Abstract

Stimulasi-stimulasi perlu diberikan terhadap bayi khususnya untuk menunjang pertumbuhannya. Di Provinsi Bengkulu jumlah anak 0-59 bulan sebanyak 133.320 orang yang ditimbang sebanyak 102.319 orang (76,7%). Hasil entry data e-PPGBM yang dilakukan di provinsi Bengkulu tahun 2018 mempunyai sasaran balita berjumlah 133,320 balita dengan status gizi sangat kurus sebesar 0,4% dan yang mempunyai status gizi kurus sebesar 1%, sehingga persentasi Wasting (sangat kurus+kurus) balita sebesar 1,4%.. Penelitian ini menggunakana desain penelitian Pra Eksperimen dimana menggunakan one group pretest-postest, pada desain penelitian ini sudah dilakukan observasi pertama (pretest) sehingga peneliti dapat menguji perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi setelah adanya perlakuan, tetapi desain ini tidak ada kelompok kontrol/pembanding. Dari 24 responden sebagian besar responden 16 bayi (66,7%) berumur 1 bulan,. Untuk jenis kelamin sebagian besar berjenis kelamin laki-laki yaitu 13 bayi (54,2%). Untuk ASI ekslusif seluruh bayi 24 bayi(100%) dengan ASI ekslusif. Untuk pekerjaan sebagian Ibu bekerja sebagai petani yaitu 16 orang (66,7%). Sedangkan untuk pendidikan ibu sebagian besar berpendidikan SMA yaitu sebanyak 10 orang (41,7%). Berdasarkan uji statistik menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan rata-rata berat badan setelah diberikan intervensi pijat bayi, ditunjukkan dengan nilai p value 0,000 (p<0,05) dan Berdasarkan uji statistik menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan panjang badan responden sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pijat bayi., ditunjukkan dengan p value 0,000 (p<0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh Pijat Bayi terhadap pertumbuhan bayi usia 1-3 bulan. Diharapkan pemberian Pijat Bayi Usia 1-3 dapat dijadikan terapi alternatif untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan bayi (berat badan dan Panjang badan).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi Program Pelayanan Kolaboratif dan Integrasi Masyarakat Peduli HIV/AIDS di UPT Puskesmas Kendit, Kabupaten Situbondo. Program ini berfokus pada upaya promotif dan preventif dengan melibatkan komunitas waria dan Lelaki Suka Lelaki (LSL) sebagai populasi kunci. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan teori implementasi Van Meter dan Van Horn, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program telah berjalan cukup baik pada aspek koordinasi, sikap pelaksana, dan komunikasi antarorganisasi. Namun, masih terdapat kendala pada aspek sumber daya, terutama anggaran dan waktu, serta hambatan lingkungan sosial yang cenderung diskriminatif. Kesuksesan program sangat bergantung pada komitmen lintas sektor dan dukungan pemerintah daerah untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang inklusif dan mendukung eliminasi HIV/AIDS pada 2030.

