Abstract

In today's digital era, network and server reliability are key factors in the smooth operation of an organization/institution. The Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP), as an institution that carries out government duties in the field of financial and development supervision, requires an efficient monitoring system to ensure the continuity of services and security of IT infrastructure to maintain the sustainability of the audit system, consultation, assistance, and evaluation of the results of supervision that will be reported to the President as Head of Government. The Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) requires a good network and server monitoring system to maintain the availability and performance of IT services. The problem faced is the lack of real-time visibility into the condition of the IT infrastructure, which can hinder early detection of system disruptions or anomalies. This research aims to design and implement a network and server monitoring system using Zabbix as an open-source solution that is able to monitor performance, availability, and provide automatic notifications when failures occur. The methods used include literature review, needs analysis, system architecture design, Zabbix Server and Agent implementation, and system testing in the BPKP environment. The implementation results show that Zabbix is capable of providing comprehensive data visualization, real-time monitoring, and an effective alert system. In conclusion, the implementation of Zabbix has successfully increased efficiency in IT infrastructure management at BPKP and can be used as a basis for developing broader monitoring for all BPKP representatives.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including the community management system at the most basic level, namely the Neighborhood Association (RT). Ideally, this technological advancement can be utilized to improve service efficiency, data transparency, and more effective communication between RT administrators and their residents. However, in reality, many RTs still implement traditional administrative systems, such as manual recording, information delivery through physical flyers, and non-computerized mail services. This is something the author observed directly in the Tanjung Lengkong RT environment, where the still-manual administrative process often causes several obstacles. If conditions like this continue, it is feared that it will give rise to more complex social problems in the future, such as a lack of public trust in RT administrators, minimal participation in environmental programs, and the potential for delays in the distribution of aid or important information from the government. This study discusses the design of a web-based community administration application using the Agile Scrum method. The development focus is directed at the need for an efficient and structured RT management system. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to describe the system implementation process and user responses to the developed system. The final result is a prototype of an RT administration application that can be used to support the digitalization process of public services.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have driven significant changes in various industrial sectors, including after-sales service. This development has driven the transformation of customer service towards a faster, more transparent, and digital-based approach. Kingsmith Store Sunter, a fitness equipment repair service provider, still uses a manual system for communicating service status to customers, resulting in delayed information, operational inefficiencies, and low customer satisfaction. This study aims to develop and analyze the implementation of a web-based service status monitoring information system to improve service efficiency and quality. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a single case study strategy. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database. Key features include service data input by the admin and real-time service status searches by customers via serial number (SN) without the need to log in. The results show that this system successfully improves service time efficiency, data recording accuracy, and information transparency. Customers can monitor service progress independently, while admins can manage data in a more structured and faster manner. This system also improves customer satisfaction and reduces the burden of manual communication. Thus, this information system is a practical solution to support the digitalization of after-sales services and can be adopted by similar service providers in other sectors.

Abstract

Daycare is a child care center (TPA) or childcare facility that is carried out in groups, usually held during regular working hours. Many parents are busy working outside the home, for parents who already have children will need help in caring for their children. Childcare Centers (TPA) become a means to replace family during periods when parents are working or other needs. Based on the questionnaire data obtained, it is known that parents have difficulty in finding childcare centers and information. Childcare centers are one form of early childhood education, where children will be cared for, looked after, and educated. However, the lack of information regarding Childcare Centers (TPA), many parents bring their children to their workplaces. These childcare centers are intended for parents who are busy working and have difficulty caring for their children. This study aims to build a Web-based application that can help parents in finding information about childcare centers. The design method used is the prototype method. This Web-based system and was tested using the Black Box testing method. The results of this study indicate that this system can help parents and childcare centers, and this system works according to the expected functions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi mobile berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) menggunakan Unity dan AR Foundation yang bertujuan memvisualisasikan rumah adat Indonesia secara interaktif dan menarik. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai nilai historis dan arsitektural rumah adat, serta menumbuhkan minat generasi muda terhadap warisan budaya lokal. Aplikasi ini dirancang agar dapat berfungsi tanpa koneksi jaringan, memanfaatkan package tools terbaru yang disediakan oleh Unity. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yang mencakup tahapan konsep, perancangan, pengumpulan bahan, pembuatan, pengujian, dan distribusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan mampu menampilkan rumah adat dalam bentuk 3D secara akurat dan dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh pengguna. Evaluasi pengguna menunjukkan respons positif terhadap penggunaan aplikasi ini dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan apresiasi terhadap rumah adat Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance PT Maspion's marketing strategy effectiveness by clustering customers using the K-Means Clustering algorithm. By leveraging customer transaction data, this research successfully grouped customers into four clusters based on their purchasing patterns. Each cluster was analyzed to identify key characteristics and provide relevant marketing strategy recommendations, such as volume-based discounts, personalized services, and loyalty programs. The results indicate that implementing K-Means Clustering helps PT Maspion better understand customer needs, increase loyalty, and optimize company revenue. This study offers practical contributions to the company and enriches academic literature on the application of machine learning in marketing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi e-cuti berbasis web menggunakan framework CodeIgniter guna memfasilitasi proses pengajuan, persetujuan, dan manajemen cuti karyawan di The Krakatau Grand Ballroom. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dan Rapid Application Development (RAD) untuk memastikan pengembangan aplikasi yang efisien dan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Tahapan penelitian meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem menggunakan diagram UML (Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, dan Class Diagram), implementasi aplikasi dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, dan database MySQL, serta pengujian fungsional menggunakan metode Black Box Testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan karyawan, manajer, dan admin, dengan fitur utama seperti pengajuan cuti online, persetujuan cuti oleh manajer, dan manajemen data karyawan. Aplikasi ini juga meningkatkan efisiensi proses cuti, mengurangi risiko kehilangan data, dan memberikan transparansi informasi. Dengan demikian, aplikasi e-cuti ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk manajemen cuti yang lebih terintegrasi dan responsif.

