Abstract

Salak nglumut merupakan salak lokal unggulan yang berasal dari Kabupaten Magelang. Salak nglumut memiliki mutu yang baik seperti rasa yang manis, daging buah salak yang tebal, meskipun berusia muda. Dengan mutu yang baik seharusnya salak nglumut memiliki harga jual yang tinggi, namun pada kenyataannya harga jual buah salak masih tergolong murah dan komoditas salak nglumut belum menjadi unggulan Kabupaten Magelang maupun berkembang lebih baik. Dengan demikian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang dapat mengembangkan agribisnis salak nglumut Desa Kaliurang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan purposive sampling  yakni  meliputi partisipan 1 orang dari pemerintah daerah, 1 orang petugas penyuluh lapangan (PPL), dan 3 orang petani salak nglumut yang dianalisis menggunakan matrik SWOT (Strenght, Weaknes, Opportunittes, Threaths) dan QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ada 7 strategi pengembangan agribisnis salak nglumut yang dapat digunakan petani salak Nglumut di Desa Kaliurang.

Abstract

Rural Agribusiness Development (PUAP) was a program for poverty alleviation among farmers through capital assistance with entrepreneurship training. This study were aimed to determine: (1) the effect of internal factors, Gapoktan dynamics and supporting factors of the PUAP program on farmers' entrepreneurial behaviors and (2) the effect of farmers' entrepreneurial behavior on the farmers' business performance whose received PUAP programs. This research was conducted in Pandawai sub-district, East Sumba regency. Data were obtained from 115 farmers respondent who received PUAP funds, that had been selected by simple random sampling technique. Parameter estimation procedures were carried out with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis approach by using AMOS 24 software. The result showed that the internal factors of PUAP recipient farmers had a positive yet not significant effect on entrepreneurial behavior, while the dynamics of Gapoktan and the supporting factors of PUAP program positively and significantly influenced farmers' entrepreneurial behavior. Entrepreneurial behavior had positive and significant effect on business performance. Thus, by increasing the entrepreneurial behavior, it will improve the business performance of farmers who received the PUAP programs in Pandawai sub-district.

Abstract

This Research analyzed that comparative advantage and competitive of broiler chicken’s livestock business in Musuk Subdistrict of Boyolali Regency. For sampling uses a Saturated Sampling technique (census method) by taking all available samples as many thirty-two sample of broiler’s breeder around Musuk Subdistrict. To analyzed chicken livestock business uses Policy Analysis Matrik (PAM) and Ms. Excel as analysis tools. The result of this research shows that PCR (Private Cost Ratio) value  <1  is  0,63  that  means  the  commodity  system  of  broiler  chicken  which  is cultivated by breeder has a small competitive advantage. In addition to defraying domestic factor at private price, breeders are also able to compete with broiler chickens  livestock  business  in  other  region.  A  commodity  has  a  comparative advantage if it has DRCR (Domestic Resources Cost Ratio) value <1, the meaning is the profit obtained by the breeder is grater than the cost of social input non tradable. In case of broiler chickens in Musuk Subdistrict obtained grade DRCR <1 is 0,95 that means livestock business   produced has comparative competitiveness because it is able to finance domestic factors at social prices and is economically efficient.

Abstract

Keputusan pembelian merupakan pemilihan dari dua atau lebih alternatif pilihan keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk, lokasi, dan kelompok rujukan terhadap keputusan pembelian tempe hygiene di Rumah Kedelai Grobogan (RKG). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Kedelai Grobogan. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik insidental sampling dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 responden, yaitu 30 responden untuk konsumen tempe hygiene  dan 30 respoden untuk konsumen tempe merk lain. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian ini mengenai keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian tempe hygiene di Rumah Kedelai Grobogan (RKG) menunjukkan bahwa variabel produk dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian tempe hygiene di RKG Grobogan. Sedangkan variabel kelompok rujukan tidak ada pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian tempe hygiene di RKG Grobogan.

Abstract

Sayuran hidroponik merupakan komoditas hortikultura yang mulai banyak diminati dan dikembangkan pada sektor pertanian saat ini. Keistimewaan dari sayuran hidroponik itu sendiri yaitu kualitas yang dihasilkan lebih segar, dan lebih bersih dibandingkan dengan sayuran konvesional. Dari keistimewaan tersebut menimbulkan daya tarik tersendiri bagi konsumen untuk mengubah pola konsumsinya dari sayuran konvesional menjadi sayuran hidroponik, sehingga perkembangan permintaan akan sayuran hidroponik di Indonesia setiap tahunnya cenderung mengalami peningkatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh umur, pendapatan keluarga, jumlah anggota keluarga, lama pendidikan, atribut produk, gaya hidup, jenis sayuran hidroponik serta jenis kelamin hidroponik terhadap permintaan sayuran hidroponik di PT Hidroponik Agrofarm Bandungan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan April – Mei 2019 di PT Hidroponik Agrofarm Bandungan bagian Kios Granari Fresh Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 60 responden. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendapatan keluarga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap permintaan sayuran hidroponik.

