Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan sebuah indicator yang perlu di pupuk keberadaanya dalam upaya meningkatkan dan mendukung program percepatan pembangunan kemandirian desa, dalam acuan kerangkan pembangunan secara nasional masyarakat desa menjadi leading sector perkembangan desa disuatu daerah. Desa segunung merupakan desa yang sangat besar potensinya untuk bisa menjadi desa mandiri, karena di desa tersebut banyak sekali pelaku UMKM yang bisa dikembangkan dan menjadi unsur keberhasilan pendukung desa mandiri. Problem yang terjadi setelah TIM melakukan Analisa situasi di lingkungan desa Segunung, disimpulkan adanya tingkat pemahaman terkait fungsi dan manfaat desa mandiri yang belum di fahami secara Bersama baik apparat maupun masyarakat melalui perwakilan UMKMnya. Oleh karenanya diputuskanlah oleh TIM pengabdian untuk melakukan penbinaan pada masyarakat guna melakukan rintisan dan embrio kegiatan agar masyarakat dan apparat desa Segunung segera bangun dan bangkit untuk menyongsong persaingan secara global dari berbagai sector kegiatan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan sangat diterima dengan antusias oleh masyarakat dan pemerintahan desa, hal ini berdampak pada kegiatan yang sangat sukses dan mengakibatkan tingkat pemahaan masyarakat akan adanya suatu perubahan yang mengarah pada kemandirian desa juga semakin nyata.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisa efektivitas dan kontribusi penerimaan pajak daerah serta retribusi daerah terhadap PAD Provinsi Bali periode 2016-2020. Metode penelitian berupa analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan data target dan realisasi pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah serta PAD Provinsi Bali periode 2016-2020. Data penelitian yaitu data sekunder dari web resmi Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan, Kementerian Keuangan. Hasil penelitian adalah rata-rata persentase efektivitas dan kontribusi pajak daerah terhadap PAD Provinsi Bali periode 2016-2020 sebesar 97.11% dengan kriteria efektif dan 85.55% dengan kriteria sangat baik berkontribusi, rata-rata efektivitas dan kontribusi retribusi daerah terhadap PAD Provinsi Bali periode 2016-2020 sebesar 84.84% dengan kriteria cukup efektif dan 1.20% dengan kriteria sangat kurang berkontribusi.

Abstract

Pemahaman Guru IPA dan Praktik Implementasi Pembelajaran IPA berbasis STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)  guru masih kurang. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mendampingi guru disekolah memproduksi perangkat pembelajaran berbasis Low-Carbon STEM untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPA ramah lingkungan. Low-Carbon STEM adalah perangkat pembelajaran yang dikemas berdasarkan sintaks Engineering Design Process (Define, Learn, Plan, Try, Test, and Decide) yang menerapkan konsep ramah lingkungan. Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan mitra dirancang untuk mendorong kemampuan siswa dalam memproduksi sesuatu yang baru yang dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi perkembangan pola pikir anak dalam pengintegrasian bidang STEM dan tentunya tetap menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini diharapkan guru dapat menerapkan Low Carbon STEM pada perangkat pembelajaran IPA di tingkat kelas yang lain dan ditularkan dalam ranah yang lebih luas seperti MGMP IPA. Metode yang dilaksanakan dimulai dengan kegiatan analisis kebutuhan mitra sekolah di Surakarta. Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan workshop materi Low Carbon STEM kepada guru sekolah mitra yang dipandu oleh ketua pengabdian. Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan praktik pembuatan perangkat pembelajaran Low Carbon STEM yang dipandu oleh semua tim pengabdi dan ditularkan guru mitra ke MGMP IPA. Metode akhir yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Deskriptif kualitatif didapatkan dari angket dan wawancara setelah pendampingan penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran Low Carbon STEM. Hasil angket dan wawancara disajikan dalam data deskriptif kualitatif.Kata kunci: Perangkat Pembelajaran IPA, Low-Carbon STEM

Abstract

The more stringent developments in business life, the more difficult it is for any company to maintain customer satisfaction from its competitors. For this reason, service quality is needed to retain consumers, not only service quality, price and promotion are also the most important things in retaining consumers. This study aims to identify the effect of service quality, price, and promotions significantly on customer satisfaction at Muliamart. The sample used was 100 respondents. The method used uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique, namely sampling with certain criteria. The analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS 2022. The results of this study indicate that Service Quality has a partial effect (3.636 > 1.988), Service Price has a partial effect (2.427 > 1.988), and Service Promotion has a partial effect of (3.422 > 1.988) t-count > t-table on Satisfaction. Meanwhile, service quality, price, and promotion have a simultaneous effect of (46,765 > 2,700) f-count > f-table on consumer satisfaction. the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.594 or equal to 59.4%. And the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Social media is one of the main digital marketing strategies used to promote business products, with the aim of obtaining maximum profits (Hidayat et al., 2022). Social media and digital technology are gradually changing the way companies market their own products (Fraccastoro et al., 2021). However, there are still many MSMEs that do not use online sales optimally when marketing their products. Likewise, the MSME "Rengas Jaya" Mojokerto in carrying out its product marketing activities already uses digital technology. To overcome this problem, the Service Team of the Faculty of Economics, Majapahit Islamic University designed a solution by providing assistance in preparing a Digital Marketing strategy so that partners understand what a good marketing management strategy is by utilizing social media.This has an impact on increasing sales at the MSME "Rengas Jaya" address Mejero Village, Mojoanayar District, Mojokerto Regency. It is hoped that through digital marketing assistance it will have an effect on increasing their income. The results obtained from this activity for partners are: Partners understand the promotion strategy via social media. Then, by implementing the promotion strategy via social media, partners can increase the number of customers and increase sales.

