Abstract

Abstract: Web accessibility is a crucial aspect in fulfilling the right to information for all levels of society, including people with disabilities. The Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) website, as a national strategic information portal, is responsible for providing inclusive digital services. This study aims to evaluate the level of accessibility compliance of the BPKP website based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standard. The research methodology adopts the WCAG-EM 1.0 framework integrated with the Accessibility Compliance Score (ACCS) model. Testing was conducted in a hybrid manner through automated audits using Axe DevTools and Google Lighthouse, as well as manual verification against the latest WCAG 2.2 criteria, namely Focus Not Obscured and Target Size. The evaluation was applied to five main pages of the BPKP website. The results showed that the BPKP website obtained an ACS score of 87.14% with a predicate of "Very Good". However, an accumulated failure weight of 328 points was still found. The largest failure was identified on the Contact & Location page, mainly due to third-party map elements that had color contrast issues and the absence of title attributes. Furthermore, consistent violations of the Target Size criteria indicate that the website is not fully optimized for touchscreen users and individuals with motor disabilities. This study recommends improvements to critical elements to sustainably enhance the inclusiveness of BPKP's digital services. Abstrak: Aksesibilitas web merupakan aspek krusial dalam pemenuhan hak atas informasi bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakat, termasuk penyandang disabilitas. Website Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) sebagai portal informasi strategis nasional memiliki tanggung jawab untuk menyediakan layanan digital yang inklusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi tingkat kepatuhan aksesibilitas website BPKP berdasarkan standar Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Metodologi penelitian mengadopsi kerangka kerja WCAG-EM 1.0 yang diintegrasikan dengan model Skor Kepatuhan Aksesibilitas (S-KA). Pengujian dilakukan secara hibrida melalui audit otomatis menggunakan Axe DevTools dan Google Lighthouse, serta verifikasi manual terhadap kriteria terbaru WCAG 2.2, yaitu Focus Not Obscured dan Target Size. Evaluasi diterapkan pada lima halaman utama website BPKP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website BPKP memperoleh nilai S-KA sebesar 87,14% dengan predikat “Sangat Baik”. Namun, masih ditemukan akumulasi bobot kegagalan sebesar 328 poin. Kegagalan terbesar teridentifikasi pada halaman Kontak & Lokasi, terutama akibat elemen peta pihak ketiga yang memiliki masalah kontras warna dan ketiadaan atribut title. Selain itu, pelanggaran konsisten pada kriteria Target Size mengindikasikan bahwa website belum sepenuhnya optimal bagi pengguna layar sentuh dan individu dengan keterbatasan motorik. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perbaikan elemen kritis untuk meningkatkan inklusivitas layanan digital BPKP secara berkelanjutan. Abstract

The importance of using computer networks in campus laboratories to improve the quality of education and research is also increasing. However, there are problems found in the use of computer networks in campus laboratories, namely low data transmission speeds, network insecurity and inaccessible resources. Therefore, this research was conducted to determine the factors that influence the performance of computer networks in campus laboratories, including data transmission speed. Computer networks evolved from point-to-point communication to computers connecting to each other and exchanging information. The research methodology involves experimental data being tested, for example the effect of communication speed on computer network performance in campus laboratories.