Abstract

Agroindustri adalah usaha indutsri yang memproses hasil pertanian dari bahan nabati (yang berasal dari tanaman) menjadi produk dalam meningkatkan nilai tambahnya. Proses yang digunakan mencakup pengubah dan pengawetan melalui perlakuan fisik atau kimiawi, penyimpanan, pengemasan dan distribusi. Agroindustri merupakan suatu sistem terintegrasi yang melibatkan sumberdaya hasil pertanian, manusia, ilmu dan teknologi, uang dan informasi. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti usaha agroindustri keripik tempe Kedung Jenar di Blora. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi dan mewawancarai 3 pengusaha keripik tempe yang ada di jalan Barito, Kedung Jenar tersebut. Dengan pengambilan data yang akan diolah dengan menggunakan analisis biaya, analisis penerimaan, analisis keuntungan, kelayakan usaha, dan nilai tambah. Hasil yang sudah diolah menggunakan beberapa analisis diatas yaitu  di usaha keripik tempe “Titik Cerah” milik Mbak Dwi yang menghasilkan jumlah keuntungan Rp 4.657.000,- dengan jumlah R/C ratio 1,368 yang dapat dikatakan bahwa usaha tersebut efisien dan menguntungkan. Kedua usaha keripik tempe “Bintang” milik mbak Indah menghasilkan keuntungan Rp 831.100,- dengan hasil R/C ratio 1,277 yang dinyatakan bahwa usaha tersebut efisien dan menguntungkan. Sedangkan usaha keripik tempe “Sinar Terang” milik Mbak Rina hanya memiliki keuntungan Rp 361.250,- dengan hasil R/C ratio 0,081 yang dinyatakan bahwa usaha tersebut tidak efisien dan tidak menguntungkan untuk diusahakan.Kata Kunci : Agroindustri, Keripik Tempe, Nilai Tambah

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the vegetable marketing strategy implemented by Bale Hydroponics Salatiga in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted at Bale Hydroponics Jalan Mutiara No. 35 Bugel Village, Sidorejo District, Salatiga City - 50714, Central Java – Indonesia in June 2020 - August 2020. The study used descriptive qualitative methods. Collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data used include primary data and secondary data, the data obtained will be analyzed using SWOT and QSPM analysis. The results showed that the vegetable marketing strategy implemented by Bale Hydroponics Salatiga in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic was the strategy that received the highest STAS score, namely collaborating with potential distributors to increase market share. In addition to these strategies, there are alternative strategies that are recommended to Bale Hydroponics such as public education, improving vegetable quality, adding vegetable variants, adding farmer partners and cultivation areas, increasing promotions, using the latest equipment, and opening branches outside Salatiga.

Abstract

Efficiency of the use of inputs in the farming field in the effort to reach an optimal profit in the farming field and environment continuity in agriculture. The correct inputs placement will increase the efficiency and productivity in the rice farming field. This research aims to analyze the impact of the use of seeds, urea, phonska, sp36, pesticides, and labor on the productivity of rice farming and the efficiency level in the use of production factors in the rice farming field in Desa Srikaton, Buay Madang Timur District, East OKU Regency. The quantitative method is used in this research. The data are collected by using questionnaire. There are 60 participants which are determined by cluster sampling technique. Primary and secondary data are used as supporting data. The data are analyzed by using regression technique, using Cobb-Douglas production function model, and allocative efficiency analysis. The result shows that urea, phonska, pesticides, and labor had a positive impact on rice production, while seeds and sp36 had no effect on rice production. In Desa Srikaton rice farming field, the production inputs such as seeds, urea, sp36, pesticide, and labor have not efficient yet, while production inputs such as phonska fertilizer are not efficient.

Abstract

Ground water spinach (Ipomea reptana) is one type of horticultural commodity that can contribute to national development in order to realize community welfare, including for the fulfillment of nutrition for the community as a complement to four healthy five perfect foods, besides that ground water spinach can also be potential and prospective if made a business because cultivating ground water spinach is easy and simple. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the risk of production of ground water spinach farming and this study was conducted in Waru Village, Mranggen District, Demak Regency. The sampling technique is by using quota sampling by taking a sample of 50 farmers, where this sample can meet the criteria of quota sampling. The quota sampling criteria used were respondents who conducted ground water spinach cultivation. The method of analysis uses production risk analysis with the Just and Pope model based on the Cobb-Douglas production function model, where Just and Pope is used to determine the effect of the use of production factors on production risk as indicated by variations in output productivity. The results of research that have been carried out that the factors of production that affect the risk of production of kangkung inland farming significantly affect the risk of production are seeds by 0.0569 with a coefficient of 0.0573.
