Abstract

Leadership style can be interpreted as attitudes and actions taken by leaders in dealing with subordinates, regulating an organization's operational system, carrying out and overseeing policies and solving problems both internally and externally. Transformational leadership style is reflected in the indicators: charisma, individual considerations, intellectual stimulant, and inspirational. The values of transformational leadership of the Amal Usaha Muhammadiyah (AUM) influence the success of the Muhammadiyah organization at the branch, branch, regional, regional and central levels. The purpose of this study was to determine the reflection of the values of charisma, individual considerations, intellectual stimulants, and inspirational leadership of AUM in Ponorogo, and to find out the indicators of the most dominant transformational leadership style possessed by AUM leaders. advancing AUM. The research method uses primary data, the population of all residents of Mahammadiyah in Ponorogo, with the sampling technique of cluster sampling. Analytical tool with quantitative descriptive. The number of respondents involved 100 people. Research result is, AUM employees have the perception that AUM's leadership in Ponorogo reflects a high level of transformational leadership. Charisma, inspirational, intellectual stimulant and individual considerations which are the characteristics of transformational leadership. AUM's leadership has a high rating from AUM's employees, and, based on these results, it can be concluded that the leadership style of AUM leaders throughout Ponorogo when reflected in the transformational leadership style has a high reflection

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the partial effects of leadership, work discipline, and work motivation on the performance of employees at SMPN 3 Ponorogo. The research employs a quantitative approach using an accidental sampling technique. Data were collected through both primary and secondary sources, with questionnaires distributed to 14 employee respondents. The collected data were then analyzed to determine the relationship between each independent variable and employee performance. The findings indicate that leadership has a positive influence on employee performance, as effective leadership can guide and inspire employees to achieve organizational goals. In addition, work discipline significantly contributes to improving performance by ensuring that employees adhere to rules and responsibilities. Work motivation also shows a positive effect, as motivated employees tend to be more productive and committed. Overall, each variable leadership, work discipline, and work motivation individually has a significant and positive impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan nasabah Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero),Tbk terhadap layanan mobile banking BNI. Populasi penelitian mencakup pengguna mobile banking di BNI, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 konsumen. Pendekatan menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui distribusi kuesioner menggunakan platform google form dengan skala likert. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan antara aspek tangible terhadap kepuasan konsumen, pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara keandalan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara responsiveness terhadap kepuasan konsumen, adanya pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan antara jaminan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara empati terhadap kepuasan nasabah BNI.
