Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, komunikasi, dan pemberian kompensasi terhadap prestasi kerja aparatur desa di Desa Paleran, Kecamatan Umbulsari, Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory research dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 142 aparatur desa. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap prestasi kerja sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja aparatur desa. Berdasarkan hasil uji t, nilai t-hitung untuk kepemimpinan transformasional adalah 13.143, lebih besar dari t-tabel 1.97681 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik kepemimpinan transformasional, semakin tinggi prestasi kerja yang dicapai. Selain itu, komunikasi juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja dengan nilai t-hitung 11.331 > 1.97681 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti komunikasi yang baik dalam organisasi berkontribusi pada peningkatan kinerja aparatur desa. Pemberian kompensasi yang adil dan sesuai juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, dengan t-hitung 8.208 > 1.97681 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi yang memadai dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja karyawan

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of gender justice principles in Islamic education within family contexts in Disanah Village, Indonesia. Using a mixed-methods approach combining surveys (n=83 households) and in-depth interviews, the research explores parental perceptions regarding educational equality between male and female children. The study investigates how Islamic principles related to educational justice are understood and applied at the family level, particularly in rural Indonesian Muslim communities. Through a sequential explanatory design, quantitative data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, followed by qualitative interviews analyzed thematically. The findings reveal that while all respondents (100%) acknowledge their responsibility for children's education, perspectives on equal treatment vary slightly, with 94.04% supporting equal educational opportunities regardless of gender and 5.95% prioritizing children with exceptional abilities. The study concludes that Islamic principles of educational justice are widely understood and valued in the community, though implementation challenges persist. These findings contribute to understanding how religious values can support gender equality in educational settings and offer insights for developing culturally-sensitive approaches to promoting educational equity in Muslim-majority contexts.

Abstract

This study began with the phenomenon of many businesses, including cafes, that could not survive long in the midst of fierce business competition. Due to a number of difficult challenges, many business owners decided to stop their businesses. Several factors that are suspected to be the main causes of this problem are lack of innovation, low creativity in product development, and less than optimal digital marketing. This study aims to analyze the impact of motivation, creativity, innovation, and digital marketing on the sustainability of cafe businesses in Sumbersari District, Jember Regency. The methodology applied in this study is quantitative, where data is collected through questionnaires and data analysis is carried out using multiple linear regression. The number of samples used is 125 respondents with the probability sampling method. The findings of the study indicate that motivation, creativity, innovation, and digital marketing have a significant influence on the sustainability of cafe businesses in Sumbersari District, Jember Regency.

Abstract

The quality of a hotel is determined by various factors, including prompt and friendly service, cleanliness, complete facilities, and a comfortable atmosphere. The staff's ability to effectively address guest needs is crucial. Hotels that consistently maintain quality tend to build customer loyalty. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of non-physical working conditions, incentives, and training programs on employee performance at the Royal Jember Hotel. The method used in this study is an associative quantitative approach, involving 50 respondents selected through a non-probability sampling technique using the saturation method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to participants. The stages of data analysis include testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, evaluating classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and calculating the coefficient of determination to measure the contribution of independent variables to the dependent variable. The research findings indicate that the variables of the non-physical working environment, incentives, and training have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Royal Jember Hotel. This is reflected in the coefficient of determination (R²) value which reached 79.1%, indicating the contribution of these three variables in explaining the variability of employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi Berwirausaha, Lingkungan Keluarga, Kreativitas, dan Efikasi Diri terhadap Minat Berwirausaha siswa di SMAN 1 Kraksaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 1.200 siswa, dan sampel sebanyak 93 siswa diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis dengan metode regresi linier berganda menggunakan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel independen motivasi berwirausaha, lingkungan keluarga, kreativitas, dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa. Variabel self-efficacy merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dalam memengaruhi minat tersebut, disusul oleh motivasi, kreativitas, dan lingkungan keluarga. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan faktor internal dan eksternal dalam membentuk jiwa kewirausahaan di kalangan pelajar.