Abstract

There is a downturn in the business and financial world due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. This causes the need for an alternative form as a solution so that the products owned can still be marketed to consumers. Business people can do this by utilizing online marketing and digital branding to the fullest as a way of communication that can be done with consumers. This study aims to analyze how marketing and digital branding can be implemented during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is qualitative, with data obtained from various research results and previous studies that are still related. This study found that online marketing strategies and digital branding were effective enough to be carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, the implementation of online marketing and digital branding needs to be done optimally.

Abstract

With the existence of online marketing platforms such as TikTok stores that have a significant impact on people's lives and offer various sales features, digital development is currently expanding. Ummicha Store in Kalen Village, Dalanggu District, Mojokerto Regency, became the location of the study. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product design, online customer reviews, and marketing content on purchasing decisions at the Ummicha store. The sample in this study was 140 people, with four variables, namely Product Design (X3), Marketing Content (X1), Online Customer Review (X2), and Purchase Decision (Y1). The population of this study were customers or visitors to the Ummicha store in Kalen Village, Dalanggu District, Mojokerto Regency. The calculated F value of the study was 43.604, which is greater than the F table of 2.671 with a significance level of 5% and a significance level of 0.000. Therefore, it can be concluded that the variables Marketing Content, Online Customer Review, and Product Design on Purchasing Decisions have a significant influence on the purchasing decisions of Ummicha store customers. In the multiple linear regression analysis test of this study, the equation Y = 3.868 + 0.194 X1 + 0.466 X2 + 0.309 X3 was found. After the hypothesis was tested, it was found that purchasing decisions were significantly influenced by all independent variables with a significance value of less than 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how much influence brand trust and brand image have on purchasing decisions of Honda Scoopy motorcycles at PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Mojosari. This type of research is quantitative research. The data analysis used in this study is PLS (Partial Least Square). The population in this study were all consumers who had purchased a motorcycle at PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra. The sample of this research is 100 respondents calculated using the slovin formula. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The results of this study show that brand trust has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions for Honda Scoopy motorcycles at PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Mojosari. Brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions of Honda Scoopy motorcycles at PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Mojosari.

Abstract

The development of franchise businesses in the field of f&b is a form of human innovation and creativity as we live in modern times and this has led to high competition. This competition makes business actors implement marketing strategies with the aim of attracting consumers through purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of Marketing Mix and Service Quality on Purchase Decisions for Mixue beverage products in the Mojosari branch. This study used a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The data collection method used online questionnaires and used data processing tools in the form of IBM SPSS 26. The results showed that marketing mix and service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Mixue outlets Mojosari branch.

Abstract

Companies with high performance can plan various policies. Performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by a person in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to them. Humans as the wanting creature means that humans naturally have various desires and needs that will never run out. It is with this aim to fulfill the desires and needs that humans work. The purpose of this research is to find out whether motivation has a partial effect on employee performance at Pia Wijaya, to find out whether the work environment has a partial effect on employee performance at Pia Wijaya, to find out whether salary has a partial effect on employee performance at Pia Wijaya, to find out whether work discipline has a partial effect on employee performance at Pia Wijaya, to find out whether job satisfaction has a partial effect on employee performance at Pia Wijaya and to find out whether motivation, work environment, salary, work discipline, and job satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on employee performance . In this study, researchers used a type of quantitative research. The quantitative approach is an approach in research that uses numbers to analyze the relationship between variables (Sugiyono, 2014). The results in this study are that the significance value of X1 is 0.199 > 0.05, which means that X1 does not affect Y or motivation does not affect employee performance at PIA WIJAYA, the significance value of X2 is 0.530 > 0.05, which means that X2 does not affect Y or work environment has no effect on employee performance, the significance value of X3 is 0.793 > 0.05, which means that X3 has no effect on Y or salary has no effect on employee performance, the significance value of X4 is 0.275 > 0.05, which means that work discipline X4 has no effect on Y or work discipline has no effect on employee performance. The effect of job satisfaction on employee Y performance, the significance value of X5 is 0.914 > 0.05, which means that X5 has no effect on Y or job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance, a significance result of 0.735 which is greater than 0.05. Thus it can be concluded that there is no simultaneous influence of X1, X2, X3, X4 AND X5 on Y.