Abstract

The Judicial Commission of the Republic of Indonesia faces challenges in monitoring and distributing public reports, which are still conducted manually and therefore lack effectiveness and integration. This study aims to develop a web-based Report Distribution Monitoring System Module to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and transparency of report management within the Supervision Service Unit. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which includes the stages of requirements planning, user design, construction, and cutover. The system was implemented as a web-based application using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. System testing was carried out using black box testing involving Super Admin, Admin, and User roles to evaluate functional suitability. The test results indicate that all main system features operate in accordance with user requirements. Therefore, the developed system is considered feasible to support structured and integrated monitoring and distribution of public reports.Keywords: Judicial Commission; Bureaucratic Reform; Report Distribution Monitoring System Module; PHP; MySQLAbstrakKomisi Yudisial Republik Indonesia menghadapi tantangan dalam pemantauan dan pendistribusian laporan masyarakat yang masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga kurang efektif dan terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Modul Sistem Pemantauan Distribusi Laporan Berbasis Web guna meningkatkan efektivitas, efisiensi, dan transparansi pengelolaan laporan pada Unit Layanan Pengawasan. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang meliputi tahap requirements planning, user design, construction, dan cutover. Sistem dikembangkan berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Pengujian sistem dilakukan melalui metode black box testing dengan melibatkan pengguna Super Admin, Admin, dan User untuk menguji kesesuaian fungsi sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh fitur utama berjalan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Dengan demikian, sistem yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai sarana pendukung pemantauan dan distribusi laporan masyarakat secara terstruktur dan terintegrasi.

Abstract

In the era of digitalisation, public information services are a crucial aspect in supporting transparency and accountability in government agencies. The Directorate General of Mineral and Coal still faces several obstacles in delivering information services, including a limited number of face-to-face service staff and the absence of an efficient feedback system. Therefore, this study aims to develop an online consultation information system to improve service efficiency and flexibility. The system was developed using the RAD software development method, which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, coding, and testing. The implementation was carried out using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database. A key feature of the system is real-time queue monitoring for business entities, which represents a novelty compared to previous research. System testing was conducted using black box and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methods, involving employees and business representatives as end users. The results show that the system functions well according to user needs and is expected to enhance the quality of public information services at the Directorate General of Mineral and Coal.

Abstract

This This study aims to design and develop a web-based zakat recording application for Musholla Al-Hidayah., zakat recording is done manually using notebooks, which can lead to recording errors, data loss, and inefficiencies in management. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method is used to address these issues, allowing a fast and iterative development process with direct user feedback. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature review. The application includes main features such as login, dashboard, zakat recording, zakat receipt, and zakat reporting. Based on black-box testing, the application has 7 main features with a total of 17 test scenarios, all of which successfully functioned 100% as expected. This application is designed to assist the management in recording zakat data from residents of three neighborhood units, namely RT 10, RT 11, and RT 12, which were previously recorded manually in the area of Jl. Matraman Dalam III, Central Jakarta. Consequently, the process of recording, reporting, and managing zakat becomes faster, more organized, and more efficient.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop an educational visual novel game themed around environmental and climate change issues using Ren'Py, a Python-based engine. The game was developed using the Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) method, which consists of six stages: initiation, pre-production, production, testing, beta, and release. The test subjects consisted of 15 teenagers aged 14–16 years living in RT 14, Jalan Swadaya 1, Manggarai, South Jakarta. The trial results showed that the game successfully attracted user interest and effectively conveyed educational messages related to climate change issues. User evaluations indicated an increase in understanding of environmental topics, active engagement with the branching narrative, and an enjoyable learning experience through integrated minigames. The game is considered suitable for wider publication as an interactive and reflective digital learning medium for teenagers. In addition, functional testing using the blackbox testing method on 10 main features demonstrated that all features performed successfully (100% functionality achieved). Thus, this educational game is expected to serve as an alternative medium to help teenagers better understand the importance of environmental conservation and awareness of climate change impacts.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of the Deposito Jakarta Online System (D’JOS) application at the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) of DKI Jakarta Province as part of efforts to digitalize regional financial management based on the principles of Good Governance. The approach used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through interviews, direct observations, and document studies. The analysis is conducted using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework, which includes five main aspects: Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Attitude Toward Using (ATU), Behavioral Intention to Use (BI), and Actual Use (AU). The results indicate that the D’JOS application is perceived as beneficial in improving the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of deposit management. A total of 85% of users stated that D’JOS has facilitated their work, particularly in financial reporting and monitoring. Users also reported ease of use and expressed positive attitudes and strong intentions to continue using the system sustainably. In practice, the system has been consistently utilized in BPKD’s daily operational activities. Therefore, D’JOS has proven to support digital transformation in regional financial governance and has the potential to be replicated by other local governments. This study recommends the development of additional features such as automatic notifications, stronger data security, and system integration, as well as the establishment of specific regulations, such as a Governor's Decree, to support the standardization and sustainability of D’JOS usage within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.

