Abstract

Rumah Sakit merupakan sebuah institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang menyediakan dan memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. RSUD Cilacap merupakan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah milik Kabupaten Cilacap yang merupakan Rumah Sakit terbesar di Daerah Cilacap. Seiring bertambahnya jumlah populasi manusia dan keadaan perekonomian yang semakin maju, maka tingkat  kesadaran masyarakat terhadap kesehatan semakin meningkat. Maka diperlukan sebuah metode untuk memprediksi jumlah kunjungan pasien pada RSUD Cilacap. Perkiraan jumlah kunjungan pasien merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi pihak Rumah Sakit, karena dapat digunakan untuk membantu pihak dari manajemen Rumah Sakit dalam melakukan sebuah perencanaan serta mengambil suatu kebijakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil prediksi jumlah kunjungan pasien pada RSUD Cilacap menggunakan metode regresi linier. Metode regresi linier merupakan metode yang terdiri dari satu atau lebih variabel independen yang biasa dengan notasi X dan satu variabel respon yang bisa diwakili dengan Y. Pada penelitian ini Metode prediksi regresi linier dapat menghasilkan prediksi dengan beberapa kriteria nilai error MAPE, dimana terdapat 26 model prediksi regresi linier yang memiliki nilai error kurang dari 20% artinya mempunyai akurasi sebesar 80%. Kemudian terdapat 3 model prediksi regresi linier yang masuk dalam kategori buruk yaitu nilai errornya lebih dari 50%. Dan terdapat 1 model prediksi regresi linier yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup atau mempunyai nilai error sebesar 20% sampai 50%.

Abstract

Graphic design is a rapidly growing field with plenty of career opportunities for those who have an interest and talent in this area. However, vocational high school students often face difficulties in developing graphic design skills and using graphic design software like Corel Draw. Therefore, this community engagement activity aims to provide solutions to the challenges faced by vocational high school students in learning graphic design. This community engagement activity consists of several stages, including observation, socialization with partners, creating a module for Corel Draw usage, content creation training, training evaluation, and overall engagement results evaluation. Through this initiative, it is hoped that vocational high school students will gain access and opportunities to attend graphic design training, receive clear guidance on applying graphic design software, stimulate their interest and enthusiasm for learning graphic design, and provide motivation and support for them to pursue a career as professional graphic designers. The results of this activity will enable participants to observe the improvement in graphic design skills among vocational high school students and help them prepare for entering the workforce or continuing their studies in graphic design. Therefore, this activity is expected to provide significant benefits for vocational high school students in developing graphic design skills and pursuing a career as skilled graphic designers.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine how Islamic work ethics, leadership, and organizational culture affect employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. The study employs quantitative methods and surveys 103 employees from three Islamic banks in Purwokerto. The participants were chosen through purposive sampling, and primary data was gathered via online questionnaires. The data analysis method employed is SEM-PLS. The study findings show the acceptance of all hypotheses. Islamic work ethics, along with Islamic organizational culture and leadership, demonstrate a substantial influence on job satisfaction. Additionally, the influence of Islamic work ethics, organizational culture, and leadership on employee performance is channeled through job satisfaction as a mediating factor. This research includes job satisfaction variables as mediators, which implies that organizations can enhance employee performance through effective human resource management.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi UMKM “Bunda Madani” yang berada di Desa Panembangan, Cilongok, Kabupaten Banyumas melalui pendampingan dalam menerapkan strategi digital marketing. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan di laboratorium komputer Universitas Amikom Purwokerto. Pada saat pelatihan, peserta langsung praktik mengaplikasikan akun Instagramnya untuk membuat iklan yang menarik, memasarkan produk yang telah dihasilkan agar semakin luas pangsa pasarnya sehingga lebih banyak dikenal masyarakat luas. Kegiatan kepada masyarakat ini menghasilkan: (a) UMKM Bunda Madani menerapkan Instagram untuk pemasaran produknya yang awalnya hanya menggunakan pemasaran secara offline; (b) Hasil pemasaran melalui Instagram mampu meningkatkan jumlah reviewer dan penjualan produk.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze and discover the communication style of nurses and patients in health services at the West Purwokerto Health Center, as well as the barriers encountered in communication between nurses and patients and solutions to overcome communication barriers in health care. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected via observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and literature reviews. The theory of social penetration was employed. According to the study's findings, the communication style between nurses and patients at the West Purwokerto Health Center was face-to-face with the stages of social penetration. The communication is started from ordinary to more intimate relations (self-disclosure). The communication style used by nurses and patients is patient-centered health care. Obstacles are encountered, such as the patient's character, which can be temperamental at times, and physical factors (patients with hearing loss), which can lead to misunderstandings. The nurse's solution is to re-explain in simpler language, provide patients with more understanding, and use non-verbal communication