Abstract

The Blekok Tourism Village is the main source of income for the people of Klatakan village. Many MSMEs and homestays in Blekok Village are owned by local residents and are a source of income for their residents, besides that there are also many handicraft businesses made from shells and wood which are managed independently by residents under the assistance of Pokdarwis of Blekok Village. Currently, the SMEs that are affiliated in Blekok Tourism Village have not been properly regulated, as have the products being marketed. Disputes often occur between MSMEs in Blekok Tourism Village due to the presence of similar products at different prices. This problem causes price wars between SMEs and unhealthy competition. Another problem that occurs is that tourism managers sometimes do not know about the distribution of the number, type, price and quality of products marketed in Blekok Tourism Village, this causes the quality of superior product management to be less than optimal which can also cause a decrease in tourist interest in visiting. Blekok Tourism Village. Based on the problems that have been described, the service team will continue the activities in this 2nd year by proposing a digital technology innovation called PROVARIANS.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bondowoso memiliki banyak potensi yang dapat dikembangkan untuk mengangkat perekonomian penduduknya. Potensi–potensi yang dimiliki ditampung dalam UMKM yang berdiri dimasing-masing daerah maupun kecamatan di Kabupaten Bondowoso, salah satunya di Desa Tenggarang. Produk UMKM lokal di Desa Tenggarang antara lain: berbagai jenis olahan kripik(pisang, nangka, singkong, dll), kerajinan tangan, serta makanan olahan lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil observasi lapangan yang telah dilakukan, terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra: (1) Pasar pemasaran yang terbatas, (2) Berkurang dan potensi hilangnya target pasar, (3) Budget pemasaran yang terlalu mahal, (4) Biaya operasional dengan skema konvensional yang makin meningkat. Tim pengabdian akan berfokus mengembangkan platform tenggarang digital market(TRENDI). Sistem yang akan dibangun rencananya berbasis web dan responsive terhadapa penggunaan pada smartphone untuk memberikan tingkat usability yang baik. Sistem yang akan dibangun direncanakan memiliki beberapa modul/fitur, antara lain: 1) Pemasaran; 2) E-Katalog; 3) Penjualan; 4) Pengelolaan Produk. Pemerintah Desa Tenggarang melihat paparan ide solusi yang diusulkan tim pengabdian sebagai solusi yang tepat menjawab permasalahan yang mereka hadapi, sehingga sangat mendukung implementasi solusi dari program pengabdian ini. Berdasarkan hasil diskusi, Pemerintah Desa Tenggarang melihat solusi ini perlu segera diwujudkan mengingat urgensi permasalahan pada mitra dan manfaat yang dapat diberikan pada produk pengabdian ini

Abstract

Financial recording is very important for restaurant business people, namely to know income, expenses, profits and losses. This activity aims to enable restaurant entrepreneurs to record their business through the SIRESTO application, so that they can know the development of the restaurant business they are running. SIRESTO is a mobile phone financial recording application designed based on the needs of restaurant business actors, so that they can know their income, expenses, profits and business losses. Methods for carrying out activities are in the form of interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), socialization, and mentoring. The results of the activity show that most restaurant business operators in Banyuwangi Regency have recorded either manually or through a system, although there are still many who do not record. SIRESTO is an Android-based financial recording media for restaurant businesses, has complete features, is easy to access and use. With the various series of activities that have been carried out, restaurant business people can use SIRESTO, making it easier to record finances and find out the progress of the business.Keywords: Restaurant Business, Recording, SIRESTO AbstrakPencatatan keuangan sangat penting bagi pelaku usaha restoran, yaitu untuk mengetahui pemasukan, pengeluaran, laba, dan rugi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan agar pelaku usaha restoran dapat melakukan pencatatan usaha melalui aplikasi SIRESTO, sehingga dapat diketahui perkembangan usaha restoran yang dijalankan. SIRESTO merupakan aplikasi pencatatan keuangan yang bersifat mobile phone yang didesain berdasarkan kebutuhan pelaku usaha restoran, sehingga dapat diketahui pendapatan, pengeluaran, laba, dan rugi usaha. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dalam bentuk wawancara, focus group discussion (FGD), sosialisasi, dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelaku usaha restoran di Kabupaten Banyuwangi sebagian besar telah melakukan pencatatan baik secara manual maupun melalui sistem, meskipun masih banyak juga yang tidak melakukan pencatatan. SIRESTO merupakan salah satu media pencatatan keuangan untuk pelaku usaha restoran yang berbasis android, memiliki fitur yang lengkap, mudah diakses dan digunakan. Dengan berbagai rangkaian kegiatan yang telah dilakukan, pelaku usaha restoran dapat menggunakan SIRESTO, sehingga mempermudah dalam pencatatan keuangan serta mengetahui jalannya perkembangan usaha.