Abstract

This Supervision Management Information System (SIMAWAS) is used to support the internal oversight process within the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Forestry. However, the application has never undergone a comprehensive security assessment, especially after the domain change. This study aims to identify vulnerabilities in SIMAWAS using penetration testing methods with OWASP ZAP. The testing stages include planning, automated scanning, alert analysis, and recommendation formulation. The risk levels (Medium, Low, and Informational) were classified based on the OWASP Risk Rating Methodology, considering the likelihood and potential impact of each identified vulnerability. The results show that SIMAWAS has no high-risk vulnerabilities, but several Medium, Low, and Informational weaknesses were found, such as security misconfiguration, missing security headers, and insecure cookie settings. These vulnerabilities may be exploited if not addressed properly. Improvement recommendations were developed based on OWASP standards to enhance application security and prevent potential exploitation in the future.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the government sector positions computer networks as critical infrastructure to support administrative processes, cross-unit coordination, and online public services. The high dependency on digital services requires network performance that is not only technically reliable but also stable from the user’s perspective. This study aims to analyze the performance of a government network based on Quality of Service (QoS) parameters, including throughput, delay, jitter, and packet loss, using Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) techniques. Measurements were conducted over five working days using Wireshark to capture and analyze network traffic in detail. In addition to technical measurements, user experience validation was performed using the Mean Opinion Score (MOS) method through structured interviews. The results show that delay and packet loss values fall into the very good category according to ITU-T standards, while the average jitter value of 206.0 ms is classified as poor. The study reveals an interesting anomaly in which the physical infrastructure demonstrates excellent delay and packet loss performance, yet high traffic instability (jitter) significantly degrades user experience quality. This condition is consistent with MOS results, which indicate decreased user satisfaction, particularly during online meetings. These findings suggest that the primary issue lies not in physical infrastructure but in the absence of traffic management and prioritization. The study recommends implementing priority-based Quality of Service policies to enhance network stability and support digital bureaucracy optimization.

Abstract

Penerapan aplikasi Smart Parcel Locker di Apartemen Elpis Residence ditujukan untuk mempermudah pengelolaan paket, tetapi pengguna masih menghadapi kendala operasional berupa keterlambatan notifikasi, kegagalan kode verifikasi, kesalahan input nomor unit, dan ketidaksinkronan informasi paket. Penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kualitas pengalaman pengguna aplikasi Smart Parcel Locker menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 50 responden penghuni aktif yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan nilai rata-rata tertinggi terdapat pada dimensi Perspicuity sebesar 0,27, sedangkan nilai terendah terdapat pada dimensi Efficiency dan Dependability masing-masing sebesar -0,17. Seluruh dimensi berada pada rentang -0,8 hingga 0,8 sehingga termasuk dalam kategori netral. Namun, hasil benchmark UEQ menunjukkan bahwa seluruh dimensi berada pada kategori Bad atau kelompok 25% terbawah dibandingkan produk digital lain dalam basis data UEQ. Hasil uji reliabilitas dan pemeriksaan inkonsistensi jawaban juga menunjukkan adanya persoalan metodologis, terutama nilai reliabilitas yang rendah/negatif serta indikasi jawaban responden yang tidak konsisten, sehingga interpretasi hasil perlu dilakukan secara hati-hati. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi belum memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang optimal, terutama pada aspek efisiensi dan keandalan sistem. Prioritas perbaikan diarahkan pada peningkatan ketepatan notifikasi, keandalan verifikasi kode, sinkronisasi data paket, dan penyederhanaan alur pengambilan paket.
