Abstract

This study examines the causal relationships between artificial intelligence implementation, digital data sourcing practices, and candidates' perceptions of organizational attractiveness within the contemporary talent acquisition landscape. Adopting a rigorous empirical research design, a scenario based vignette survey experiment was conducted with a sample of 413 final year undergraduate university students in major Indonesian metropolitan areas. The econometric analyses, executed using paired Student's t-tests, reveal that increasing automation levels enhances corporate innovation signals but severely reduces perceived social environment viability and applicant intentions to apply. Furthermore, the utilization of personal online digital data significantly damages procedural fairness evaluations compared to professional tracking frameworks. Individual technology trust serves as a critical moderating variable, determining the magnitude of intention shifts among prospective business and engineering applicants. These findings suggest that organizations must strategically balance automated processing efficiency with candidate privacy boundaries to protect employer brand value. Navigating this sociotechnical dynamic allows recruiting organizations to leverage predictive talent analytics while maintaining high organizational attractiveness for top tier talent.

Abstract

This study examines curriculum reform and the implementation of Independent Learning (Merdeka Belajar) policies in Indonesian schools through a non-empirical design combining systematic narrative literature review and policy document analysis. Drawing on peer-reviewed studies and official policy materials, the analysis investigates how governance structures, pedagogical translation, and institutional capacity shape school-level enactment of the Independent Curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka). Findings indicate that reform outcomes are strongly mediated by leadership competence, professional development ecosystems, and resource distribution, producing significant variation between schools and regions. Teacher agency emerges as the primary mechanism through which autonomy-oriented policy ideals are operationalized, yet interpretive ambiguity and accountability pressures frequently redirect implementation toward procedural compliance. Differentiated learning and project-based orientations are widely positioned as core pedagogical principles, but they remain fragile in contexts lacking sustained institutional support and coherent operational routines. The synthesis further shows that autonomy-based reform can intensify systemic inequity when capacity conditions are uneven, enabling innovation in well-resourced schools while constraining meaningful enactment in disadvantaged settings. The study contributes a multi-level interpretive framework for understanding curriculum reform as capacity-mediated policy enactment.

Abstract

The increasing deployment of intelligent systems across healthcare, industrial automation, smart cities, transportation, and edge-computing environments has intensified concerns regarding privacy, data sovereignty, and secure collaborative learning. This study evaluates the effectiveness of Federated Learning (FL) as a privacy-preserving paradigm capable of supporting distributed intelligence without requiring centralized data collection. An empirical experimental design was implemented using a federated architecture consisting of decentralized client nodes, a central aggregation server, the Federated Averaging algorithm, and integrated secure aggregation with differential privacy mechanisms. Experimental evaluation was conducted through repeated validation under heterogeneous client configurations and varying data distributions. The results demonstrate that the proposed framework achieved strong predictive performance, attaining 93.41% accuracy and 95.28% AUC-ROC while maintaining stable convergence under non-identically distributed data conditions. Security evaluation revealed substantial reductions in model inversion, membership inference, and gradient leakage attacks, confirming the effectiveness of the implemented privacy-preserving mechanisms. Scalability analysis further indicated that the framework maintained reliable performance across expanding client populations with acceptable communication overhead and computational efficiency. The findings confirm that Federated Learning provides a practical and scalable foundation for trustworthy intelligent systems by balancing predictive effectiveness, privacy protection, security resilience, and operational feasibility in distributed environments.

Abstract

This study designs and implements a web-based digital donation information system to strengthen transparency and public reporting for PMI Kota Tangerang. The system was developed through an empirical software engineering approach grounded in direct organizational observation, enabling the requirements to reflect real donation management practices, administrative constraints, and public accountability needs. The proposed platform integrates public information dissemination, online donation workflows, automated transaction recording, and reporting features within a unified architecture. The public-facing interface enhances accessibility to organizational updates and donation programs, supporting donors’ trust formation through consistent institutional identity and clear information structure. On the operational side, an administrative dashboard provides centralized control over donation data, transaction status management, and structured records to support timely and verifiable reporting. Functional validation was conducted using black-box testing to ensure that core modules operate correctly across defined user scenarios, including donation submission, data storage, report generation, and role-based access. The results indicate that the system is technically feasible and organizationally relevant, offering a scalable digital mechanism to reduce reporting inconsistencies and improve public confidence in humanitarian fundraising.

Abstract

Effective marketing activities require centralized, structured, accurate, and accessible information. CV San Amerta Romora previously managed government institution data, vendor information, product data, Inaproc links, company profiles, and brochures through separate files and storage media, creating difficulties in data retrieval, updating, and information consistency. This study aimed to design a web-based marketing data information system to improve the efficiency of internal marketing information management. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature review, while the existing system was analyzed using the PIECES framework. System requirements were modeled using Unified Modeling Language, including Use Case, Activity, Sequence, and Class Diagrams. The system was implemented using Laravel, Filament, and Fortify, with role-based access for Admin and User/Sales. The proposed system integrates marketing data, document management, requests, and notifications within a centralized portal. Black Box Testing was conducted on authentication, data access, data management, request processing, notifications, and access control functions. The testing involved 19 functional scenarios, and all scenarios produced results consistent with the expected outputs. The system provides a structured platform for improving marketing data accessibility, retrieval efficiency, data control, and internal information management at CV San Amerta Romora.
