Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi di masa kini yang semakin berkembang pesat berpengaruh pada keefektifan, kemajuan, dan kepraktisan bagi pelajar dalam mempelajari bahasa baru. Pada studi kasus ini, lembaga kursus Shimeta Education Center Palembang yang memiliki bahasa Jepang sebagai salah satu mata pelajarannya belum memiliki perangkat lunak yang dapat membantu keefektifan siswa dalam mempermudah mengingat hurur-huruf Jepang yang tentu sangat baik apabila ada suatu metode yang dapat membantu para murid pada lembaga kursus ini mengingat huruf-huruf tersebut dengan cara yang menyenangkan serta efektif. Dengan ini dibuatlah game yang dapat membantu para murid mengingat huruf-huruf Jepang tersebut dengan cara yang menarik serta efektif. Pada game diterapkan sebuah algoritma pengacak fisher-yates shuffle pada soal yang berguna untuk mengacak soal-soal yang ada pada game agar game memiliki tantangan dikarenakan soal-soal yang selalu berubah setiap saat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah game berhasil dibangun menggunakan Unity3D dan algoritma fisher-yates shuffle berhasil diterapkan pada game serta 96,7% responden merasa senang setelah bermain game ini.

Abstract

Dunia yang mengglobal sangat bergantung pada kemajuan teknologi untuk berbagi informasi, dengan gambar sebagai bahasa universal yang dapat menyampaikan lebih banyak makna daripada kata-kata. Gambar digital, seperti .*.PNG, .png, .jpg, .gif, dan .pcx, diproduksi menggunakan teknologi kamera yang canggih, tetapi membutuhkan penyimpanan memori yang besar dan kapasitas media penyimpanan yang terbatas. Kompresi gambar adalah teknik yang mengurangi ukuran foto digital sebelum menyimpan atau memindahkannya ke media penyimpanan. Metode Huffman adalah salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk kompresi lossless, memastikan tidak ada data yang hilang selama proses kompresi, sehingga tidak ada penurunan kualitas gambar. Aplikasi yang ditulis dalam bahasa pemrograman Java berbasis desktop ini menggunakan metode huffman untuk menyandikan gambar menggunakan kode panjang variabel, dengan simbol dengan probabilitas tinggi menerima kode terpendek dan simbol dengan probabilitas rendah menerima kode terpanjang.

Abstract

Pelatihan pembelajaran gerbang logika dilakukan guna mengembangkan maupun meningkatkan mata pelajaran Sistem Komputer yang sudah ada di kurikulum SMK Xaverius Palembang. Tujuan pelatihan pembelajaran gerbang logika adalah memberikan pembelajaran gerbang logika AND, OR, NOT, NAND, NOR, XOR dan XNOR sebagai media pembelajaran bagi peserta didik TKJ SMK Xaverius Palembang untuk memperdalam ilmu dan wawasan baru guna meningkatkan mata pelajaran di kurikulum dan mempersiapkan dalam dunia kerja. Prosedur pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan dengan 4 tahap yakni koordinasi dengan sekolah, persiapan pelaksanaan pelatihan, pelatihan gerbang logika, evaluasi dan laporan. Pelaksanaan pelatihan diselenggarakan pada tanggal 4 April 2024 hari Kamis mulai jam 09.15 sampai 12.15 di ruang kelas SMK Xaverius Palembang dengan jumlah peserta didik 32 orang. Hasil pembelajaran gerbang logika dari post-test menyatakan bahwa rata-rata 93,86 % peserta didik sangat menguasai dan juga memahami materi gerbang logika. Bukti tersebut dapat dilihat pada hasil pre-test secara keseluruhan rata-ratanya hanya sebesar 71,42 %. Peserta didik juga bisa mempraktikkan setiap rangkaian gerbang logika dan mensimulasikan kesesuaian dengan tabel kebenaran gerbang logika menggunakan aplikasi Electronics Workbench. Hal ini menandakan bahwa pelatihan pembelajaran gerbang logika mempunyai dampak yang sangat signifikan akan pengetahuan yang baru dan memperdalam wawasan serta ilmu bagi peserta didik kelas X jurusan TKJ SMK Xaverius Palembang.

Abstract

Abstract. Saint Mary’s Orphanage Pasang Surut is located in the Banyuasin Region of South Sumatra. The problem encountered today is the recording of financial statements that are simple using books and there are rooms that have not been used optimally. There is a need to redesign the room to fulfill the creativity of orphanage children. There are no human resources in the Panti who have the competence to create creative space designs. The solution to this problem is to conduct training activities on financial report making and creation of creative designs to optimize the use of one of the in-room spaces. The activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of the institution manager and produce creative space design. The results of the activity are an increased understanding of financial reports and the use of Microsoft Office Excel to create business financial statements. The results of other activities are creative space design that is in line with the expectations of the institution manager.Keyword : Orphanage, Financial Report, Creative Room Abstrak. Panti Asuhan St. Maria Pasang Surut terletak di Daerah Banyuasin Sumatera Selatan. Permasalahan yang ditemui saat ini adalah pencatatan laporan keuangan yang sederhana menggunakan buku dan ada ruangan yang belum digunakan secara optimal. Ada kebutuhan untuk mendesain ulang ruangan untuk pemenuhan kreativitas anak-anak panti. Belum ada sumber daya manusia di Panti yang memiliki kompetensi untuk membuat desain ruang kreatif. Solusi dari masalah tersebut adalah dilakukan kegiatan pelatihan mengenai pembuatan laporan keuangan dan pembuatan desain kreatif untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan salah satu ruang dipanti. Kegiatan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dari pengelola panti dan menghasilkan desain ruang kreatif. Hasil kegiatan adanya peningkatan pemahaman tentang laporan keuangan dan pemanfaatan Microsoft Office Excel untuk membuat laporan keuangan usaha. Hasil kegiatan lainnya adalah desain ruang kreatif yang sesuai dengan harapan pengelola panti.Kata Kunci : Panti Asuhan, Laporan Keuangan, Ruang Kreatif

