Sea turtles have existed for millions of years. International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) has reported that the Hawksbill Turtle (Eretmochelys imbricata) is classified as critically endangered. Turtle excluder device (TED) deployment on shrimpnet fisheries is needed for turtle conservation.TED using sound technique is challenge method in fisheries development.The knowledge on turtle hearing capability is limited. The auditory brainstem response (ABR) assessment is method to determine turtle hearing capability. Turtle hearing assessment is basis to design TED. The objective of this paper is to determine turtle hearing cability by analyze its ABR spectral.The subject is Hawksbill turtle with number 2 turtles ie: 3 and 2 years. The measurement was taken at Pusat Pengurusan Penyu (Turtle Management Centre) Padang Kemunting Masjid Tanah Melaka Malaysia. The results shows that turtle 3 years have peak power frequencies 50.78, 101.6, 152.3, 304.7, 355.5, 457, and 507.8Hz respectively whereas the spectral amplitude is ranging 0.03-32.44% spectral. Turtle 2 years has peak power at 457Hz in whole stimulus frequencies while the spectral amplitude is ranging 0.01-2.5% spectral.

Pada sistem saluran transmisi terdapat tegangan gelombang maju dari transmiter ke antena dan tegangan gelombang pantul dari antena ke transmitter. Nilai tegangan gelombang pantul yang tinggi mengakibatkan kerugian dan kerusakan pada transmitter. Perbandingan gelombang maju dan gelombang pantul disebut Standing Wave Ratio (SWR). Semakin kecil nilai tegangan gelombang pantul, nilai SWR semakin kecil dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang pengukur SWR Digital yang berfungsi membaca nilai SWR dan pengaman transmiter FM dari kerusakan akibat tingginya nilai SWR. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan eksperimen laboratorium yang dibagi dalam empat tahap: merancang pengukur SWR Digital dan pengaman transmiter FM, merancang perangkat keras penampil nilai SWR berupa 2 digit 7-segmen dan pengaman transmiter FM menggunakan mikrokontroler AT89S51 beserta perangkat lunaknya, menggabungkan hasil rancangan kedua tahap sebelumnya untuk membentuk pengukur SWR Digital dan pengaman transmiter FM dari nilai SWR yang tinggi, dan tahap terakhir menguji alat ukur menggunakan dummy load dengan nilai SWR 1,1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SWR Digital dan pengaman transmiter FM 88-108 MHz berbasis mikrokontroler AT89S51 yang dirancang dapat menghitung nilai SWR pada sistem transmiter dan menampilkanya pada 2 digit 7-segmen dan dapat digunakan sebagai pengendali pengaman transmiter FM pada rentang frekuensi 88-108 MHz.

This paper discusses of Target Strength (TS) for the Selar boops (Oxeye scad) and Megalaspis cordyla (Torpedo scad), the most commercially fish in Malaysia. TS can be determined from in situ measurements and calculation using acoustic fish model. TS value, depth, and position (x-y-z) of fish targeted can be viewed from echogram using FQ-80 Analyzer by in situ measurement. X-ray imaged can be deployed to develop the acoustic fish model. The percentage of length and upper surface area for swimbladder to body fish of Selar boops more than Megalaspis cordyla can be measured after X-ray process. The percentage of width and volume of swimbladders to its each body are no significantly difference for both fish. These data of swimbladder physic are supports the result from in situ measurement which TS of Megalaspis cordyla have more than Selar boops.

Pengaturan kecepatan motor DC dapat dilakukan dengan tiga cara, yaitu: dengan mengubah tahanan rangkaian jangkar (Ra), mengubah fluks magnit () dan mengubah tegangan (V). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem pengendali kecepatan motor DC dengan mengubah tegangan catu motor secra look up table berbasis mikrokontroler AT89C51 yang diharapkan bisa memberikan fleksibilitas yang lebih baik. Perancangan sistem dimulai dari perancangan rangkaian konversi digital ke analog, pengendali motor, sensor kecepatan, tombol keypad, driver LCD, catu daya, interkoneksi hardware dan dilanjutkan perancangan perangkat lunak pengatur sistem kerja pengendali motor. Sensor yang digunakan adalah optocoupler, konversi digital ke analog menggunakan DAC 0808, driver motor menggunakan transistor BD 137 dan pengatur sistem kerja menggunakan mikrokontroler AT89C51. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengendali motor yang dirancang dapat bekerja dengan akurasi 97,4%.

The objective of this research is sound effect for brackish water for Sea bass (Cynoscion nobilis). Breeding farm 25x100m, 2m of depth, and 6 paddle wheels which generate the sound are available for research. Sound profile has been measured to investigate the amplitude at various measurement points at various depths by using Cetacean hydrophone C304. The output of hydrophone has been analyzed by using SpectraPlus software. For the second measurement, two cages which size 3x3m have been used for life fish habitat. Then, fish put in the edge cage (20), center cage (20), and out of cage (12500). Sound profile has been measured for position-based (edge/center cage), time-based (morning/noon/evening), and point-based. Time series, spectrum frequency, and phase have been analysis. Fish growth progress has been monthly measured at every cage. Fish in the cage is growth as linearly, while fish growth for out of cage is exponentially. Size and weight of fish in the both cages is less than out of cage. This research concludes that sound have no significantly effect for fish growth. Limited mobility to look for food and stress are more influences to fish growth than sound effect.