Abstract

Tim Dosen Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Amikom Purwokerto, yang dipimpin oleh Dekan Dr. Eng. Imam Tahyudin, MM, mengadakan Bootcamp Kewirausahaan Berbasis Mahasiswa (KBM) pada 3-4 September 2024 di Homestay Cikalima, Desa Karangsalam, Baturraden. Narasumber yang memberi worksop yaitu Ketua Aspikmas Banyumas dan perwakilan dari BI Purwokerto serta DPMPTSP Banyumas. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra masih belum paham cara melakukan scale up usaha, masih belum ada pencatatan keuangan usaha dan aspek legal usaha.  Bootcamp ini dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra dengan memberikan motivasi dan membekali mahasiswa dengan materi trik dan tips scale up usaha, pelatihan aplikasi SiApik untuk pengelolaan keuangan dan praktek pembuatan badan hukum usaha. Tujuan diadakan bootcamp ini supaya mahasiwa dapat melakukan scale up usahanya, pencatatan laporan keuangan rapi dan legalitas usaha bisa dimiliki oleh mahasiswa. Hasil dari bootcamp berupa soft skill startegi dalam peningkatan omzet, mahasiswa mencatat hasil usahanya di aplikasi SiApik dan legalitas usaha mahasiswa terdaftar badan hukum berupa PT perseorangan. Program ini diikuti 20 mahasiswa dari Universitas Amikom Purwokerto dan Universitas Muhammadiyah Kudus. Program ini diharapkan dapat mencetak lima wirausahawan baru setiap tahun, terkonversi nilai maksimal 20 SKS. Lima usaha baru telah terbentuk dari peserta, termasuk Mealcaf, Polaeh Marchandise, Satgaz, Remuk.in, dan VR 360 Indonesia.

Abstract

Tepung Mocaf merupakan tepung dari singkong yang dimodifikasi dengan proses fermentasi menggunakan bakteri asam laktat (BAL).Jawa Tengah menempati posisi ketiga sebagai sentra komoditas singkong terbesar di Indonesia. Di Jawa Tengah selain di Kabupaten Banjarnegara, Kabupaten Banyumas termasuk penyumbang penghasil singkong terbanyak, salah satunya Desa Pangebatan Kecamatan Karanglewas Penggunaan tepung mocaf memiliki banyak keunggulan dibanding tepung terigu. Akan tetapi masyarakat masih kurang paham apa itu tepung mocaf Metode Pengabdian Metode yang dilakukan dengan memberi penyuluhan secara teori atau materi tentang cara mengolah singkong menjadi tepung mocaf dan mengolah tepung mocaf menjadi beberapa aneka makanan seperti mie, brownies, cookies, cupcake, muffin, egg rolls. Indicator Keberhasilan. Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan serta penerapan teknologi inovasi telah berhasil dilaksanakan, karena mitra telah berhasil reorganisasi dan membuat olahan tepung mocaf. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berfokus kepada penanganan masalah nilai harga jual singkong yang cenderung murah khususnya Kabupaten Banyumas merupakan termasuk penyumbang penghasil singkong terbanyak, salah satunya Desa Pangebatan Kecamatan Karanglewas, dan sekaligus juga untuk mengembangkan kelompok kerja UP2K (Usaha Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga) bagian dari tim PKK desa pangebatan Berdasarkan kegiatan pengabdian kosabangsa yang dilakukan di Desa Pangebatan dapat disimpulkan Program ini meningkatkan keterampilan dan pemahaman masyarakat Desa Pangebatan dalam memproduksi dan memasarkan produk pangan alternatif, seperti produk berbasis tepung mocaf, yang menjadi pengganti tepung terigu

Abstract

This study aims to provide a better understanding of how transformational leadership and variations of work methods can be used effectively in the logistics industry, as well as provide practical guidance for leaders and managers to improve the performance of their organizations. The research design in this study generally adopts a quantitative research approach. It is an explanatory study that aims to test all proposed hypotheses, building on previous research and literature. In addition, this study seeks to explain the relationship and influence between research variables (transformational leadership, and variations in work methods with organizational performance). Furthermore, the sampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling, which is considered capable of providing valuable and reliable insights to obtain potential information. The sampling design uses a purposive sampling approach, namely the selection of samples based on certain criteria. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between Transformational Leadership and Variations in Work Methods. There is no significant relationship between Variation of Work Methods and Organizational Performance. Although there is no significant relationship in this test, this does not mean that the relationship between the variables does not exist at all. Other factors not measured in this study may influence the relationship between Transformational Leadership, Variation of Work Methods, and Organizational Performance.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to see the effect of motivation, competence, and remuneration on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT XYZ cargo division. Research Methodology: The method used in this study was descriptive quantitative. The sample consisted of 86 employees. Census was used as the sampling technique. Primary and secondary data were used in this study. The analysis tool used in this study was SmartPLS. The tests carried out in this study included the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Inner Model Test, Outer Model Test, and Hypothesis Test. Results: The results of the research conducted at PT XYZ in the cargo sector include the following: 1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; 2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; 3) Remuneration has no positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction; 4) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 5) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 6) Remuneration has no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance; 7) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 8) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction; 9) Competence has a ,positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction; and 10) Remuneration has no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Conclusions: The study at PT XYZ (cargo sector) concludes that motivation and competence significantly and positively affect both job satisfaction and employee performance, both directly and through job satisfaction. In contrast, remuneration shows no significant positive effect on job satisfaction or employee performance, either directly or indirectly. Limitations: This study's focus on specific companies limits generalizability, and potential bias may arise from self-reported data. Its cross-sectional design restricts causal inferences. Future studies should consider mixed methods to obtain deeper insights. Contribution: This study contributes to the understanding of employee performance and job satisfaction in cargo companies, with a focus on motivation, competence, and remuneration factors.

Abstract

Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, kami mengajukan untuk memberikan pelatihan pemasaran secara digital, melalui Instagram yang saat ini berada diposisi puncak media sosial yang digunakan masyarakat untuk promosi. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan di laboratorium komputer Universitas Amikom Purwokerto. Pada saat pelatihan, peserta langsung praktik mengaplikasikan akun Instagramnya untuk membuat iklan yang menarik, memasarkan produk yang telah dihasilkan agar semakin luas pangsa pasarnya sehingga lebih banyak dikenal masyarakat luas.