Abstract

The Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) issued Circular Letter Number 15 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Organizing Learning from Home in an Emergency for the Spread of Covid-19. This causes the learning process that should be done face-to-face, being changed to online. Students must study from home and carry out the online thesis guidance process. Some of the difficulties experienced by students during direct mentoring, namely the difficulty of meeting lecturers who are busy teaching or doing assignments from institutions, besides that students who come from outside the city have to go back and forth just to meet the supervisor.. One of the ways to solve this problem is by applying technology.   Currently there is web technology that can be used to easily develop applications, namely the concept of a framework approach. With the existence of an online-based application which is the role of current technological developments, it will make the thesis guidance process carried out by lecturers and students more flexible. Students are able to carry out the guidance process anywhere and anytime.

Abstract

Mobile Legends is a popular mobile game, but many users express complaints about their gaming experience. This study aims to analyze user complaints’ sentiment using the K-Means Clustering method to group data based on similar complaint patterns. The data was collected from user reviews on the Google Play Store. The results indicate that the K-Means method effectively categorizes complaints into major issues such as connection problems, in-game bugs, and character imbalance. This analysis helps developers identify key user concerns and improve the gaming experience.

Abstract

Unorganised employee data management can hamper the company's operational efficiency and increase the risk of recording errors. This research develops a Laravel 11-based Employee Data Management System to overcome these problems. Laravel 11 was chosen because of its scalable and efficient architecture in modern web application development. The system was designed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to accelerate the development process through iteration and continuous feedback. A MySQL database was used to ensure efficient data management. This web-based system allows administrators to record, access, and analyse employee data in real-time with a higher level of accuracy. Test results show that the system improves data management efficiency, reduces recording errors, and increases transparency in human resource management. With this system, companies can optimise productivity and support data-driven decision-making.

Abstract

In the current era of digital development, an internal quality assurance system (SPMI) is essential to improve the quality of education. However, the manual methods still used are often inefficient and prone to errors, and this research aims to develop a digital-based SPMI system to improve data management as well as quality evaluation. The rapid application development (RAD) method used in this project enables rapid and iterative system development. Digitalization of quality standard documents, evaluation data management, and monitoring dashboard are the main features of the developed system. Test results show that the system can improve the efficiency of the quality assurance process by improving data integration and reducing manual work. With this system, it is expected to be able to conduct better quality monitoring and evaluation and become a model for other institutions for SPMI digitization.

Abstract

Mental health issues among individuals, particularly in counseling contexts, require practical tools to understand and address emotional states. This study explores the application of machine learning models for emotion detection in mental health counseling conversations, focusing on four algorithms: Bernoulli Naive Bayes, Decision Tree, Logistic Regression, and Random Forest. The dataset, derived from transcribed counseling sessions, underwent preprocessing, including stemming, stopword removal, and TF-IDF vectorization to create structured inputs for classification. Emotional categories such as "Depresi" (Depression), "Kecewa" (Dissapointed), "Senang" (Happy), "Bingung" (Confused) and "Stres" (Stress) were analyzed to evaluate model performance. Results indicated that Logistic Regression achieved the highest accuracy at 82%, showcasing its reliability and scalability, followed closely by Random Forest with 81%, demonstrating robustness in handling complex data structures. Bernoulli Naive Bayes performed competitively at 80%, excelling in computational efficiency, while Decision Tree recorded the lowest accuracy at 70%, reflecting its limitations in managing overlapping features and high-dimensional data. These findings highlight the potential of machine learning in addressing the increasing demand for scalable mental health support tools. The study underscores the importance of model selection, balanced datasets, and feature engineering to improve classification accuracy. Future work includes developing AI-driven chatbots for real-time emotion detection and integrating multimodal data to enhance interpretability. This research contributes to advancing automated solutions for mental health care, offering new pathways for timely and personalized interventions.

Abstract

Detecting malicious JavaScript remains a persistent challenge in cybersecurity, particularly as obfuscation techniques become more sophisticated. This study presents a dual-model detection framework that separates the analysis of obfuscation from malicious behavior to enhance precision. The first model detects obfuscated scripts using 20 features, including entropy, string ratios, and syntax. The second model classifies malicious code based on 92 features, incorporating outputs from the first model and semantically meaningful strings reconstructed using a novel technique called atomic search. Both models utilize the random forest algorithm and are trained on balanced datasets of labeled JavaScript samples. Experimental results demonstrate high performance, with the obfuscation model achieving 99.1% accuracy and the malicious detection model reaching 99.52%. The proposed approach provides a scalable and effective solution for detecting hidden threats in modern web environments by clearly addressing obfuscation and incorporating semantic reconstruction.
