihan Inovasi Desain Kain Ecoprint Talang Sarumpun. Hal ini dikarenakan motif batik dari bahan baku yang berasal dari alam bisa menjadi kelemahan karena membuat kain ecoprint tidak bisa diproduksi seragam. Namun kegiatan pengabdian ini ingin menjadikan hal tersebut sebagai kekuatan dengan tujuan menjadikan batik ecoprint menjadi unik dan memiliki ciri khas. Ciri khas tersebut sebagai pembeda kain ecoprint Talang Sarumpun dengan ecoprint produksi UMKM lainnya. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga menghasilkan desain khas yang kemudian menjadi logo yang bisa di aplikasikan pada setiap produk kain ecoprint Talang Babungo. Kata kunci: desain; BUMNag; ecoprint. Abstract Nagari Talang Babungo is a village located in Hiliran Gumanti District, Solok Regency, West Sumatra. Nagari Talang Babungo is a village that has agricultural and forest landscapes which have tourism potential. Apart from tourism potential, Nagari Talang Babungo has eco-print production which is a manifestation of the beauty of Nagari Talang Babungo on canvas in the form of fabric. The development of Ecoprint Fabric is a village development program outlined in the 2021-2026 Nagari Talang Babungo as a village potential which is implemented through the development of BUMNag Talang Sarumpun by offering concepts based on sustainable environmental and economic issues. However, there are still many problems encountered related to production, marketing, and financial management. In this community service activity, Talang Sarumpun Ecoprint Fabric Design Innovation Training was carried out. Batik from raw materials that come from nature can be a weakness because it means that eco-print fabric cannot be produced uniformly, but this can be a strength by highlighting that this is what makes eco-print fabric unique and has distinctive characteristics. This characteristic differentiates Talang Sarumpun eco-print fabric from other ecoprints produced by SMEs. Apart from that, this community service activity also produces a distinctive design which then becomes a logo that can be applied to every Talang Babungo eco-print fabric product. West and East coast of Sumatra are two different geographical and trade routes. The West Coast is connected with trade direction to India, Arabia and Africa while on the East Coast it is connected with trade in the Malacca Strait, East Asian economy. Based on photos of satellite images at night, the east coast has more light compared to the west coast. This study analyzed the differences in economic inequality between the economy of the population residing in the West Coast Region and the East Coast of Sumatra. This study took data sourced from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency published in the last 5 years, 2013-2017. The data were processed using SPSS and Excel using the Williamson Index analysis tool. There are 23 Regencies / Cities in the West Coast and 23 Regencies / Cities in the East Coast analyzed where the West Coast average growth rate in the last 5 years is 5.17% and East Coast 5.48% with the Inequality index using the Williamson Index formula in West Coast 0.37 and East Coast 0.28. It was found that economic activity on the East Coast tends to be more lively and higher economic growth with a low level of inequality compared to the West coast of Sumatra