Abstract

instansi pemerintah, termasuk Kantor FOLU di bawah Kementerian Kehutanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas jaringan internet di kantor tersebut menggunakan metode Quality of Service (QoS) dengan empat parameter utama: throughput, delay, jitter, dan packet loss. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pemantauan selama tiga hari menggunakan aplikasi Wireshark. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa parameter packet loss dan delay berada dalam kategori sangat bagus sesuai standar TIPHON, dengan nilai packet loss 0% dan delay rata-rata 5,05 ms. Sementara itu, throughput rata-rata sebesar 1299,67 Kbps dikategorikan bagus. Namun, nilai jitter menunjukkan kualitas yang buruk, dengan rata-rata di atas 500 ms, yang mengindikasikan ketidakstabilan transmisi data pada jaringan. Berdasarkan temuan ini, direkomendasikan peningkatan infrastruktur jaringan dan manajemen lalu lintas data untuk meningkatkan stabilitas koneksi, khususnya untuk aplikasi real-time seperti video conference. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi acuan perbaikan layanan internet bagi instansi pemerintah lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat mengotomatisasi proses pengelolaan surat masuk dan keluar di SMK Islam Said Na’um. Sistem pengelolaan surat yang sebelumnya masih bersifat manual menimbulkan berbagai kendala, seperti lambatnya pencatatan, kesulitan dalam pencarian arsip, dan potensi kebocoran data akibat penggunaan media yang kurang tepat. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Design Thinking yang terdiri dari lima tahap: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Melalui tahapan tersebut, aplikasi yang dikembangkan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna, meningkatkan efisiensi pencatatan, mempercepat akses arsip, serta menyediakan fitur notifikasi otomatis dan disposisi digital yang lebih aman. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa sistem mudah digunakan, berjalan stabil, dan efektif dalam mendukung proses administrasi surat secara lebih terstruktur dan aman. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan Design Thinking efektif dalam membangun sistem informasi yang berpusat pada kebutuhan pengguna dan relevan untuk diterapkan di institusi pendidikan.

Abstract

Abstract: Inventory information systems play an important role in supporting inventory management and ensuring smooth company operations. CV. Multi Sarana Packindo has implemented an inventory information system; however, several issues are still encountered in its implementation, such as discrepancies in stock data, delays in information updates, and a system interface that does not adequately support user needs. This study aims to evaluate the performance and quality of the inventory information system at CV. Multi Sarana Packindo using the PIECES Framework and McCall’s Software Quality Model. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The PIECES framework is used to assess the operational aspects of the system, while McCall’s model is applied to evaluate the technical quality of the software. The results indicate that the inventory information system has not yet operated optimally. The PIECES analysis reveals weaknesses in the performance, information, efficiency, and control aspects. Meanwhile, the McCall analysis shows low quality in terms of correctness, reliability, efficiency, and usability. Therefore, comprehensive improvements to both the system and business processes are required to enhance the effectiveness and accuracy of inventory management. Keywords: Inventory Information System, PIECES Framework, McCall’s Software Quality Model, System Evaluation, Software Quality Abstrak: Sistem informasi inventory berperan penting dalam mendukung pengelolaan persediaan dan kelancaran operasional perusahaan. CV. Multi Sarana Packindo telah menerapkan sistem informasi inventory, namun dalam pelaksanaannya masih ditemukan permasalahan seperti ketidaksesuaian data stok, keterlambatan pembaruan informasi, serta antarmuka sistem yang kurang mendukung kebutuhan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dan kualitas sistem informasi inventory pada CV. Multi Sarana Packindo menggunakan PIECES Framework dan McCall’s Software Quality Model. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. PIECES digunakan untuk menilai aspek operasional sistem, sedangkan model McCall digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas teknis perangkat lunak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi inventory belum berjalan secara optimal. Analisis PIECES mengungkap adanya kelemahan pada aspek performance, information, efficiency, dan control, sementara analisis McCall menunjukkan rendahnya kualitas pada aspek correctness, reliability, efficiency, dan usability. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perbaikan menyeluruh pada sistem dan proses bisnis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan akurasi pengelolaan persediaan.
