Abstract

Abstract: Feature selection is a crucial process that is very important to improve the performance of machine learning models, in accordance with data preprocessing. The feature selection process can be considered as a global combinatorial optimization problem in machine learning, which reduces the number of features, eliminates irrelevant data, and produces acceptable classification accuracy. The purpose of this study is to predict or determine the results of the electrical installation operation feasibility test based on data and obtain attribute selection features, and obtain accuracy level results. The Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) approach is used to select the right characteristics to determine the results of the electrical installation operation feasibility test because attribute selection is needed in data analysis, because the PSO method will increase accuracy than just SVM in determining attribute selection. If SVM is used with PSO, the accuracy value is 96% and AUC is 0.994%, while the SVM method produces an accuracy level of 94.89% and AUC of 0.994%. With this finding, the accuracy value increases by 2%, making it a very good categorization category. It has been proven that the use of Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) based algorithms can improve and improve results.            Keywords: PSO; SVM; Certification Abstrak: Pemilihan fitur merupakan proses krusial yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja model machine learning, sesuai dengan praproses data. Proses pemilihan fitur dapat dianggap sebagai masalah optimasi kombinatorial global dalam pembelajaran mesin, yang mengurangi jumlah fitur, menghilangkan data yang tidak relevan, dan menghasilkan akurasi klasifikasi yang dapat diterima. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memprediksi atau menentukan hasil uji kelayakan operasi instalasi listrik berdasarkan data dan memperoleh fitur pemilihan atribut, serta memperoleh hasil tingkat akurasi. Pendekatan Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) digunakan untuk memilih karakteristik yang tepat untuk menentukan hasil uji kelayakan operasi instalasi listrik karena pemilihan atribut diperlukan dalam analisis data, karena metode PSO akan meningkatkan akurasi dari pada hanya SVM dalam menentukan pemilihan atribut. Jika SVM digunakan dengan PSO, nilai akurasinya adalah 96% dan AUC sebesar 0,994%, sedangkan metode SVM menghasilkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 94,89% dan AUC sebesar 0,994%. Dengan temuan ini, nilai akurasi meningkat sebesar 2%, menjadikannya kategori kategorisasi yang sangat baik. Telah terbukti bahwa penggunaan algoritma berbasis Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) dapat meningkatkan dan memperbaiki hasil. Kata kunci: PSO; SVM; Sertifikasi

Abstract

An application that is common nowadays in many institutions, service companies that use it, because information technology is developing so quickly. The aim of this paper is to implement the use of accounting applications to reduce errors in recording large amounts of financial reporting at PT. A True Business Friend. As for PT. Sejati Business Friends really needs a change in the information system to support and make it easier for finance employees to work. For this reason, we created an implementation regarding a financial recording system using an accounting-based application at PT. True Business Friends which until now has not been computerized. So there are many obstacles faced by PT. True Business Friends in financial reporting where there are often differences in the amount of income and financial expenditure which can be detrimental to PT. A True Business Friend. So, to overcome the problems above, we suggest that there is a need for changes in managing PT's financial system. A True Business Friend. Namely implementing Zahir Accounting version 5.1 to support operations, especially in recording large amounts of finance in financial management. Abstract

Dental and oral disease is one of the diseases that has been felt by most of the people. Insufficient information and the limited level of public awareness of the prevention of dental and oral diseases make the impact quite dangerous if not handled properly. An appropriate information system is needed in overcoming and providing solutions for handling a disease as early as possible. Expert systems can be used as a means of information on the treatment of dental and oral diseases. The manufacture of the expert system in this study initially used the forward chaining method, which is a method that searches based on information that is made into a set of rules so as to get a conclusion. However, after re-analysis, two other methods, namely certainty factor and dempster shafer, were also applied in this study with the aim of overcoming the shortcomings of the forward chaining method, one of which is uncertainty in producing a conclusion or diagnosis of disease. Determining the type of dental and oral disease can be known by looking at the symptoms experienced by the patient. The use of an expert system for diagnosing dental and oral diseases can be used as an initial solution in helping someone to treat the disease. The existence of this expert system can be used as consideration in making decisions to determine the type of dental and oral disease quickly, precisely and accurately.

Abstract

Yayasan Alqi Ceria Kota Bogor sebuah yayasan yang membantu anak-anak asuh dari berbagai latar belakang budaya, sosial, dan ekonomi. Saat ini, anak-anak binaan di yayasan ini telah menunjukkan minat dan potensi yang luar biasa dalam teknologi informasi. Tujuan dari pemanfaatan Lynk ID yaitu memungkinkan pengguna mengakses kontak, marketplace, media sosial, dan website dengan satu tautan. Dikarenakan yayasan tersebut memiliki beberapa bidang usaha UMKM, namun ada permasalahan untuk memasarkan hasil dari kerajinan anak-anak binaan. Maka dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk menigkatkan literasi digital terhadap anak-anak binaan kami memperkenalkan lynk.id yaitu platform tautan dinamis yang menawarkan berbagai cara untuk menghasilkan uang, terutama bagi kreator konten dan pemilik bisnis. Penggunanya dapat membuat tautan ke berbagai situs web, media sosial, atau produk digital, sehingga dapat mengakses berbagai informasi dan melakukan transaksi. Selain itu dapat meningkatkan penjualan hasil dari kerajianan anak-anak binaan Yayasan. Hasilnya pengguna hanya perlu mengikuti satu link untuk mengakses semua kontak, platform media sosial, dan platform penjualan saja yang menjadikan lebih efisien dalam pemasaran.