Teknologi elektronika telah banyak diterapkan dalam kehidupan, dimana hal tersebut sangat membantu pekerjaan. Hanya saja peralatan tersebut banyak yang masih bersifat semi otomatis (lebih 50 % dijalankan/dioperasikan oleh manusia), sehingga masih memerlukan tenaga dan waktu dalam pengerjaannya. Penelitian ini merancang aplikasi mikrokontroler AT89C51 pada model alat pembersih lantai. Alat ini berjalan pada lantai karpet membentuk kotak yang semakin lama akan semakin mengecil. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa telah dapat dirancang suatu mobil yang berfungsi sebagai model alat pembersih lantai berbasis mikrokontroler AT89C51, baik perangkat lunak maupun keras, dengan sensor inframerah sebagai pendeteksi putaran ban. Alat yang dirancang dapat bekerja dengan baik.

Acoustic is a common method for underwater object classification and to observe fish schools or other marine animals in their environment, but it was never applied on sea turtle. Knowledge about turtle detection using sound is very limited and there are no target strength (TS) recorded before. In this study, an echo voltage reference methodincorporating standard target was used to measure ex situ target strength of two Green Turtle (Chelonian mydas) and three species of fish (Indian scad, Indian Mackerel and Bigeyescad). The echo signal of animals has been observed from echosounder output and every envelope of the echo was digitized at a sampling rate 1MHz using high speed analog to digital converter (USB‑1208HS). The finding shows a significant difference between fish and turtles aged 18 years old. The result also demonstrates that TS increase as age of turtle increase. This result is considered important in designing an acoustic deterrent device. The result reveals that size, surface, and animal body part influence in determining target strength value.

The research used watermarking techniques to obtain the image originality. The aims of the research were to identify small area in eggs properly and compared preprocessing, the methods, and the results of image processing. The study has been improved from the previous papers by combined all methods and analysis was obtained.This study was conducted by using centroid and the bounding box for determining the object and the small area of chicken eggs. The segmentation method was used to compare the original image and the watermarked image. Image processing using image data that are subject watermark to maintain the authenticity of the images used in the study will the impact in delivering the desired results. In the identification of chicken eggs using watermark image using several methods are expected to provide results as desired. Segmentation also deployed to process the Image and counted the objects. The results showed that the process of segmentation and objects counting determined that the original image and watermarked image had the same value and recognized eggs. Identification had determined percentage of 100% for all the samples.

40% of areas in Indonesia are still using rainwater as a source for irrigation. Type of wetland rainwater always depends on weather that is currently difficult to predict. In addition, the frequency of field cultivation became limited. Irrigation water can come from a dam or a spring in the mountains. Limited water source generates the need to manage water distribution in all areas of rice fields. For every 1 hectare fields, at least 0.5 litres of water per second is needed. The imbalance between the field and the available water discharge can cause conflicts in the Community farmers manage field. The purpose of this research is to assist in the Assembly Of Farmer Water users ("Perkumpulan Petani Pemakai Air" or "P3A") manage the scheduling and controlling irrigation sluice based IoT using mobile applications. The waterfall process model applied in developing mobile applications. Every feature that is created has been tested directly using Unit tests based on the application of the system used. The test is done by observing the system inputs and outputs of the system usability scale (SUS). Tests are also carried out using Post-Study with method of the SUS.

Abstract In the era of technology, email has become one of the important things in the means of communication. Email is a medium for communication and also a place to store crime. One common crime is email spamming and spoofing. Spam is junk mail or unwanted messages, this spam email will be sent to someone's inbox and is useless to the recipient. Spam is sent on the network to increase network traffic. Email spoofing is a way to hide the origin of messages used by spammers. Email spoofing can change the email sender's information ie in the "From" field. Email spoofing comes from the sender which will make the email look like the real sender. The technique used to determine the comparison of email spoofing and spamming attacks using a method is the Network Forensics Development Life Cycle (NFDLC). Network forensics is performed to find out the IP address of the spamming and spoofing e-mail attacks. This research will also produce an email forgery pattern in the header, place and date of the perpetrators of the crime attacks.Keyword: articles, english, Abstracts Abstrak Pada Era teknologi sekarang email telah menjadi salah satu hal yang penting dalam sarana komunikasi. Spam dikirim pada jaringan untuk meningkatkan lalu lintas jaringan. Email spoofing adalah cara untuk menyembunyikan asal usul pesan yang digunakan oleh spammer. Email spoofing dapat mengubah informasi pengirim email yaitu pada bidang “From”. Email spoofing berasal dari pengirim yang akan menjadikan email tampak seperti pengirim sebenarnya. Teknik yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbandingan dari serangan email spoofing dan spamming yaitu menggunakan metode adalah Network Forensics Development Life Cycle (NFDLC). Dilakukan forensik jaringan guna mengetahui ip address dari serangan email spamming dan spoofing tersebut.
