Abstract

Sesuai Dalam perkembangan teknologi saat ini semuanya dituntut untuk dikembangkan serba otomatis. Di dalam dunia modern yang modern yang mengedepankan keamanan, kenyamanan dan kecepatan. sensor adalah teknik dan peralatan yang digunakan untuk melakukan operasi atau kontrol otomatis dan kondisi dikendalikan atau dioperasikan secara otomatis. Otomatis biasanya digunakan instrument sensor, yaitu teori atau pengetahuan kerja sebuah mesin secara otomatis. Semua sistem yang menggunakan tenaga yang tersimpan dalam bentuk perintah program untuk menghasilkan suatu kerja. Sistem otomatis juga tidak jauh dari pemrograman sistem kerja suatu mesin atau trainer. Pembuatan program, diharapkan dapat membantu mempermudah mahasiswa dalam menguasai bahasa bahasa pemrograman dalam pembelajaran di laboratorium. Metode rekayasa yang digunakan adalah penempatan alat trainer ini menggunakan rangka dan terdapat sistem sistem sistem control yang kemudian digerakkan oleh suatu program yaitu PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) dan komputer. Pemrograman trainer Control level air ini diawali dengan mengetahui prinsip kerja suatu sensor dan fungsi dari suatu sensor. pemrograman PLC dan sistem otomatis pada trainer control level air.. Hasil dari pemrograman ini sangat menarik untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran yang mempermudah pemahaman peserta didik dalam menguasai Program program sistem otomatis berbasis trainer di Jurusan Teknik Mesin Universitas Negeri Surabaya.

Abstract

Daun Efek is a Small Medium Enterprises in Sidoarjo which is engaged in the production of eco-print batik cloth. In making eco-print batik, UKM Daun Efek still uses conventional methods, thus causing the limited amount of production produced. Other constraints faced are the lack of attractive product packaging and lack of widespread marketing, so that turnover is difficult to increase due to lack of consumer reach. This activity uses an implementation method through a participatory approach, including such as FGDs, training and mentoring as well as discussion activities to exchange experiences between the proposing team and partners. From the implementation method that implemented, a grant machine was produced in the form of an eco-print batik steamer machine, which is able to increase the amount of production from 6 sheets of batik cloth per day to 18 pieces of batik cloth per day. In addition to production management, there was also improved the quality of product packaging from simple and unattractive to a packaging that has good, creative, and imprinted elements in the eyes of consumers through green box-shaped packaging with the partner logo. The reach of consumers has become wider with the marketing through social media.

Abstract

Presto food is one of the favorite foods of Indonesians. Some of the favorite types of presto food are grilled chicken, presto duck, fish pepes, and presto milkfish. Sidoarjo Regency is one of the regions in East Java that has an area of 15,530 hectares of ponds that produce abundant milkfish of approximately 9,866,300 tons. This is a factor in the emergence of MSMEs engaged in the culinary sector, one of which is UKM Presto Sidoarjo. Limited production equipment causes the production process to be inefficient in terms of time and fuel. Marketing that has not been widespread and product packaging that is less attractive is a factor in the product being less known to the public. The implementation method is carried out through a participatory approach, training and mentoring, as well as discussion activities between the proposing team and partners. The result of this activity is the creation of an automatic presto machine that is able to increase production capacity from 5 kg per process to 10 kg per process and the formation of partners who are independent in using the machine and increasing sales turnover through marketing on social media and product packaging that has good, creative elements, imprints on consumers and labels.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide solutions to problems that exist in SMEs Cow Milk Momoo, especially the problem of production process that the process is still using the traditional way and the tool is still relatively simple.The method used is to utilize Temperature Controller, Motor Wiper, and Heat Exchanger technology which is soaked in water in Processing machine, cooling, and packing of Cow Milk. The expected result is the increasing of productivity and efficiency of production process so that productivity of SME Cow Milk can be increased 2 times fold which initially yields an average of 100 liters of Cow Milk / day can produce up to 200 liters of Cow Milk / day

Abstract

Introduction: In daily routines, especially in heavy weight lifting activities, grip strength is important. This study aims to investigate grip strength with muscle mass and fat mass in the arms. Methods: Cross-sectional study with the subjects of this study were 45 students (15 females and 30 males) with male characteristics (age 19.8±0.83, height 168±6.10, weight 64.7±11.5, BMI 22.9±3.82) while in women (age 20±0.78, height 159.3±4.43, weight 57.3±11.6, BMI 22.6±4.33). Spearman correlation from SPSS version 26 with a significance level of P-value < 0.05. Finding: Based on the data, there was no significant correlation between grip strength and muscle ma and arm fat mass. Then the muscle mass of the right side with (P-value: 0.079, r: 0.265) and the left side (P-value: 0.059, r: 0.284), while the mass of fat on the right side (P-value: 0.090, r-value -0.256) and the mass of fat on the left (P-value: 0.180, r-value: -0.204). Conclusion: This study proves that there is no correlation between grip strength and muscle mass or arm fat mass.
