Abstract

Radical innovation is a breakthrough change in the overall pattern of the old system, as a form of implementing new ideas to achieve a competitive advantage. Radical innovation is a solution to escape from external environmental pressures in the form of competition, deregulation in the industry, scarcity of resources, and higher customer demands. This study builds a conceptual model from an Islamic point of view: the value of maslahah in all cases provides benefits or goodness from radical innovation. Maslahah means the good rewards promised by God in this world and the hereafter, thus maslahah implies the benefits of this world and the hereafter, which encourages people to always think and produce new things that are beneficial.

Abstract

Finishing workstations have two activities: cleaning and painting. Irregular work layouts cause time wasted just to move the product to be worked on. In addition, there is no permanent work layout arrangement or placement of work objects so that every day there is a change in work layout makes workers have to make adjustments again, so this will waste time and will reduce the productive time of each worker at the painting work station. The purpose of this study is to design an improvement layout that can be used for cleaning and painting work using the motion study method. The results of the motion study analysis obtained a repair work layout combining two cleaning and painting jobs into one repair layout with the placement of workpieces and work equipment according to the needs of the right and left hands, so that the resulting work movement is more effective and increases cycle time efficiency.

Abstract

All companies hope for an effective and efficient production system, but an imperfect production system means that PT XYZ must improve its production activities. The company strives to produce good products followed by a high level of productivity. In this research, we investigate a case at PT XYZ which produces hot stamping foil in the rewind section. This research found that there was waste that occurred in set-up replacement activities in production. Because it requires a long processing time, we perfected the system by implementing the Single Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED) method, then the process optimized internal activities in the set-up process. The application of the SMED concept is carried out by changing internal activities into external activities with the addition of helpers. This research aims to provide a more effective and efficient set-up replacement process so that machine downtime can be reduced. The results of this research show a 52% reduction in set-up time obtained by adding a helper with a time before implementation of 58 minutes to 30 minutes. This research concludes that SMED is effective in reducing machine set-up time and increasing the efficiency of the production process with benefits after implementing the SMED method by adding a helper of Rp. 10,649,336. In this way, implementing the SMED method helps companies increase production set-up replacement times in the rewind section.

Abstract

Bermi Village is one of the villages in Mijen District, Demak Regency. The existence of Bumdes in a village is currently important for the development and independence of the village. With quite a lot of village potential, including Sumur Gandeng, onion farmers, rice farmers, water hyacinth craftsmen groups, catering, and waste that is not managed properly. However, until today the lack of good management has become an obstacle for Bumdes in Bermi Village. In terms of legal aspects, improvements need to be made, and there are no productive businesses operating from the potential of Bermi Village. Based on this background, this service aims to help Bermi Village in increasing knowledge of Bumdes management, by conducting socialization and Discussion (Focus Group Discussion) of village potential which is used as a productive business plan to be implemented. The results of this service, as many as 92% of participants stated that they understood and understood the socialization given (with details of 35% very understanding, and 58% understanding), and it was decided that several business plans that would be implemented were the management of Bumdes cooperatives for productive businesses, management of Sumur Gandeng as a tourism business, and management of village-level waste as a form of non-productive Bumdes business. So that with this service, Bumdes becomes well organized in organizational administration.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Pengabdian adalah dalam rangka mencegah penularan virus. Kebersihan diklaim sebagai upaya dalam waktu relatif jangka panjang selain melakukan penyemprotan disinfektan adalah dengan membuat lingkungan sekitar memiliki sanitasi yang baik. Sanitasi menjadi sangat penting dalam pencegahan virus ini karena sanitasi yang baik dapat ikut mencegah pertumbuhan mikroorganisme, termasuk virus tersebut. Sanitasi merupakan upaya yangdilakukan untuk mewujudkan kondisi lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat yang bertujuan memperbaiki tingkat kesehatan masyarakat. Dengan adanya upaya memperbaiki sanitasi di lingkungan masyarakat dapat membantu mencegah timbulnya penyakit. Oleh karena itu di pandang perlu bagi dosen di Universitas Pandanaran untuk melakukan sosialisasi mengenai sanitasi bagi sivitas akademika Universitas Pandanaran dan masyarakat di sekitar kampus Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah ToT (training of training) yaitu semacam pelatihan dari narasumber kepada perserta langsung. Secara jangka panjang maka hasil dari pelatihan dilakukan pengawasan dan evaluasi untuk perkembangannya.