Abstract

This community service program aims to strengthen local economic resilience through digital marketing assistance and packaging design innovation at Pokdarwis Bahari, Pulorejo Village, Mojokerto City. The intervention was designed in stages, including socialization, needs identification (FGD), training, practice/implementation, continuous mentoring, and evaluation. The program focused on strengthening production management (application of modern dryers and vacuum sealers), building digital marketing skills (creating and managing TikTok, Instagram, Facebook accounts, and online shops on Shopee and Tokopedia under the Pokdarwis Bahari brand), and redesigning packaging for kelor-based products (noodles, cakes, kelor sticks) to enhance product differentiation. The results showed significant improvements in members’ capacities: drying time reduced drastically from 2 days to 2 hours, the establishment of active digital accounts and official online stores, and the development of new packaging that is more informative and brand-identified. The direct impact was reflected in increased production efficiency, improved product image, and wider market reach—demonstrating a tangible contribution to local economic resilience and the sustainability of Pokdarwis businesses. Program recommendations include scaling up production technology, advanced training in digital marketing, and strengthening distribution networks to ensure long-term benefits.

Abstract

The other impact resulted in minor results in the field of taxation, namely a decrease in tax revenues, especially local tax revenues. Thus, local governments are required to adapt by making policies to implement local tax revenues in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The policies carried out by each Regency / City have differences with adjusted conditions for their respective regencies / cities, this can be seen from the intensification and extension strategies carried out by local governments in an effort to optimize regional tax revenues. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. The location where this research is the Government Agency that handles regional tax and regional retribution, which are located in the Horseshoe region of East Java, namely the Bondowoso Regency Regional Revenue Agency, the Jember Regency Regional Revenue Agency, and the Situbondo Regency Revenue, Financial Management and Assets Agency which has carried out strategies and policies to increase regional tax and regional retribution. The results of this study are the Bondowoso Regency Regional Revenue Agency, the Jember Regency Regional Revenue Agency, and the Situbondo Regency Regional Revenue, Financial Management and Assets Agency which have carried out strategies and policies effectively.

Abstract

Dug wells serve as the main household water source for communities in the Kayangan Health Center area of North Lombok, making their structural integrity essential for ensuring safe water access. This study aimed to examine the relationship between dug well construction and the physical quality of clean water. An observational analytic study with a cross-sectional design was conducted from April to June 2024. From a total population of 82 dug wells, 45 wells were selected as study samples using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error and simple random sampling to ensure equal selection probability. Well construction characteristics were assessed through direct field observation using a structured checklist based on Indonesian Ministry of Health standards. Physical water quality was evaluated through organoleptic testing of color, odor, and taste in accordance with national clean water regulations. The results showed that 88.9% of dug wells did not meet recommended construction requirements, particularly regarding parapet height, well lining, and watertight flooring. Physical testing indicated that 80% of water samples met quality standards, while 20% failed to meet one or more indicators. Statistical analysis using the Chi-Square test revealed no significant association between well construction and physical water quality (p = 0.258). These findings suggest that physical indicators alone may not adequately reflect contamination risks, highlighting the need for comprehensive water quality monitoring that includes microbiological and chemical assessments to ensure groundwater safety.

Abstract

Karangmelok Village, Tamanan District, Bondowoso Regency has many excellent bamboo handicraft products that can be developed to boost the economy of its inhabitants, but this is not being utilized properly. The lack of utilization of technological developments is one of the main causes of the lack of recognition of the potential products of Karangmelok Village, Tamanan District, Bondowoso Regency. With the less effective use of technology, marketing is not optimal and results in small income received. The Community Service Team has conducted an analysis of the partner situation where it was found that the main problems mentioned occurred in the majority of MSMEs in Karangmelok Village, Tamanan District. Based on the problems above, it is proposed that community service activities utilize technology that can accommodate all Karangmelok Village SMEs, so that they can realize the village's dream of becoming an INDEPENDENT CREATIVE VILLAGE, besides that Karangmelok Village SMEs are also expected to increase competitiveness to realize UMKM Go Online which was initiated by the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs and the Ministry of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia. The solution that will be offered is the development of a Marketplace system under the name Preng as a Digital Platform for Sales and Forecasting of MSMEs Product Trends in Karangmelok Village, Tamanan District, Bondowoso Regency to Realize MSMEs Go Online.
