Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) To know the income of corn farmer farmers between the perfect soil system with TOT system in OKU Timur Regency, (2) To know the comparison of management of maize plant between the perfect soil system and the system (TOT) in Kabupaten OKU Timur, (3) To determine the feasibility level of corn cultivation business between a perfect soil system and TOT system in East OKU Regency. This research was conducted in OKU Timur Regency. This research was conducted in April 2015 until June 2015 with a survey method focused on corn farming practices with either a groundless (TOT) system or a perfect soil system in East OKU district. This study found that the average cost of production for the management of corn business activities with the system Without Sports Land (TOT) of Rp. 11.296.925, - / yr, with a flat fee of Rp. 1.088.896, - / Thn, and variable cost of Rp. 10.208.029, - / yr. Receipt is Rp. 29.139.583, - / Thn then the revenue is Rp. 17,842,658, - / yr (Rp 5,947,553, - / MT or Rp 1,486,888, - / bln). While the average cost of production on corn management business activities with a perfect tillage system of Rp. 12.998.688, - / yr, with a fixed fee of Rp. 1.086.254, - / yr, and variable cost of Rp. 11.912.434, - / yr. While the revenue is Rp. 31.819.792, - / Thn then the income is obtained by Rp. 18.821.104, - / yr (Rp 6.273.701, - / MT or Rp 1,568,425, - / month). The comparative value of corn management business with the landless (TOT) system is Rp. 17.842.658, - / MT. While on the management of corn with a perfect soil system is Rp. 18.821.104, - / MT obtained from the final difference with the cost of production. Thus, there is a difference in income of Rp. 978.446, - / MT (Rp 244,611, - / Month). The management of maize with Soil Extract (TOT) and perfect soil system in East OKU Regency can be said to be profitable and feasible, because the average value is obtained R / C Ratio 2.58 which means> 1 then the business is considered profitable, and Also obtained the value of B / C Ratio 1.58 which means> 0, then the business declared feasible

Abstract

This study aims to develop an electronic book-based learning media to support the teaching of electrical engineering drawing in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Four-D model (excluding the dissemination stage), the learning media was evaluated by material experts, media experts, and tested with students. The evaluation results show that the learning media achieved an average feasibility score of 91.1% from material experts, 85% from media experts, and 87.1% from students, all categorized as "very good." Based on these findings, the electronic book-based learning media is deemed appropriate to be used as a supplementary tool for the Electrical Engineering Drawing course. This media is expected to enhance students' learning interest through the integration of multimedia elements such as text, images, videos, and animations within a single digital platform.

Abstract

Primary Shave Weight or often called roller is one component of the Continuously Variable Transmission system on the ESP 150 CC automatic motor which is often damaged, both wear and crack or break. Wear and tear is a phenomenon of loss of material from its surface to another or the movement of material on a surface or surface displacement with the passage of time over time this wear will cause damage to the roller rubbing against each other. To understand the life of roller components, it needs to be studied further. In the field of tribiology studies of the phenomenon of friction, wear on two objects that are in contact. This affects the life of a component, especially those that move in fast conditions with the level of loading, the process of wear due to contact becomes three parts, which include material, environment, operating conditions and geometry of the surface of the wear object. To quickly determine the condition of wear, a tribometer pin on disk test equipment is needed, this tool is used to test round roller components and Continuously Variable Transmission sliding roller ESP 150 CC, where the material is PTFE. The design of the surface contact mechanism in the radial direction so that the disk can rotate and this test equipment is given a speed of 1000, 2000, 3000 Rpm with of loading of 3 kg. Tests are carried out experimentally to determine the occurrence of wear, from the initial conditions to continuous conditions. The results show that the tribometer pin on disk test equipment is feasible to use to determine the damage parameters that occur. By looking at the weight of the roller that is reduced due to friction

Abstract

A dryer cabinet that functions to reduce the moisture content of substances/materials until you get low moisture content results. This drying process separates some of the liquid substances that are in a substance/material until the liquid content is reduced. In the industrial sector, especially home industries/MSMEs, dryers are very useful if the land for the drying process using sunlight is very limited, because dryers are more efficient in time and place. Especially with the addition of heat emitted by the hair dryer, it makes the drying process more efficient. The drying cabinet that we tested has a multifunction in terms of the drying process indoors or outdoors, depending on the placement of the Outdoor AC. This dryer cabinet is also a medium for using waste heat from outdoor air conditioning to minimize wasted heat. Therefore, the existence of outdoor air conditioning, ducting, drying cabinets, and the addition of hair dryers can help ease the drying process in the home industry.

Abstract

The purpose of the design of a cyclone dust filter system for biomass pyrolysis is as an alternative to improve the work yield of the biomass pyrolysis process. The cyclone functions as a filter for char and dust with gas produced after the pyrolysis process in the reactor tube, before being forwarded to the condenser and motor. The results of data analysis show that the biomass pyrolysis testing process with the addition of a cyclone dust filter system, the conclusion obtained is that with the addition of this cyclone dust filter system, the results of the biomass pyrolysis process obtained are even better, because the gas that is still mixed with char and dust will be filtered in this process. The test results using wood shavings, corn cobs, and rice husks also showed improvements compared to without using a cyclone dust filter system