Abstract

This study tries to explore the overall concept of targhib, namely that there are four factors that are used in shaping the performance of an Islamic organization (ta'awun/help, as-samahah/tolerance, friendship, ukhuwah, tawadhu') as a rule in conducting interactions both individually and collectively. group. In the concept of targhib, it functions to motivate humans as individuals and groups in small and large organizations, as was done by the Prophet Muhammad at the beginning of preaching activities. Rasulullah SAW encouraged us humans with the promise of reward and Jannah, for anyone who is able to walk according to the creed of monotheism and far from polytheism by carrying out the values ​​of ta'awun / help, as-samahah / tolerance, friendship, ukhuwah, tawadhu' in organizing. Tafsir Ibnu Katsir, (2013) explains targhib is a certainty of comfort, pleasure in the hereafter which is done with seduction. This concept refers to human nature, which has the desire to always live in a state of pleasure, safety and away from difficult or suffering conditions.

The use of websites in today's industrial world plays a significant role. Websites are used as a medium for information, sales, and product promotion. Digital branding is an effective and superior strategy for facilitating digital communication between sellers and buyers. Through branding, companies can introduce their brands while building a positive image and reputation among consumers. This branding effort aims to foster consumer trust in the company. This research uses the prototyping method, an approach in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) that focuses on developing working models. The creation of a website-based pet shop digital branding system can help shops introduce their businesses and products to buyers because it can be accessed directly from anywhere. Abstract

CV. Indah Karya Furniture, a company engaged in the furniture manufacturing industry, faces challenges in maintaining the quality of its flagship product, the meja nakas (nightstand). This research employs the Nine Tools approach, a combination of the basic seven tools and the new seven tools, including: control chart u, stratification, Pareto diagram, histogram, scatter diagram, fishbone diagram, affinity diagram, interrelationship diagram, and tree diagram. The data analyzed consists of production and defect data from July 2024, totaling 355 units. The findings reveal that delamination is the most frequent defect, with 101 occurrences (70%), followed by uneven surfaces with 28 occurrences (19%), and joint gaps with 16 occurrences (11%). According to the u control chart, the production process is statistically unstable, as some points exceed the upper control limit. The scatter diagram indicates a random relationship between production volume and defect count.

Abstract

Transportasi bus sangat diminati masyarakat, salah satunya adalah PO. X yang melayani rute Jepara-Jakarta. Terdapat dua sistem pemberangkatan di PO. X yaitu regular dan putar balik. Sistem putar balik adalah ketika bus sampai di kota Jakarta maka akan langsung balik ke Jepara,hal ini akan mempengaruhi kinerja sopir bus terutama pada beban mental karena melakukan pekerjaan dengan frekuensi yang tinggi dan berulang sehingga meningkatkan resiko kecelakaan dan menurunnya produktivitas perusahaan. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi beban mental sopir bus putar balik yaitu jam kerja, target waktu, kondisi jalan normal, macet dan ketika kendaraan bermasalah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui beban mental sopir bus putar balik antar kota antar provinsi di PO. X menggunakan metode Subjective Workload Assessment Technique (SWAT). Berdasarkan perhitungan beban mental sopir bus putar balik di PO.X faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah faktor waktu atau Time Load dengan persentase sebesar 47,06% diikuti beban usaha mental atau Effort dengan persentase 27,04%, dan beban tekanan psikologis atau Stress dengan persentase 25,90%. Dalam kemacetan lalu lintas mempunyai persentase 67,41% dengan skor tertinggi 100 dan terendah 23,2. Faktor target waktu memiliki rata-rata 33,133% dengan nilai skor tertinggi 76,1 dan terendah 0. Faktor jam kerja mempunyai rata-rata 63,077% dengan skor tertinggi 100 dan terendah 37,3. Faktor kondisi normal memiliki rata-rata 29,93% dengan skor tertinggi 100 dan terendah 0. Faktor kendaraan bermasalah memiliki nilai rata-rata 66,487% dengan skor tertinggi 100 dan terendah 23,2.

Abstract

Barang sisa yang tidak digunakan oleh pemiliknya disebut dengan sampah. Sebagai barang sisa, sampah perlu dikelola lebih lanjut dengan baik agar tidak mengganggu aktivitas manusia serta tidak menumbulkan dampak negatif pada lingkungan dan kesehata. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan berkelanjutan perlu dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran umum mengenai analisis pemahaman peraturan persampahan yang ada di Desa Krapyak serta mengetahui tingkat kepedulian masyarakat Desa Krapyak terhadap pengelolaan sampah sehingga diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dan pemetaan oleh lembaga pengelola sampah Krapyak Bersinar untuk menentukan langkah-langkah strategis dalam melayani masyarakat dan mengelola sampah di Desa Krapyak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rumah tangga di Desa Krapyak pada umumnya belum mengelola sampah lebih lanjut. Sebanyak 67% masyarakat tidak melakukan pengelolaan sampah, meskipun 87% masyarakat atau rumah tangga mengerti dan peraturan tentang pengelolaan sampah. Skenario desain sustainable waste management sebagai desain dalam mengelola sampah rumah tangga secara berkelanjutan yang dipilih di mana Pokja “Bersinar” sebagai motor penggerak pemberdayaan, peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dan kelembagaan tata kelola sampah di Desa Krapyak.
