Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan desain ex post facto. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan pada UPTD Kesehatan Puskesmas Palanro Kecamatan Mallusetasi Kabupaten Barru dengan sampel sebanyak sebanyak 31 orang perawat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Stres Perawat di UPTD Kesehatan Puskesmas Palanro Kecamatan Mallusetasi Kabupaten Barru. Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Stres Perawat di UPTD Kesehatan Puskesmas Palanro Kecamatan Mallusetasi Kabupaten Barru. Kondisi kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Stres Perawat di UPTD Kesehatan Puskesmas Palanro Kecamatan Mallusetasi Kabupaten Barru. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Soppeng (2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kedisiplinan pegawai terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Soppeng (3) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karier terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Soppeng (4) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat), kedipilinan pegawai, dan pengembangan karier terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Soppeng Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Badan Kepegawaian Dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Soppeng. Sampel menggunakan metode total sampling, yaitu semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Semua sampel berjumlah 36 responden pada Badan Kepegawaian Dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Soppeng. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Wawancara langsung kepada pihak – pihak yang terlibat dengan masalah yang sedang dibahas serta memberikan kuesioner kepada pegawai yang sesuai dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisa regresi linear berganda, Uji T-test, Uji F serta Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa (1) pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Soppeng (2) kediplinan pegawai berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Soppeng (3) pengembangan karier berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Soppeng (4) pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat), kediplinan pegawai, dan pengembangan karier berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Soppeng Kata Kunci:  Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Diklat), Kedisiplinan Pegawai, Pengembangan karier, Dan Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai  ABSTRACT This research aims (1) to determine and analyze the influence of education and training (Diklat) on the performance of employees in the Human Resources and Human Resource Development Section of Soppeng Regency (2) to determine and analyze the influence of employee discipline on employee performance in the Personnel and Resource Development Section Human Resources of Soppeng Regency (3) to find out and analyze the influence of career development on employee performance in the Human Resources and Human Resources Development Section of Soppeng District (4) to find out and analyze the influence of education and training (Diklat), employee discipline, and career development on performance employees at the Soppeng Regency Human Resources and Human Resources Development Section This research was carried out at the Soppeng Regency Human Resources and Human Resources Development Section. The sample uses a total sampling method, that is, all members of the population are used as samples. All samples were 36 respondents in the Soppeng Regency Human Resources and Human Resources Development Section. Data collection methods used were direct interviews with parties involved with the issues being discussed and giving questionnaires to employees in accordance with the research conducted. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis, T-test, F test and Determination Coefficient Test (R2). The results of the analysis show that (1) education and training (Diklat) affect the performance of employees in the Personnel and Human Resources Development Section of Soppeng District (2) employee discipline affects the performance of employees in the Soppeng District Human Resources and Human Resources Development Section (3) development career influences the performance of employees in the Soppeng District Human Resources and Human Resources Development Section (4) education and training (Diklat), employee discipline, and career development influences the performance of employees in the Soppeng Regency Human Resources and Human Resources Development Section Keywords: Education and Training (Training), Employee Discipline, Career Development, and Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, mutasi, motivasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar. (2) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Organisasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar. (3) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Mutasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar. (4) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar antara bulan April sampai dengan Juni Tahun 2017 dengan metode sampling mengambil sampel dari Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar sebagai responden untuk mengetahui pengaruh variable independen terhadap variable dependen baik secara simultan maupun parsial menggunakan regresi berganda. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Mutasi, Motivasi, Kinerja. ABSTRACK This study aims to (1) Know and analyze the influence of organizational culture, mutation, motivation simultaneously on the performance of Government Employees at the Office of the Class I Navigation District of Makassar. (2) To know and analyze the influence of Organization Culture partially on the performance Government Employees at the Office of the Class I Navigation District of Makassar. (3) To know and analyze the effect of Mutation partially on the performance of Government Employees at Makassar Class I Navigation Office Office. (4) To know and analyze the effect of motivation partially on the performance of Government Employees at Makassar Class I Navigation Office. This research was conducted at Makassar Class I Navigation Office Office between April and June 2017 with sampling method taking sample from Government Employees at Makassar Class I Navigation District Office as respondent to know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable either simultaneously or partially using multiple regression. The results of the research indicate that (1) Organizational Culture significantly influences the performance of Government Employees at Makassar Class I Navigation Office (2) Mutation has an effect but not significant on the performance of Government Employees at Makassar Class I Navigation Office Office. (3) Influential but insignificant motivation on the performance of Government Employees at Makassar Class I Navigation Office (4) Organizational culture, mutation, motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Government Employees at Makassar Class I Navigation Office Office. Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan berdasarkan dimensi reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, dan tangibles pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Maraja Tour Plan di Makassar, baik pengaruh secara parsial maupun pengaruh secara simultan (bersama-sama).Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kota Makassar tepatnya pada Maraja Tour Plan dengan waktu penelitian berlangsung selama 3 (tiga) bulan, mulai bulan April sampai dengan Juni 2017. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh pelanggan Maraja Tour Plan di Makassar yang berjumlah 612 orang per Desember 2016. Penarikan sampel untuk dijadikan responden penelitian menggunakan teknik Sampling Purposive dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 86 orang.  Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu dengan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda yang sebelumnya telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas.Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: jika dimensi (reliability, ,responsiveness, assurance, empathy, dan tangibles) dipersepsikan baik oleh responden, maka kepuasan pelanggan semakin meningkat, demikian pula sebaliknya jika faktor (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, dan tangibles) dipersepsikan buruk oleh responden, maka kepuasan pelanggan semakin menurun dan tidak memuaskan. Sehingga kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, dan tangibles dipersepsikan baik oleh responden, maka kepuasan pelanggan semakin meningkat, dan sebaliknya jika kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, dan tangibles dipersepsikan buruk oleh responden, maka kepuasan pelanggan semakin menurun.   ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to analyze the quality of service based on the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles influence on customer satisfaction Maraja Tour Plan in Makassar, either partially influence or simultaneously influence (together).This research was conducted in Makassar City precisely at Maraja Tour Plan with research time lasted for 3 (three) months, starting from April until June 2017. In this research which become population is all customer Maraja Tour Plan in Makassar amounting 612 people per December 2016. Sampling to be used as research respondents using Sampling Purposive technique with the number of samples of 86 people. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis which has been through the validity and reliability test.The results of this study can be summarized as follows: if the dimensions (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles) are perceived both by the respondents, the customer satisfaction increases, and vice versa if the factors (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles) perceived poorly by the respondents, the customer satisfaction is decreasing and unsatisfactory. So the quality of service consisting of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles perceived both by the respondents, the customer satisfaction is increasing, and vice versa if the quality of service consisting of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles perceived poorly by respondents, then customer satisfaction decreases.Keywords : Service Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy,                           Tangibles, and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh: 1) Dana alokasi umum terhadap belanja langsung pemerintah daerah di Provinsi Sulawesi Barat; 2) Dana alokasi khusus terhadap belanja langsung pemerintah daerah di Provinsi Sulawesi Barat; 3) Pendapatan asli daerah terhadap belanja langsung pemerintah daerah di Provinsi Sulawesi Barat; 4) Dana alokasi umum, dana alokasi khusus, dan pendapatan asli daerah secara simultan terhadap belanja langsung pemerintah daerah di Provinsi Sulawesi Barat.Lokasi penelitian adalah pada kantor Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Adapun waktu penelitian akan dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan yaitu bulan November 2017 sampai Desember 2017. Data penelitian ini adalah data runtut waktu (time series). Data time series yang digunakan yaitu data time series tahunan dari tahun 2015-2017. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Dana Alokasi Umum tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap belanja langsung pemerintah daerah di Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, hal ini dikarenakan nilai thitung (-0,118) < ttabel (2,306) pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05; 2) Dana Alokasi Khusus memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap belanja langsung pemerintah daerah di Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, hal ini dikarenakan nilai thitung (2,441) > ttabel (2,306) pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05; 3) Pendapatan Asli Daerah tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap belanja langsung pemerintah daerah di Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, hal ini dikarenakan Maka nilai thitung (-1,037) < ttabel (2,306) pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05; 4) Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus, dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap belanja langsung pemerintah daerah di Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, hal ini dikarenakan nilai Fhitung (3,463) < Ftabel (4,07) pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05Kata Kunci : Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus, Pendapatan Asli                          Daerah, Belanja Langsung ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of: 1) General allocation funds to direct government spending in West Sulawesi Province; 2) Special allocation funds for direct government spending in West Sulawesi Province; 3) Local revenue on direct government spending in West Sulawesi Province; 4) General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds, and Local Own Revenue simultaneously to direct government spending in West Sulawesi Province.The location of research is at the office of Regional Finance Management Board of West Sulawesi Province. The time of the research will be held for 2 months ie November 2017 to December 2017. This research data is time series data (time series). Time series data used is annual time series data from 2015-2017. Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap guru pada Madrasah Aliah di Kabupaten Maros dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 120 orang responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa variabel kemampuan memiliki pengaruh langsung bernilai positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru pada Madrasah Aliah di Kabupaten Maros. Sikap kerja memilki pengaruh secara langsung yang bernilai positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru pada Madrasah Aliah di Kabupaten Maros. Kemampuan memiliki pengaruh secara langsung bernilai positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Guru pada Madrasah Aliah di Kabupaten Maros. Sikap kerja memiliki pengaruh secara langsung yang berniali positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap kinerja guru pada Madrasah Aliah di Kabupaten Maros. Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh secara langsung yang bernilai positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru pada Madrasah Aliah di Kabupaten Maros. Kemampuan memiliki pengaruh secara tidak langsung yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru melalui motivasi kerja guru pada Madrasah Aliah di Kabupaten Maros. Sikap kerja memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru melalui kemampuan guru pada Madrasah Aliah di Kabupaten Maros. Kata Kunci : Kemampuan, Sikap Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Guru ABSTRACT This study uses a method with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted on teachers in Aliah Madrasas in Maros Regency with a sample of 120 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are path analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the ability variable has a positive and significant direct effect on teacher work motivation in Aliah Madrasas in Maros Regency. The work attitude has a direct influence that has a positive and significant value on teacher work motivation in Aliah Madrasas in Maros Regency. The ability to have a direct and positive and significant influence on the performance of Teachers in Aliah Madrasas in Maros Regency. The work attitude has a direct and positive influence that directly and significantly affects the performance of teachers in Islamic Madrasas in Maros Regency. Work motivation has a direct influence that has a positive and significant value on teacher performance in Aliah Madrasas in Maros Regency. Ability has a positive and significant indirect effect on teacher performance through teacher work motivation in Aliah Madrasas in Maros Regency. Work attitudes have a positive and significant indirect effect on teacher performance through the ability of teachers in Aliah Madrasah in Maros Regency. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the ServQual dimensions (tangible, assurance, responsiveness, empathy, and reliability) in measuring the influence of ServQual on purchasing decisions for subsidized housing in the Gowa Regency. With a quantitative approach, valid data were collected through an online questionnaire from 101 respondents who were Low Income Communities (MBR) who bought subsidized houses in Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) techniques using the AMOS 24 application. The results of the analysis show that assurance is a dimension that cannot be used to measure ServQual, while reliability is the dimension that provides the largest measurement in this study. Overall, ServQual as measured by tangible, responsiveness, empathy, and reliability, have a positive and significant effect on the decision to buy subsidized housing in the Gowa Regency. The results of this study indicate that in the marketing of subsidized housing, the developer's ability to assist the mortgage application process is the main indicator of service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate in the relationship FCC, UGC, Customer Experience satisfaction towards Brand Equity and Purchase Decision on the subject of e-commerce research in Indonesia (e.g., Lazada, Tokopedia, and Bli-Bli). This study used two research methods: exploratory research (exploratory research) and descriptive research (descriptive analysis). This study's total population was 200 eligible. The collection data with online survey. This study's testing phase is through three phases: first, the reliability of the construct configuration for brand association, brand awareness, brand reputation, and brand performance on brand equity. Second, the relationship that explains the direct and indirect effects of UGC and FCC on brand equity and purchase intention; third, the relationship that demonstrates the impact of variable customer experience satisfaction on brand equity and purchase intention. The result of this study shown from the seven symmetrical paths, the direct relationship is found significant results except for variable relationships such as UGC and FCC on Purchase Intention, which states that there is no significant effect. For example, the indirect relationship between FCC and Purchase Intention mediated by the Brand Equity variable states that there is no positive and significant effect. Except for the relationship between UGC on Purchase Intention mediated by Brand Equity and Brand Equity on Purchase Intention mediated by the Customer Experience Satisfaction variable. Both found that there was a positive and significant relationship.

Abstract

Business development today has been colored by various competitions in all fields. Seeing these conditions makes business people increasingly required to have the right strategy in meeting sales volume targets. Moreover, given the increasingly dynamic development of technology, humans are required quickly and appropriately to act to not be less competitive This research is qualitative research using a questionnaire to collect the data. Data analysis was performed using the multiple linear regression method. This study aimed to determine price, promotion, and supporting facilities on customer satisfaction at Hotel Atria Inn Makassar. In this study, the regression test was used to test hypotheses. Theoretically, there is an influence between independent variables consisting of prices, promotions, and supporting facilities against dependent variables  customer satisfaction. Based on the study results, the conclusions in this study are as follows:  (1) Prices have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Hotel Atria Inn Makassar. (2)  Promotions have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Hotel Atria Inn Makassar. (3) Facilities have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Hotel Atria Inn Makassar. (4) Prices, promotions, and Facilities positively affect partially and simultaneously Customer Satisfaction at Hotel Atria Inn Makassar.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerjaterhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber DayaManusia Kabupaten Takalar secara parsial serta variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhikinerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya ManusiaKabupaten Takalar.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada kantor Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber DayaManusia Kabupaten Takalar. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan. Adapun sumber datadalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa data sekunder yang bersumber dari informasi di tempatpenelitian, jurnal-jurnal ilmiah dan buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan obyek penelitian dan dataprimer diperoleh secara langsung dari responden atau yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitianini. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda.
