Abstract

ABSTRACT Analysis of potential export value, labor force and local revenue to increase the performance of local revenue to know the level of efficiency and effectiveness of export value, labor force, and government revenue to the original revenue of Blora regency is done by quantitative approach that is data processing technique where data in the form of numbers are classified, compared and calculated by the relevant formulas. Research is ex post facto where in research activity with quantitative approach that study facts that exist in field. Based on the results of analysis and discussion in this study obtained conclusion 1) Factors affecting the economic growth of Blora Regency (Y) during the observation year 2012 -2016 are exports, labor force and government revenue, exports and local government receipts on the economic growth of Blora Regency showed a significant positive relationship. While the addition of dummy variables of the crisis showed a significant negative effect on economic growth. 2) The decline in the labor force is due to the economics of capital-intensive projects mostly falling. Blora Regency with Labor Force Elasticity after a period of crisis decreased caused by narrower the opportunity of existing employment, resulting in the level of labor productivity is not optimal in generating output. This has led to the growing unemployment in Central Java. " Key words: government, revenue, PAD, export, labor ABSTRAK Analisis potensi nilai ekspor, angkatan kerja dan penerimaan daerah terhadap peningkatan kinerja pendapatan asli daerah untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi dan efektivitas dari nilai ekspor, angkatan kerja, dan penerimaan pemerintah terhadap pendapatan asli daerah Kabupaten Blora dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu teknik pengolahan data dimana data-data yang berbentuk angka diklasifikasikan, dibandingkan dan dihitung dengan rumus-rumus yang relevan. Penelitian bersifat ex post facto dimana dalam kegiatan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang mempelajari fakta-fakta yang ada di lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan : 1) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi Kabupaten Blora (Y) selama tahun pengamatan 2012 -2016 adalah ekspor, angkatan kerja dan penerimaan pemerintah, ekspor dan penerimaan pemrintah daerah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kabupaten Blora menunjukkan hubungan yang positif signifikan. Sedangkan penambahan variabel dummy krisis menunjukkan pengaruh yang negatif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi; 2) Penurunan angkatan kerja disebabkan pada ekonomi proyek-proyek padat modal sebagian besar jatuh. Kabupaten Blora dengan elastisitas Angkatan Kerja (AK) setelah masa krisis menurun yang diakibatkan oleh makin sempit peluang lapangan kerja yang ada, berakibat pada tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja tidak optimal dalam menghasilkan output. Hal ini menyebabkan pengangguran terselubung yang ada di Jawa Tengah semakin besar.? Kata kunci: penerimaan, pemerintah, PAD, eksport, kerja

Abstract

Abstract Growth of small and middle furniture and carving industry represent a commitment which need to be placed forward in framework to race growth and generalization of economics in all subprovince region ofJepara as especial encoding materialization of economics base on nationality. Identify potency resource, problem, opportunity, and challenge faced need to be conducted by a systematic and consistent, and framework compiles a direction and policy of growth of small and medium furniture and carving industry in sub-prdvince of Jepara. Area autonomy becomes activator to compile pattern growth of small and medium furniture and carving industry according to society aspiration. Globalization is viewed as well-balanced opportunity to set Jepara as supplier commodity of furniture and carving industry becomes bigger part product of small and middle industry. The growth Pattern content covers direction, planning program, strategic and also consistent policy with riel requirement and materialization of economics base on nationality. The activities are begun with by descriptive research about quantitative and qualitative condition middle and small furniture and carving industry in sub-province region ofJepara. Portrait small and middle Industrial will be identified by key factor and success with analysis of SWOT (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Treats)

Abstract

The use of websites in today's industrial world plays a significant role. Websites are used as a medium for information, sales, and product promotion. Digital branding is an effective and superior strategy for facilitating digital communication between sellers and buyers. Through branding, companies can introduce their brands while building a positive image and reputation among consumers. This branding effort aims to foster consumer trust in the company. This research uses the prototyping method, an approach in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) that focuses on developing working models. The creation of a website-based pet shop digital branding system can help shops introduce their businesses and products to buyers because it can be accessed directly from anywhere.
